Awesome place to stay, really enjoyed our stay, was so much fun and all the amenities and facilities were available. So peaceful and relaxing. Staff were very friendly. Had the whole place to explore and fresh water creek to swim in. Showers were nice and hot. Toilets were clean. Everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Very happy. Will definitely be back again. Thankyou.

The staff were so friendly! It was a well maintained campground and we were delighted to bring along our fur baby who was welcome to stay there too! There was a great pool, a fresh water lake! And luckily enough to have live music at the bbq’s on the night we stayed! We were so happy and will be coming back on plenty more occasions!

We have been here multiple times and love it. It isn't fancy, but it is homely. The playground and pool make it a fantastic place for families. I find the toilet stalls are a little small but there are plenty of them. The showers are free. There is a family room with a TV and pool table (costs $1).

Wonderful park, kids had so much fun and the people who manage the park are friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again.

Great place to stay, friendly staff who will pull your campervan off when it gets stuck and not get upset with you. Good facilities including a children's play area and a pool table as well as a large TV with plenty of channels. Kitchen is good and overall I was thoroughly impressed.

We originally booked for one night and ended up staying a week. The campsite was clean and well maintained, with excellent amenities (including disco ball in the ladies toilets! ) All the staff were really friendly, recommended best places to go in the area and even helped tow our camper out when it got stuck in the mud. Only a short drive to the town centre, with plenty of shops and bars around. If we're ever back in Bay of Islands — we'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely, picturesque and relaxing place to spend a few days away from the bustle of the town and surrounded by nature and lovely, big trees. Hope to be coming back again soon and have recommended it to others as a place to stay.

This is a nice place for groups or young families who don't want to spend much on accommodation. Theres a playground, pool and space for motorhomes and tents. The water isn't really drinkable (likely comes from the stream alongside) as you'll notice by the slightly off colour so watch out for that. Otherwise a pretty pleasant place to stay for a few days.

The environment is good, great for young families. There is no potable water… and we weren't warned in advanced — and there were no warning signs. We found out after we asked — after filling a water bottle from the kitchen and noticing it came out brown! So lots of boiling water and trips to countdown for drinking water. Would have loved to have known in advance. We stayed in a cabin and it was heavy with mould. Comfy bead though! I guess the management was a bit casual… I guess to be expected in Paihia! Just be warned. Otherwise we had a good time.

Lovely relaxing stay in comfortable, quiet cabin. We all enjoyed hiring canoes and paddling up river. Excellent value for money.

Cabins and facilities are a bit old (70s? ) and we had noisy neighbors, otherwise good value for money if you book early.

A beautiful holiday park not too far from Paihia, this little slice of paradise is right next to a beautiful river a bit away from the main road, which allows for a beautiful atmosphere. This holiday park features a wood fire pizza oven, coin operated grill, a beautiful kitchen, and all you can handle hot showers that will make you feel as if you're in a bit more than your standard holiday park. Can definitely recommend.

Cozy, relaxed spot in peaceful semi woodland setting. The studio was tidy, spacious and well equipped holding everything needed for a short stay. The host was absolutely lovely.

Very tidy, very nice, beautiful scenery, beautiful art, very clean and I would really love to stay here again. I give it 4 Star but I would have given it a five star. If the prices was a little bit better.

First of all… A big thank you to Cindy, she was the main reason for us to stay here, she was very nice and very helpful. The grounds are very well kept and offer a quiet and enjoyable stay. The price was very fair and the service was excellent. Can't wait to stay again. Thanks Cindy :)

A great place to stay. Good playground for kids. Nice river interface. Cabins aren't completely noise insulated. Good price.

Good resort with good facilities for activities such as volleyball, cricket, kayaking. Also good play area and trampoline for kids. Found it very good for a budget stay.

Our cabin was very damp and stank of mould. Our choice was to either live with the smell or open the windows and spend the night being eaten alive by mosquitoes and sandflies. Not the relaxing stay we were hoping for.

Spent 3 nights at the holiday park with my year 7 & 8 class of 26 & 7 adults on school camp. Excellent facilities. Lots of activities to keep them busy & awesome accommodation & toilet blocks. I also booked a 2 bedroom cabin (as I'm pregnant) Just beautiful! Highly recommend to other teachers and families. I'll be definitely coming back ;) Thank you. Also close to Waitangi & Action World so a bonus.
