We loved our stay, very Cute, clean and tranquil. So peaceful and relaxing having a spa and heating pool they were definitely the highlights and we definitely made the most of them. Great location, so much to do around here and beautiful scenery. One thing I would suggest would be a microwave because there's no way to cook your own food and we got sick of pricey pub food after the second night (We stayed 3 nights so Maybe too long). I did notice one adult had a child staying with him and I thought it was an adult only place. The noise didn't bother me and they provided ear plugs so I don't know why people have complained, I found people are respectful and quiet. We would definitely come back!

Great place to chill after a long day hiking etc. Spa and pool is great. Rooms a little small but all good. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Recommend.

I don’t recommend staying here unless you only want a bed (which was not worth what you pay). The rooms are noisy hearing your neighbours footsteps/talking.
We booked two nights and only ended up staying one because we were satisfied.
There was no facilities not even in the main “room 7” no cutlery, or microwave. There was only one communal fridge. No spare towels even though there was a chair of pool towels which were all gone. Don’t expect anything but a bed in your room, no TV in a tiny room, so small you can hardly brush your teeth in the sink.
There’s no customer service what so ever only an email weeks before your stay.

Absolutely perfect after a long hard day doing the Tongariro Pass. It is very clean, easy to get into your room even if you arrive late, and the personal touches are great. Wine chillers and a fridge provided! We were lucky enough to have the hot tub and heated pool to ourselves because the other rooms arrived late and left early. I recommend you linger. The hot tub under the stars was magical and healing. The heated pool in the morning was lush, with great views and a very peaceful environment. Highly recommended.

Totally overpriced. The room seems to be something like a converted shipping container (very little space) and the furniture is IKEA-style (cheaply processed, but at least contemporary). I like the idea, but not for that price. There are no windows to ventilate the room. You are in the middle of nowhere and you have no cooking facilities. The SPA pool isn’t too clean at all (we’ve spotted greenish bubbles) — rather disgusting. + free parking and free unlimited Wi-Fi.

— we knew there are no cooking facilities, but at least a toaster in the shared room should be available — too small room and especially bathroom (sink), no shelf space — not soundproof (other guets and very close train and road) — overprized for the IKEA styled room + free parking and Wi-Fi + complimentary wine + hot pools + efficient heating.

What a great find! This place is isolated enough to give you an amazing, peaceful view from their awesome hot pool (not just lukewarm, perfectly warmed up! ) but also being a 5 minute drive from The Station restaurant (which has some great food) and gas stations. It’s also a great place to stay if you’re doing the Tongariro crossing. We had the pool basically to ourselves (just one other guest while we stayed there in March 2018) and enjoyed one of the nicest sunsets we could ask for. The room itself is fine. Don’t expect too much luxury. The only thing that is really bothersome is the incredibly tiny sink. The protruding mirror placed on top of it makes it even harder to use it. But such a small detail in an otherwise great place.

Amazing. Perfect. Peaceful. Its not a hotel, not a motel, not a backpackers, but it is perfect privacy. Only 8 rooms, so no crowds, beautifully isolated in a national park surrounding. Great rooms, small but perfectly suited to a couple. Bountiful hot water, heat and warmth. Huge hot pool looking out onto natural New Zealand landscape, awesome spa pool. No distractions, just nature and tranquility.
