Good place to stay clean and tidy. Close to whatever you need food, gas mall motorway.

My partner and I stayed there for a few nights and found it to be very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Get what you pay for I guess, pretty dated but good enough. Have to pay for Wi-Fi access ($30 for 3 days) and pay for laundry use $4 wash and $4 dry without powder.

As you can see I rayed if 5 star.

Expensive and was not happy with this motel. Tv wouldn’t work properly staff arrived at 10.20pm and just walked in to try and fix. Room was a three person room but no enough towels coffee etc for three. No double glazing so noisy as hell and wall board beside shower was rotten on both sides. Location was good but is now a construction site.

Truck Driver… Has all you need, Shower… Jug, Coffee, Milk… Choice of Bed… Found a bit of Road for B-Train… Cool…

Nice comfortable place to stay, family unit very clean and tidy will definitely recommend again. Awesome staff and friendly very welcoming.

Noisy… close to flight path & construction all around. My room was hot info afternoon, no air conditioner. Good for fast food every where. I won't be staying there again.

Was great just a walk to rainbows end good service and clean apartments.

Friendly staff Large room with kichenette for resonable rates. Handy to Westfeild, Rainbows end, variety of food selections in central Manukau.

I can recommend Rayland Motel to any one far and wide, weather you visiting or passing through. Great location, your minutes from food out let's, your close to Manukau town centre. They have a Hoyits Cinema. And the rainbows end is across the road. You have the motorway very close. Your room is cleaned, sheets, towels are changed every morning. They provide you with free Wi Fi. Friendly staff, very professional. Out of Five, We gave it a Four.

Good location which was walking distance to Westfield shopping centre & to the main bus stop of the Naked Bus The room was reasonable size with a small kitchenette.

Great for cheap, clean and friendly stop over for the night. Very close to m'way for quick access to continue journey. Very quiet. Needs a towel rail in bathroom.

Dingy and room had just been painted — very old style everything — had to ask for a new kettle twice — the 2nd time thry gave me one out of the box? Beds were comfy and shower pressure good. Gave 2 star rating as it's very close to the netball complex, a shopping mall complex and some lovely restaurants within walking distance or minutes drive. Not the best by a long shot, but if ur not fussy then it's a decent bed and bathroom for a nite…

5star for this 3-4star hotel. Why?. Because service was friendly & efficient, room was very clean & tidy plus beds comfortable. Also ideally located for late stopover from airport, & to get to shops & eateries.

Very clean. Sadly internet needs work as doesn't work at night due to overload. Very convenient for eating out. Close to motorway but sound proof. Had two great night's sleep.

Updated and morden setting close to everything n very cosy and value for money.

Awesome reception person. Rooms are great for the price and close to the mall and restaurants.

Currently adjacent to a construction site for its own extension, in case you were looking for a quiet stay!

Rooms need a bit of tidy up. Staff was ok. Short drive from airport, so good you are in for a short night.

Don't book this motel. When we read through the ratings, we thought it might not be so bad. It's awful! We had ants in the room, the bathroom is everywhere mold and the bed has its best times behind it. The flight and street noise would still be tolerated if at least the room were good. Probably there would be newer rooms, we were definitely in the old grisly wing. The only positive thing is that a shopping centre is within walking distance.

Nice clean room and facilities. Close to restaurants with major shopping and entertainment across the road. Building site next door makes lots of noise during the day so no daytime naps til after 5

Was a lovely place, but had alot of down falls. Room was tiny and dated, extremely cold also. Toilet, was discuting. Had bodily fluids under toilet seat, and on the back of the toilet. Bed wasn't made properly. Dishes and cutlery were dirty. Microwave smelt like rotten food. but. Bed was super comfy and shower was excellent. Staff were amazing And friendly. Just needs work. Alot of dampness and moisture also.

Well located. Near Rainbow's End and Westfield. Only downside a little old.

The only reason I am wasting my time giving this place even one star rating is because I can't publish my comments without giving it at least 1 star. This place is filthy and disgusting. Room stunk of filth and stale cigarette, Dust was inches thick around the skirting boards and on bed lamps, Mold all through the bathroom, Microwave had never been cleaned, Spider webs in all corners of the room. I left straight away, demanded my money back. The owners are still disputing it!

Dirty rooms no reception after hours, noisy party in next room. Shocking.

We arrived, after a very long drive to find a motel in a tragic state of repair. The three flights of stairs to our unit are rotting; there no smoke detectors that we could detect; the TV did not work and the place was not clean. The TV was sorted out by the 2nd person who came (2 hrs after we called). A thorough search did not uncover a smoke detector — very concerning since the are basic kitchen facilities. I would not want to climb the stairs on a rainy day. I suspect the place may be scheduled for demolition. On a positive note — our family of 6 all slept in comfortable beds. The Asian supermarket across was an unexpected treasure trove of deliciousness and the lady at reception was lovely.

Average place, for what they charge and what ya get is not really of standard.

Great motel to stay at. Has all the necessities you need for a comfortable night in. Great location for us as we watched auditions for NZs Got talent at the TelstraClear event centre which is a mere 10min walk from here an also a Valentines restaurant, KFC and Rainbows end at the doorstep. I highly recommend to all and would most definitely stay at this motel again.

We stayed here while attending Massad at Rainbows End. Awesum location, great service, with help sorting out the bed. Lovely clean room. Would differently stay again.

Had a convention to attend at Telstra Clear centre, ideal location. Mall, restaurants all walking distance. Took my family along so was very handy for the kids to have rainbows end, movies, mall all nearby. I could spend evening and weekend with the family and also attend the convention.
