We had a fantastic stay at AWSA. Awesome views of the Harbour Bridge, especially at night when it lights up. The apartment itself was very spacious, and well kitted out in the kitchen. Definitely recommended, and we will stay here again.

Memorable stay. Great views of the harbour, great location around many things to enjoy. A wonderful relaxing NZ experience.

My eldest son, his lovely wife, and 2 super children 11yrs and 7yrs stayed in a large luxury 3 bedroom apartment on Princes Wharf when visiting us recently. The apartment was indeed luxurious with a fabulous new modern kitchen and each of the 8 seats in the corner leather lounge suite had automatic fully-reclining comfort. There was plenty of space indoors for 8 people and extra guests to relax in gracious luxury with a large grassed outdoor area for the children to run about, or one could simply admire the apartment's panoramic views while sipping fine NZ wines as the sun set. In the morning it was pure magic to watch the sun rise over Waiheke Island, a 35 minute ferry trip for city working commuters and to view other islands of the Hauraki Gulf. Queen Street is but a brisk walk to Auckland's main street and home to many international luxury brands and Devonport, a suburb displaying old world charm is a mere 15 minute ferry-ride from Princes Wharf Waterfront Apartments. We walked to the Sky City Revolving Restaurant for a superb dinner and walked to the popular Viaduct Basin to dine. We also enjoyed walking to other central destinations on and around Princes Wharf during their 4 day visit. The children were fascinated with Wynyard Quarter and the visit to watch the bridge-span open and close, to let yachts sail in and out to sea and pedestrians cross. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay in the timeless luxury apartment situated directly over the sea.

Best accommodation I have stayed at and will be coming back (beats the Sheraton or Sebel). Great spacious unit with huge bed and kitchen facilities, big lounge and dining area and outdoor balcony to chill out on and watch activity on the harbour. Quality restaurants close by and harbour ferries negate the use of a car unless heading out of town. Friendly welcome on arrival was a good start to a memorable stay.

We have stayed here several times and it is consistently fantastic. All the comforts of home, great views, the best location (easy walking distance to some top restaurants, no busy roads to cross) and most importantly we can have the doors wide open with no traffic noise. It is lovely being over the water. The staff are punctual and down to earth.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom in November, 2014. It was a great place to stay and location was also ideal. It was modern and very comfortable — being able to make meals was a treat — so much better than a hotel. We were able to walk the city and certainly enjoy the harbor views from our wrap around deck! I would highly recommend and would book again if ever back in Auckland.
