It Was the best… so I decided to live here.

I wont give this place any stars its not worth it. Motelier is a arogant bi#*!. Its cheep and thts it cheep, cockroach, flea infested rats rathole. The motelier &cleaner are thieves. Do not go there honestly this place needs to be shitdown/shutdown. UNWELCOMING ARROGANT CARNTS… hd to give 1star just to post this.

Oh I'm never going back there the service was not great started ringing earlier for me to get out of the room.

Very old motel but can't complaint because price is reasonable.

Very disappointed. Arrived at 2.30 and room wasnt ready. Very noisy. No consideration by other residents who appear to stay here on a more permanent basis. Children runnong uo and down and crying and shouting at 10.45om at night. Cars playing music at high level Not a pleasant stay at all.

Very dirty grubby place. Most of the complex is rented out to island familys didn't even want to park in the Carpark as most of the cars there had broken windows etc. Ended up canceling our booking and loosing $50. And ended up going somewhere else as it was that disgusting.

Walls are paper thin could hear all road noise, noisy neighbours till 2am on a Mon night, shower head was broken and tap drips service was less than average. Rooms are generous size. Won't be back.

Wish I could say more about this hotel but upon checking I I was told that they double booked my room and that I was now staying at the backpacker hotel down the street. Googling the other hotel I found out that rooms go for $20 per night less than the one I booked. No refund or discount was offered. The least they could have done is called and let me know ahead of time so I had an option of finding different accommodation.

Beware of staying here, my friend had a booking last night in room 15, arrived at 8pm with 3 bags of luggage for a 2month trip to england, and when she returned after getting some food all her luggage had been stolen, they are not very helpful, the usual, unprofessional, unorganised and nobody knows anything, I suspect they must know something, and even though they have 6 security cameras, no coverage conveniently been recorded, stay at your own risk, as your possessions could be stolen, never leave your luggage in the room alone.

Worst place ever. Mother in law stayed there and had all her stuff stolen while out for dinner. Unhelpful owners. Do not stay here.

Photo on website is many, many years old. Both times we stayed, the experience was two-star. An example, I emailed to arrange a shuttle bus from the airport when we arrived and it didn't show (or even have the email replied to). On leaving, we had to wake the driver to take us down that we arranged, checked and rechecked with reception. The suite was clean-ish (long term resident fouled the toilet and left the beds with an outline compression of a very big person) and basic — not that the model could really do anything about it at short notice — but it wouldn't happen in a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel. The admin were nice enough. Just don't seem to be customer-focused. Which is sad.

Looks really rough on the outside. Not in the best area. Glass doors and glass walls in the front of the building make it feel not so secure. The inside was relatively clean and nice. However, the shower head was broken and kept swiveling around spraying all over the bathroom. Perks were location (close to the airport), large spacious room with kitchen, relatively comfortable beds, lots of parking and top tier toilet paper.

I was concerned from some of the past reviews, but we needed an inexpensive option near the airport for a single night. We were very pleasantly surprised: the room was spacious, quiet, had good Wi-Fi signal, and was clean and neat. The shuttle bus was easily booked via reception and everything worked out great!

Good motel, close to the airport. The single bed was a bit tough, had minor problems with the TV but unlimited strong receiving Wi-Fi, acceptable bathroom and kitchen use. I would stay here if I had to for a short period of time.

The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in in a long time. The sheets were crispy clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. You couldn't hear the road noise, which was amazing considering they are situated on a busy road. We had two large bike boxes and the front office staff were very helpful, they allowed us to strore them rather than carry them upstairs. The room was spacious and very tasteful.

I have lived in many hotels around the world, some of them are small and some of them are luxury. Motel “Airport Travel Air” is the worst one that I have never experienced! This motel is owned by a Korean couple, they provide 10-day free parking and free shuttle bus service, and this is why the motel attracted me to book this motel at the first time. However, the night before I left the motel, there was no one telling me where I can park my car, when I came back from Australia they still did not know which car belongs to me! I was very angry is their service attitude, and it is very difficult for me to afford it! When I came back from Australia, I called the motel to ask them whether they can come to pick me up, the lady who was answering the phone said they can send a free shuttle bus to come to the airport and the shuttle bus will arrive in 15 minutes. The lady told me to wait at Door 11. Due to her Korean accent, I did not understand the word “Door”. Then we spent around five minutes to find the Door 11 but we did not find it. After that, I called them again, and that was the time the lady started shouting at me very rudely, and she said the driver had waited for us for 1 hour. How could this happen! We were only ten minutes late and there is no one called to me to ask when I can come to the shuttle bus! She also said the shuttle will not come back to pick us up, so we should find another way to go to their motel.

Very nice motel No problem at all NICE BED.

Worst place to stay ever. My bed had bed bugs, the place was noisy every night at 4am the water pipes would make loud noises and the TV only had 2 channels. I would not recommend a stay here.

I can recommend this place to anyone. Arrived at airport, shuttle came to pick us up. Clean & comfortable room. No noise. Very impressed and dont regret coming here. Friendly service at reception and free Wi-Fi.
