I booked my partner, daughter and grand daughter in here 8 weeks in advance. All travelled from Vancouver and were tired just wanting a room to settle. On arrival the reception was not open (I had to call from Australia) to raise attention that people were at reception. Was told no vacancy (having booked 8 weeks in advance) and had to locate another hotel. Absolutley disappointed in the lack of empathy and nil willingness to assist. Would not refund booking either.

Convenient to the airport. Clean, but a bit pricey.

Stayed overnight for an early morning flight from Auckland airport. Surprisingly good facilities, very clean, lovely staff. High-ceilings in room made it feel very spacious. Recommended a great restaurant nearby and organised free transport to and from. Complementary shuttle service to and from the airport was super handy and the driver, Esther, was gorgeous. Very pleased with our experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful but accommodation pretty ordinary.

Over priced for the room typical to stick it up you just because a concert is on in Auckland. Room was average shower curtain was mouldy room was hot as there was no air conditioning or fans. The bed was uncomfortable would not stay there again could have stayed at the Novotel at the Airport for less in a much better room.

Not very happy with the experience, I had called prior to arriving to see if I could get a room. The phoneline was cut so I went onto wotif to book a room. Did not see that the book in time was 2pm that afternoon. We arrived after 3am and was told we could book in and check out at 2pm. The next morning we were rudely awakened by the motel staff to check out, I advised what was agreed upon and at the first instance yelled abuse at me. The owners/workers were rude. I do not understand I paid for a stay that was agreed upon and then re-negged. I asked them to provide a resolution and was told another $180 from 10am-2pm. Was given none and forced out of the room. I did not pay $180 for 6.5hrs, when $180 rate is from 2pm to 10am next morning and our agreement was already set so that we could get enough sleep to continue our long journey. The staff were rude, we didnt enjoy our rest and we didnt even get time to utilise the spa we paid extra for the room for. Not happy, and they didnt seem to care either. Never going back again!

Free Shuttle, Free Wi-Fi, Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean room, linens. Great Shower! It was very hot and the immediately brought a fan when asked. Food within walking distance, bus stop VERY close to hotel. I would definitely stay here again. 4 stars for all of the above… the property could use some TLC but it is perfectly fine.

The boss can speak chinese, let the person instantly cordial! Very close to the airport, very good for the rest of the Station.

Worst experience ever. Arrived in Auckland with three young children and when we rung for the shuttle we were told one was on the way. After 30 mins it didn't arrive. We rang again and were told it was coming. After another 15 mins we rang & were told it was approaching the terminal. It finally arrived over one hour after we called for it. Although in was only a ten minute drive. No apology. Did not appreciate being lied to. Would not recommend. Put one star because could not post comments without it.

Dated decor and an ancient uncomfortable bed, but it's clean enough and close to the airport. I wouldn't stay here if not flying out first thing in the morning.

Have used before and will probably use again This time electric blanket on one side had wires showing and did not work, one lamp was out and bathroom fan did not work. Convenient to leave car while travelling and free shuttle to and from airport. Previous stays were fine.

Little value (room outdated, some parts were broken) for the price they charge. The only reason we stayed there was because it was close to the airport and they provided free pickup and drop off from the airport. But very nice people.

Little bit older but clean and spacious rooms and bathroom, free Wi-Fi and very close to airport without being too noisy. Free shuttle to airport at any time is perfect.

Practice. Family room for 5 at a reasonable price. Close to airport and free shuttle.

Cheapazz rooms are very clean plus free ride to airporr.

We were going overseas for 6 days, returning late one night then one of us flying within NZ early next morning, so not worth going all the way home for a few hours' sleep. Left car before departure, got free ride to airport, picked up on return a few days later, then free ride for me to airport next morning. Wife able to sleep in a bit before driving home. The 14 days free parking certainly paid off for us. And the room? Large and clean, bathroom facilities excellent. Would recommend to others, and use it again ourselves if necessary.

Positive: Close to Airport Negative: Room not ready despite arriving two hours after confirmed arrival time Room smelled of bleach, need airing out Dirty smudge marks on kitchen wall Spa bath jet/ bubble functions did not work Spa bath taps not properly attached to the bath Thin walls, could hear occupants of next room talking.

Very close to the airport, great shuttle service! room was very clean and excellent. They provided our car storage safely too. The price was worth it.
