Was my Home for 3 weeks during my business trip, this place is awesome for stay at Zeist, Great location very well connected to public transport, food and hospitality towards the guests, Zeist is must visit place in The Netherlands and Hotel Theater Figi is must stay place.

Loved the hotel.
the room was spacious for a solo traveler, the area was quiet, I went there for a music festival which happened during the night, and during the day I was able to sleep with no problems at all. The bed was really comfy. The location was perfect! 20 min away from Utrecht train station by bus (line 50).
The staff was really kind and professional! Receptionist was available during the night aswell, never leaving his desk. Next time that I go to amsterdam or utrecht, I will make sure that I will book my hotel with you!

Shocking warn out executive suit rooms, very dirty, very noisy even though I had booked a room facing the Slotlaan I ended up with a room facing the very noisy Dorp straat. Wrote an email with photos to Victoria Ruijs but no reply. They don’t seem to care!

One of the best hotels I've been to on my vacation. There is a sort of peaceful atmosphere here… Many stores and bars nearby, the rooms are nice and spacious, and the fitness center has basically what anyone would need.

Figi is a top hotel with such friendly service, total comfort and attention. Very good value for money. Looking forward to coming back every year. It makes it such a pleasure to stay in and explore Zeist. Fantastic breakfast also full of diversity and choices! I will recommend Figi to all my friends and family.

I must start with the highlight of my stay. There was a man with grey hair and grey beard who attended to our breakfast, and he was so lovely and attentive, and it was so unusual to have someone direct and guide our breakfast, it was a pleasant experience. The croissants were a perfect mix of sweet, buttery, crunchy and chewy so please, never change your baker/supplier of these croissants. The other staff members were lovely too, and allowed us to store our suitcases in a room while we had our breakfast. The rooms were on the whole good. The colour scheme was a little strange but that's no problem of course. Plenty of lamps to use, clean floors, comfortable beds and chairs, and with various amenities. The bathroom was also clean, and I must say the toilet, taps and shower heads were great to use with the right amount of pressure and quantity (can never fault Grohe! ) Overall, my stay was really lovely and that was definitely due to the friendly and professional staff. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay and would have got a five star rating of it weren't for the lack of aircon in the room. The staff are great and there are three great places to eat nearby if you get bored with the hotel restaurant. Hire one of the hotel bikes and head straight up the high street to find a good selection of shops.

It's a good comfy hotel. You can find the market nearby and bus stop is just across the road. Best part is it has a theatre!

Only thing that is lacking, is a visible schedule and display of when and what movie are playing. They don't even have a schedule posted on the doors that you can read from the outside. That's ridiculous. The rest of the place is very nice and upscale. And the bartender from Senegal, Mouctar, us very very nice.

Nothing extraordinary, but good service, clean, good restaurant and well located in the center of Zeist.

Nice place to meet with friends and have a coffee or enjoy a drink. Relaxed atmosphere and ok place to bring children. Ok.

A nice simple and accessible hotel. Very spacious rooms, coffee and tea offered.

I think it's an old hotel. The room is clean and big (for the rate I've paid using corporate rate). Breakfast is standard europe hotel, but enough for boost your energy until lunch ;-) Bus stop is nearby, but you need to walk 7" to reach convenience store or small restaurant.

The room was comfortable 3, 5/5 but the staff was amazing. Everybody makes you feel like home.

Preety much like most other good hotels, good beds, location is great, a Chinese restaurant right next to it and a super market ten minutes away.

Had a lovely evening at Figi theater for a night of cabaret. Well organized and friendly service.

Old Hotel come to less but still the best of the city.

Nice and tidy rooms. Good for a short business stay. Breakfast buffet really good.

Nice clean room in an awesome location. Be sure to bring your own hair conditioner as none is provided with the room (only shampoo/body wash combination soap). They also don't have washcloths, so I ran down to Hema to purchase one. The staff there are very pleasant, professional, and helpful. I used to live in this hotel during my military days in the 1980s when they had furnished apartments. It was fun to be back!

Stayed there for one man on the road from Amsterdam. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms and great beds. All super. The town is small and quiet. After 23 streets deserted.

I lived at the Fiji with my Wife and infant son back in 1983. I couldn't compare it to an American hotel, but our stay there which was for about 3 to 4 months was great. The hotel staff were fabulous as were the rest of the Dutch population. The hotel is situated right downtown in the City of Zeist which has great shopping including any type of cultural restaurant that you can imagine. I used to love going to the local cheese shops where I bought the best Gouda, Edam and Boterkaas in the world! I also used to frequent the Movie Theater downstairs in the hotel with my Wife at least once a week giving us some exposure to the Dutch culture. The people of the Nederlands are definitely the most friendly folks on Earth, warm, charming and ever caring. They are always looking out for you and will go out of their own way to make sure that you are comfortable and enjoying yourself. I am looking forward to returning to the Nederlands sometime in the future, maybe even making it my forever home.

Stayed overnight on 31/1. A disaster! Never again! Arrived 23.00 hour, asked for a quiet room at the desk, received an upgrade (very kind! ) and went to the 5th floor. Was awake till 03.50 hour because of a continuing ventilator rumbling noise, called a few times the desk "can you switch it off? ". Suggestion from the desk: "we can move you into a different room", a very kind and helpful person, I have to say. Finally I decided to move, got help from the desk. Forgot shaving equipment, and could not shave prior to my breakfast meeting at 7.30 hour. Paid the bill, no apology whatsoever from the desk on the noisy room. Breakfast is 1with 9, 50 very overpriced! Went up to the room, but the electr. Key was blocked because I had paid the bill (keys are blocked after paying/checking out) Found a cleaning lady to let me in. Lady at the desk saw me going to the elevator. She knew I was going to the room. Why didn't she. With a room rate of 135 euro, and 3, 5 hour sleep it was an expensive night. Never again hotel FIGI.
