Wonderful service to expensive though €192 for premium service per night.

POD rooms small but with everything u need while waiting for a flight. Relax on the bed, watch t. V and the shower helps a lot especially if u have been traveling for hours or days.

Cubs itself are nice and you have everything what you nees for short stay but if you want to sleep (that is whole purpose of this hotel) then you need to use earplugs. Doors are definitely not sound proof. This is short stay hotel end every few minutes someone is passing, banging doors, talking or hotel staff using vacuum machine.
Also I didn't like that there is no bottle of water. I mean, you can buy it at the reception but there is nothing in the room.

Do not understand why they do construction at midnight instead of daytime… Quiet noisy.

We have had the most dreadful couple of day’s missing our flight from Atlanta to Manchester and then having to fly to Amsterdam instead, saw the Yotelair after the worse flight ever, this is the best thing ever, staff are friendly and helpful and the beds are so comfy just what me and my husband needed after not sleeping at all, I am pregnant and he has had a couple of epileptic seizures in the last couple of days. DEFO RECOMMENDED for a long stop over.

The YOTELAIR seemed more like a spaceship than a hotel. It is enclosed within the airport and has no windows, and the design made me feel like I was in an episode of Star Trek. I think it was smallest room I've ever stayed in, but was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately it was difficult to find as there isn't much signage throughout the airport. The amenities were well placed, with the exception of the small sideways sink which made it difficult to shave or brush your teeth without a bumping your head against the mirror.

After the noise and crush of the long flight and airport it was heaven to walk into the sound proofed hallway of the Yotel and into our private room! So decadent! We stayed in the queen size room with its own bathroom and slept like the dead in between flights. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the bathroom was perfect. I was hesitant to spend the $$ at first, but after all the travel in the weeks before I think it was well spent here!

Very nice hotel. This is just what I needed after a long day of flying before I had a connecting flight six hours later. The bed mattress was super comfortable and it was nice having the thick heavy duvet as I prefer those. Just blast the AC and have that nice duvet on and you’re in your own little bubble. One minor thing which I’m not sure can be fixed is the drain makes a funny sucking sound for about 5 minutes after you take a shower or use the sink. I hope that doesn’t wake others up. Other than that top notch place!

Interesting hotel, for a long connection between flights is a great option. The noise insulation is good, the air conditioning, the shower, everything is clean and fresh, the benevolence of the staff left a very pleasant impression. 10 out of 10! 3-5 minutes and you're at the gate. There are 2 points: there was no set up to adjust the light (reading, shower, etc. ) and draining in the toilet (as in the plane) the hears were all over the hotel rooms. I. E. If someone in the next room used it, this will be audible and very good, especially not much when it's 3am.

After 8 hours on a plane from Nairobi, the shower and service were perfect. The front desk workers were very friendly and the showers were exactly what we needed. We split the shower between 3 people and at $28 US, thought the money spent was well worth it.

The airport at night is completely empty, you can sleep peacefully, by the way, on the chairs, and then go to the shower, which is also in the restroom, the shower is free.

Exceeded expectations. After reading reviews of how small this Yotel was I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was incredibly helpful, the complementary coffee was delicious (saves at least 4 euro for an alternative in Schiphol), and it was a treat to see the room included a TV (which was most welcome during the World Cup season). Would stay here again! Although one thing to mention is — flying into Terminal M (Wow Airlines, etc. ) requires going through security again. Didn’t realize this through the reviews and so I paid for an extra hour and a half I wasn’t in the hotel.

This gets 5 Stars because I was on the brink of death from exhaustion. A lot of flight problems left us in Amsterdam waiting with a 12 hour layover. This was exactly what we needed. The front desk was very kind and helpful and check in was quick. They offered us hot beverages, but we just want to crawl into the bed and pass out. Rooms are very small, even by Euro standards, but it did the trick! Woke up and grabbed a nice coffee from the front desk and felt great! Bathroom, shower, Wi-Fi, everything functioned well. We rented the room for 8 hours and paid €115. That's a little pricey, but it is in an airport, so what do you expect right?

Ok this was our first experience with an airport hotel as we had a 10 hour layover. The room was very clean, right next to the food court, great Wi-Fi and quiet. This was a lifesaver for us and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended for a long layover.

Highly recommended! I had 8 hours between flights. I booked 5 hours, took the cheapest room. Everything in the room is very clean, there is a shower, toilet and sink, a table and a chair. Perfectly slept 4 hours, during this time charged all their devices. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I even talked to Skype with my family. Super. 100 percent will use it if it does. And at other airports will also check, and if there is, to use.

An option inside the transit part of Amsterdam airport. Combination of miniature size of basics that you may need in the hotel room. Very nice if you are just have a 5 to 15 hours transit time and looking for a place to rest without getting out and in the airport and security.

It's a beautiful place, not cheap at all, but it worth. Your reservation printed will be useful if you're arriving at night to the airport, security personnel may require it.

I'm airline crew and was lucky to get it at the airline rate. Got drinks are complimentary as well. The bed is very comfortable I didn't want to leave. Plus the shower inside the room is just right. The staff were friendly and accommodating too.

Ideal to spend a night before a flight very early in the morning or then possibility to book a room for a few hours in case of long waiting time between two flights. Attention: The hotel is located inside the terminal: compulsory airfare in order to pass the Airport security check. The rooms are small but comfortable. The bed is big enough. No windows. Claustrophobic, abstain.

Terrible experience. Given inadequate information, ended up not being able to use the room and was refused a refund. Unpleasant staff and an unpleasant experience. Would not recommend it — save your money.

This was exactly what we needed after a lengthy trans-Atlantic flight. No fuss no muss check in, easy WYSIWYG setup, and super quiet sound proof room with all the amenities you need without leaving the airport. I was skeptical at first but when we got there it was SO worth it. The best 4 hour sleep I could possibly ask for.

The rooms, though small, were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and provide hot drinks and snacks 24/7. It is nice to have a little bit of privacy whlile in one of the world's busiest airports.

This is a great place to recharge during a layover. Their pods are reasonably priced and we'll with it when you need to get a shower and a couple hours of sleep. I'd definitely use one again.

So basically the room is small which is fine and noisy. Almost no room to move around. One towel for shower and a toilet paper roll. Nothing else. Ok for the essential but this is too much essential. The air extractor is noisy and if you wash your hands strange whistles come from the pipes… really not the best to sleep quietly.

Conveniently located inside the Schiphol airport, this hotel is perfect for travellers, especially fans of Star Trek. The rooms are cozy and hi-tech, the beds are comfortable and clean. The charging station includes outlets for European, American, and Asian devices. USB charging is also available. My room was quiet but earplugs are available upon request. The lighting is amazing. I've never seen so many different options for lighting and it is all controlled with a push of a button that's right next to the bed. Note that there's no hairdryer so if you're planning to wash your socks before your flight you better do it as soon as you arrive. Hairdryer is available upon request. Free coffee and hot chocolate.

I discovered these accommodations when I missed my flight on 25 march 2017. It's a very small room with only the basic needs. The room had a bed, a toilet, a sink, and a television, a closet. It's centrally located in the airport and close to the food court. It was a very convenient way to stay overnight in the airport. It was high priced 150 euros. And much more comfortable than sleeping on a chair or the floor of a very busy airport.

Yotel serves in a pinch — — courteous check-in, simple (in the room 3 minutes after walking up! ) but the overly-perfumed rooms were a bit nauseating. I was able to squeeze in 4 solid hours of sleep though, and they added an extra hour on no problem when I hit *snooze.

Absolutely great for one night, cheap compared to other hotels around the airport. Small but well designed layout using the full potential of the surface area available. Nice powerful hot shower, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

It is such a nice feeling to get a hot shower and a short nap after a very long flight. The tiny rooms are rented for 4 hours minimum stay. A great idea! Friendly staff and it was surprisingly quiet in the room. Free coffee is included.

This is the best ever! Just what you need. Perfect stay. I slept so well, good bed. It is soothing, the pink must be part of that. Everything about this experience is tops!

Quite possibly the biggest waste of a $120. The room was not soundproof, could hear all kinds of noises throughout the evening. Air conditioning either didn't work or didn't exist, room climbed from 20.5 degrees to 23 degrees, very uncomfortable to wake up sweating. Bathroom drain in shower is the loudest suction drain, roommate could get no sleep while shower was in use. No way to turn lights on in bathroom without lighting up entire room either. We'll NEVER stay in one of these again. Would have been better off sleeping on the terminal chairs, sure would have cost a lot less too! Sleep elsewhere!

Small but adequate pod style hotel. Great array of international charging points in room. Good for resting up on long layover.

Best Lay over I've ever had. Arrived at the airport around 10pm and connecting flight was at 7am. I was able to sleep, shower and eat breakfast while staying within security. I simply walked over to my departing gate in the morning.

Premium room is the perfect size for 1 or 2 with a fantastic bed and hot shower. Grab a sandwich somewhere outside and take a nice long nap in your room.

Why aren't these in every airport in the world? Sometimes you just need a place to shower and sleep and Yotel delivers! Best part is it's in the airport past security check so you can leave your room refreshed 10 minutes before your flight starts boarding.

I booked a room for my wife and my daughters that are 3 and 8 years old. She had stayed there multiple times before when we had one child. The attendant let her know that they can't accommodate her with two kids. She asked if she can upgrade to a bigger but none was available. All along, the attendants behavior was rude and disrespectful. I understand the rules even though the employee provided a very poor customer care experience but this was not the end of the story. Another couple with a toddler and a young kid approached and she gave them a room. Her explanation was that the husband is not staying and they are going to book two rooms and one of the rooms would be available three hour after! You just bend the rules for one guest and refused a tired mother with two kids a room that I already paid and there was no refund!

Although space is limited, this place is a great example of efficient use of space, with all needed comforts of a short stay, including various electric outlets & USB ports. What struck me most was the ease of thermoregulation! Easy to control the temp in a smaller room with more efficiency, and less energy waste, because, as we know, that's one thing we need to be mindful of… Also, the sleeping cabin area is extremely comfortable, and the room is soundproof. Really enjoyed my stay, & shall do so again in the future. A lot of airports can learn from this concept!

The Best hotel, I have ever visited! It was my first hotel in a airport, and probably not the last one. The boy — receptionist was nice. He helped us. The accomodation was so cool, we had small room for 1-2 person. It was really small, but we enjoyed it. It was lit, the bed (whitch was huge) was in the wall!. You had there a TV, than a small bathroom (really small), but we didn’t care. We spent there just 10 hours (max is 24 h). But it was so hard to find. After 20 minutes we found it.
