Very nice hotel, rooms are really clean, modern furnished, staffs are very friendly.

We stayed here for a long time with my husband, which I understood is not common at this hotel. But boy, during our visit is was like returning home whenever we came back to hotel! Staff was absolutely wonderful, room great and bar/restaurant lovely. I can recommend Novotel for longer stays and after this corona-world calms down, I hope to visit here again. Six stars from five!

Very nice hotel near the Schophol Airport. Metro station is just down the street for easy access to both the airport (5 min) and Amsterdam (20 min). Staff was also very helpful with any questions we had as well as in th dining area. We were surprised to see that our room came with a complementary smart phone to use during our stay which included international calls. Morning breakfast was fantastic. Great assortment of food to start the day off right. We would highly recommend staying here if your traveling in the area.

Very modern hotel with a sustainable touch and many guests that come for business. The personnel is nice and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is not so centered, but the Sprinter trains you can catch 3 minutes away at Hoofddorp bring you to the city center in 30 minutes. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast, especially the lovely freshly squeezed orange juice! Dinner not too ridiculously expensive. Rooms are not enormous but comfortable and bathroom ok (shower only but good one).

Wow … where do I start. Visiting Amsterdam for an Exhibition with my wife and 7yr old son. Right from the begining the staff at the Reception were genuinly very nice and professional. My wife and son find it very comfortable and where happily entertained while I am away because the hotel is in close proximity to the train station (Amsterdam Central just 25 mins away), very easy access to the Hoofddrop shopping Centre by buses from the train station, and a very nice park close by. The availabilty of the day passes for all transportaion at the Reception was wonderful. Needless to say, the hotel is immaculately clean and the entertainment area from lobby to lounge to the restaurants are just beautiful. The standard, variety and quality of food being served is excellent. I am a club member and regularly stay at Novotels around the world. I can easily say that this hotel ranks as one of the best I have stayed at. I will definitely come back. Good job guys, keep up the great work!

Nice place, the environment had a rich feel but everything else was more of a 3-star character. Nice living rooftops with bee hives. Very energy efficient rooms and hallways.

I stayed at this hotel twice already and I will be returning. The staff is amazing, very friendly. They let you use the computers in the lobby for printing your boarding pass. If you have any requests, they are happy to help. Thank you for making our stay pleasant!

Excellent hotel. The worse the parking is not the hotel, but it is connected with him and have a fee abusive.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the month of February'18 on my honeymoon trip. Location: Just one station from Schiphol airport and hardly 200m from Hoofdrop metro station. Food: Too good to be true buffet spread with multiple options for all kind of food lovers. Hospitality: Mr. Floris (GM) and his team made every effort to make my trip memorable. His team went follows only one rule "Customer Delight" Rooms: We states in a suite which had all the basic amenities and extremely spacious in size. Thank you Mr. Floris, hope to meet you on my next trip.

Possibility to take phone device for free and use it for navigation in the city. Prices above average.

Hotel outside the city, one stop from the airport, very convenient to the train (50MT), with an excellent restaurant, and a buffet for breakfast of first level.

I was sent here by my airline when my flight got cancelled. From when I arrived staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and very modern. Would definitely get stranded there again.

Modern hotel The common areas are very large but the rooms are a small thing.

It is a transit place if you have missed your flight, comfortable and clean rooms, but outside the hotel there is nothing… just office buildings.

New, modern hotel. Cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast all just top! Goods for 3 nights for City Tour Amsterdam. Ideal location to explore Amsterdam (train station 3 min walk) restaurant in the hotel is recommended, quality of food is excellent. Would book this hotel again.

Hotel too far from downtown, more than 30 km. The movements require too long times, especially at night when you can only use the night buses.
Services not at the height of its 4 stars. One day we were not cleaned the room and even we were provided at least clean wipes, despite the request. The bar staff was completely unprepared: this was a source of long waits to even have a coffee or cappuccino. We were also given inaccurate information about the times of breakfast, so we could not enjoy it one morning.

Is not so good because service is nedrieg and they have not cleaned my rooms and I was dissatisfied with and the parking is also very expensive.

Something is seriously wrong at your hotel Novotel Schipol, Amsterdam… Guests are getting robbed in broad daylight. Two thefts happened on 26 Nov 2017 during breakfast from the dining area. One of the victims was our lady colleague (we were a group of more than 40 persons staying there), who lost her cash, credit cards, mobile etc… The attitude of the hotel staff was callous and irresponsible. Instead of helping, they blamed the victim of leaving their belongings on the dining table while going to get some juice or coffee from the counters… I have a strong feeling that there is deep involvement of some insider (s) /hotel staff. Nothing was caught on camera as the thieves knew very well as to which part of the dinning hall is not covered by CCTV… I think the matter needs in-depth investigation to save the reputation of Novotel, which has been dented severely. Also, the staff needs to be trained to empathize with the victims… Thanks.

Just arrived and already feeling so comfortable. Hotel is spacious and modern with great indoor facilities and lovely chill out bar. Staff all-round from the reception, room service trough bar staff are all so friendly too. Overall good vibe, modern Holland touches and great hospitality. I am looking forward stating again and recommend hot to everyone looking for nice place to stay near Amsterdam.

Nice the Hall, the small rooms, the restaurant, a little ' less the small room but that can accommodate 3 people, a double and a sofa bed, shower bath and minibar. There is also kettle x coffee and tea! 4 minutes from Schipol and 20 from Amsterdam Centraal. Train stop 3 minutes walk.

I stayed only one night here after being bumped off a flight. It's close to the airport, only one station away by train. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were pleasant. I used room service for dinner, the service was quick and delicious. If I'm ever stuck at Amsterdam airport, I'll stay here again.

The staff at the Airport Novatel hotel are friendly and professional. The hotel is like a 10 minutes ride from Amsterdam airport. The train stop is right across st. From hotel. The room was pretty decent and modern and very clean. Hotel has a nice gym. No laundry mat in basement however. I like washing my clothes before returning home. I had to take train to Amsterdam central and walk 3 bloc9ks with rolling suitcase to find laundry mat. They washed and folding every thing in suitcase for 13 euro s. I thought that was a fair price. I went on boat tour, had lunch and sight seeing in Amsterdam Dam central area. It was a good day.

I was lucky to where I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite, so naturally I was in a good mood from that. The lucky thing for me was that while I was overnighting in Amsterdam, my luggage was on its way back to the US along with my toiletries; thankfully those were provided in the room, which sent me on my way the next morning feeling fresh and clean. The check in and out was quick and the staff helping me were great. Only minor inconvenience was at the bar looking for a wine menu, the waiter didn't seem to know we had one and was trying to list them off from memory. A different staff member (manager from how he acted) walked over and handed me a menu. Room was great and clean, and had exactly what I needed for my overnight stay to refresh and relax some from a 3 week long trip through 4 countries. The shower in the Junior suite is something I hope to have in my own house one day. Breakfast the following morning was fantastic, it's a beautiful space and the food was absolutely delicious and plentiful; could not ask for anything better.

We had such a nice, warm welcome upon arrival and enjoyed our clean room. We chose to not have service during our stay. At check out the receptionist (different than the person who checked us in) was not friendly. I asked for 2 bottles of water and her body language gave us the impression that it was a bother. She came back with 2 bottles of water and asked how I wanted to pay for it. I mentioned that we had complimentary bottle of water in our room at check in. She went to check with another staff and came back to give me 1 bottle of water. I thought that this was rather petty. Customer service was not there and this experience made me doubtful if I would book with Novotel chain again. This was our fist stay with Novotel. We have traveled often and stayed with small boutique hotels around the world that have provided better service. Just did not expect to be disappointed by Novotel.

From the lobby to the service of the restaurant, a very good atmosphere reigns.
The rooms are very nice and perfectly maintained since the opening good bedding, beautiful bathroom — upgrade to Junior Suite welcome (on my status platinum) a hair of ' panic ' (under control by the management in room) at the restaurant on Monday Evening, the dishes remain very pleasant.
The proposal for breakfast is appetizing, varied and well-stocked.

What a wonderful hotel! The decor, the employees, the room amenities, the fabulous breakfast, were all top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the enthusiasm of Johann when he set about to craft an enjoyable cocktail or the friendly smile of Alice, who seemed to always be working, no matter the time of day. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and pleasant. My room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The only thing missing was an iron and ironing board, but that was delivered as soon as I made the request.

The room is lovely. The bathroom is spacious and cozy. The design and the fittings indicate a sense of comfort. However, there is no privacy when you sleep 4 persons in a room. The dining room is spacious and cozy and the breakfast is invested and varied. Delicious.

Very nice Hotel with excellent Breakfast and a great play area for the Little ones. Via the nearby train station in twenty minutes in the City of Amsterdam. The staff is very nice. To complain about it anyway : it is not understandable to me that you have refused in the Restaurant to serve something from the room Service menu. Was a simple Pasta with Pesto, you would only bring to the room … Furthermore, the quality of the Cocktails varied in a grotesque extent : yesterday, a Cocktail was mixed perfectly. Today, the ingredients (including honey) have been tipped into the glass and not even stirred … layer salad in liquid …

I stayed at the the Novotel for just one night. The hotel is beautiful and modern. However whenever I travel and stay in hotels it is always the staff that make your stay how you needs it to be. The staff in this hotel are fun, friendly and attentive. I was lucky enough to meet the manageress Dido who was fantastic. It is obviously her job to make our stay memorable but you only have to see her and her team at work to understand how much they care. I hope I'm back soon.

The only shortcoming was that the wait for a room day one was over three hours and there was no simple accommodation other than checking back at the desk. Many hotels text when ready but this was not offered. The friendly service by the staff, going out of their way if I was looking for something whether directions or help with a problem, was exceptional. The difference was more striking as my trip, and stays in other hotels, progressed. The food was good at breakfast but also at dinner — not always the case. The staff was knowledgeable but even if we stumped a staff member during our 4 day stay, they would come back later with a full and complete response. Quite impressed!

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The children's bed was excellent. The airplane's noise is not disturbing at all. The food is delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent for transportation. 1 minute to the train station, 20 minutes to the center of Amsterdam. At other times, we are happy to come.

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Hotel. Had a nice room and the breakfast was awesome. But the Hotel staff was not at all cooperative, I traveled with family and small kids, during the booking and as well as over the call, I requested for an early check-in. When I reached hotel I was told that cleaning will start at 12 noon and I will get the room as soon its ready, which was still fine and valid point. But later when I checked the status multiple times, I was told check in time is 2 PM and staff is working. At 1:30 PM I had to be blunt and rude to get the room. My concern is: 1. Why there is provision given to place a request for early check-in, when Hotel staff is not supportive and able to give room prior to 2 PM? 2. If the policy allows and we requested for an early check-in, why can't the staff clean our room at priority? This has screwed our day and made it a very tensed and tired. Never expected such a bad response from 4+ star rated hotel.

The girl at reception (unfortunately I forgot her name) she was amazing! Thank you for looking after us I really enjoyed my stay and you we're definitely one of the highlights. Hope you can look up who checked my friend and I in with my name. Also breakfast was amazing and the hotel was so lovely and clean.

Overall smooth, comfortable and easy. Hoofddorp Novotel is very well located close to train station which was perfect for our stay. Hotel style and architecture is fine and elegant yet allows being casual. Mixed clients, business, families and tourists creates a nice ambiance. Perfect for business, this hotel is also cool for families. Check-in and check-out was easy with welcoming and informative staff. Rooms at Novotel standards (which is quite good! ). May just regret non separated toilets from bathroom and lack of bathtub yet shower is very nice and convenient. May also expect a little better food selection or preparation for breakfast (we did not have any other meals at the hotel) Yet, breakfast was good, but other Novotel have slightly better food preparation and arrays of selection. That said, stay and breakfasts were very enjoyable overall!

Great. The hotel is modern and comfortable. The breakfast room is very nice, the breakfast great. The additional services I found expensive. The area is a bit isolated and if you don't have a means of transportation your costs to travel to town by public transport are high. Even the costs for the airport despite only one train stop are high. I anyway in the hotel would stay here again because compared to our necessities there was everything.

I found the hotel staff very welcoming, and the restaurant very good … and in addition, the staff at the restaurant and bar were exceptional. I have no complaints whatsoever! I would certainly recommend your hotel to friends and family.

Exceptional staff and lovely room. The kids play area was great and the breakfast was simply brilliant — full hot breakfast! I can HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone, as it is simply brilliant. It is out from Amsterdam, but there is a train station less than 500m walk from the hotel front door, serviced by trains every 20 minutes. The cost is only 12 Euros one way. The area is nice, but there is nothing around in the way of fast food. I highly recommended this hotel.

Simply recommended as it is completely new and the rooms are nicely spacious and everything is redesigned and the breakfast is already varied. Very nice building close to the airport but you have no noise at night and you have a short walk to the train.

Great hotel. The breakfast suuuppeerr and the lobby is nice large with a variety of employment opportunities. Rooms are also great. One of the best hotels I've been to so far.

The hotel rooms are in good condition and despite the airport which is nearby you can sleep very well there.
You can get to Amsterdam from the Hoofddorp train station to see various sights. The hotel is also a very nice dining room but very cold. The hotel also has a gym where sufficient equipment is available.
We were all very fond of the hotel and would love to stay there again.
