Excellent experience. Hotel a bit off-center but very nice. The area is very quiet at night but it is possible to find good places to eat and have fun.
The hotel is very comfortable and bright. The staff is taking care of himself.

A good hotel in Amsterdam's business district, near the Amsterdam South transport hub, is very convenient to get from the airport.

The location is a bit outside of the city center, however not very far off. All in the location is quiet and has good connections to the public transportation. Value for money is also good as the rooms are very nice and the service of the hotel staff is also amazing. Definitely recommend.

What a nice hotel. Friendly staff and great service. I slept great. Nice and quiet and close to the Zuid center. Easy access to the tram / train to visit the old city sites too!

I stayed here for business. I am very thankful to the housekeeping manager, Helma. She was so helpful and kind. I got an oily spot on my jeans over dinner. By the morning the jeans were washed, ironed and delivered to my hotel room with a chocolate and a nice message on a postcard. Such things do really make a difference! In addition, the hotel is in a very nice quiet business area. Cozy atmosphere, clean and nice in general.

Very posh, but just outside the city. You can easily reach you by public transport (about 20min). However, the train only runs until about 24:30 o 'clock.

It's not bad, I find with all Large hotel chains they all kind of look the same. Comfy and easy to sort for work but wouldn't be my choice for personal adventures.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city and can be reached by Metro Prima. There are daily tickets available at the Hotel. There is no German spoken, but with English you can get along well here and also in the City. If you don't make too much demands, the breakfast is good too. The rooms are well Equipped.

The room was great, but the breakfast was poor, really bad bad breakfast and poor chin in speed.

We had a great time here its a bit out of the city but that ended up being a good thing for us. Really its a 5 min walk from the train which is nothing. For cleanliness and great service its unbeatable they looked after us really well.

Friendly staff, good sized and comfortable room. What I really enjoyed were the smaller items — ie the note to tell me to request any toiletries and the shoe shining cloth. Breakfast not as plentiful as the Novotel down the road in terms of choice, but still very good American and continental options.

This place has the look and feel of a business district which it is so keep that as a frame of reference. The hotel rooms are well appointed and clean. There were plenty of outlets and the Wi-Fi worked well. On Sundays there are limited food options outside the hotel. Otherwise a good stay.

Didn’t enjoy my stay here as even though it was checkin time, they had not gotten our room ready. With jet lagged and cranky kids all we wanted was to rest. It took them nearly an hour later before we got our room. We had to wait in the club room which was a small room but there were some snacks available and a tv. Breakfast was ok but eggs were not consistent. One day our omelette was good another day it was rubbery and another day it came almost burnt. Eating options nearby not that good especially during the weekends as this hotel is located near offices (so they are closed). Quite a far walk to the nearest shopping mall. Not suitable for families with young kids. Relatively near to the university and train station.

Modern Hotel and a stone's throw from the center. They're all very helpful. The rooms are kept fine and the refreshment is great.

Really impressed with this hotel. Didn't really look into it much before booking but was pleasantly surprised. All the staff we encountered were very welcoming and super helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Plenty of public transport options, fast and cheap to get into the centre of town. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and good quality. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in South Amsterdam, just 3 minutes walk from Amsterdam Zuid station. Room was fabulous. Breakfast was not included in the package but breakfast was fabulous. It had variety of options and quality was top class too.

Breakfast is also varied here very friendly staff. The hotel is located in close proximity to the metro, tram and suburban trains. Thus, the centre of Amsterdam is quick and easy to reach. The surroundings of the hotel are surrounded by modern architecture. Small cafes, restaurants and shops are right "at the door. "

Super effort reception, great rooms, cool gym: Stylish and functional.

A well placed hotel being just a stop or two from Schiphol Airport by train which was most convenient, and fifteen minutes to the centre of Amsterdam. The rooms were clean and well maintained with great facilities. Only dropped a star as I am used to larger rooms having taken rooms in hotels in the Far East, and because I do like a bathroom with a bath! Call it the British in me! Breakfast is a tad on the expensive side, but a decent selection offered. There is also a breakfast place nearby on the main road. There is also a bar on site but I did not use it.

Great place! Very roomy club suite and nice bathroom. Club room lounge has great snacks and drinks all day. The happy hour is nice too but only one hour.

The top! Nothing to say there at all it takes to spend a wonderful night.

A nice location for business travellers needing to be around the finance district or wanting to be out if the centre. With the metro meters away and the centre only 30 mins away I would recommend this to all bar tourists.

The hotel is not in the center of Amsterdam but near the RAI (Conference Centre). The rooms are nicely decorated and very well soundproofed. The selection of TV channels is vast but poor (wholesale news channel). The system to access it inconvenient (no guide with the list of channels). The breakfast is not exceptional. I eat there at night the map is poor. The decoration is modern. The staff is very friendly.

Near the Zuid station 250 meters, no matter to the city center or airport is a station just, the service quality is very good, do not need to tip, bathroom equipment level above, the hotel has a rental bicycle service is also very convenient!

The hotel is located South of Amsterdam, 15 minutes walk from the RAI. The hotel is only one stop by train from Sciphool. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. The rooms are modern with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, TV with international channels. I've stayed here 6-7 times now, and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

A really great hotel! Such friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and the best: sound-proof walls! Never got such good sleep in a hotel before! Also its located in a nice and safe business district with a lot of water around. The metro station is just a 5 minute walk away and gets you quickly to the city centre. Would certainly stay here again!

The employees here are very polite and helpful/ accommodating. We arrived early before the check-in time and they let us check in anyways; which we were so grateful for since we traveled for almost 24 hrs. It is located in the business district of Amsterdam but very close (5 min walk) to the train/tram/bus station. Our room was clean and bathroom had a great tub to soak in. I would recommend for sure.

Perfect rooms with ample space and plenty of accommodations. Discreet and helpful staff. We were able to rent bikes to get to central city and experience some night life. Some sort of wheeled transportation is required to get to the central city area because distance. But you're in the biking capital of the world! Enjoy breakfast with hot and cold items in the hotel for a convenient start to your day.

One of the best Crowne Plazas I know of in Europe. Spacious, great service and not too far from the airport and city centre.

Great location right along a canal, and walking distance from the train and metro station. About an hour's walk into downtown and only a 10 minute ride from the airport. Excellent breakfast and hotel bar, and very accomodating staff. Rooms were great, only complaint I have is that the showers are a bit awkward with the tub being so tall and almost nothing to stop the water getting all over the bathroom.

Excellent accommodations, staff goes out of their way to be courteous and helpful. Great food at reasonable prices. Why not 5 stars? Platinum members are not granted lounge access and design of ironing board.

Efficiënt hotel Sith eye for detail. Located in business district near railway station ams South.

I ran a 2 day meeting and stayed in the hotel and the staff were, without exception, attentive, responsive, happy and chatty. Jonas who looked after the meeting rooms was utterly brilliant. He checked in with me every break time and bought me various drinks and refreshments. In addition the hotel was totally spotless. Highly, highly recommended.

Extraordinary kindness and courtesy from the staff. And they have this vial of stuff for your pillow that really helps you sleep very well. It really works! I travel more than 280 days a year. This is 'home' in Amsterdam.

I think it's simply the best hotel you can get in Amsterdam. They're amazing! Thanks a lot for your great service and keep up the good work.

Amazing, Hotel staff are very helpful and attentive, would recommend this Hotel and give it 5 stars. We had breakfast, we had the choice of hot or cold buffet, or room service, quality of the bed was top rate so comfortable and clean, room cleaned daily. Would come back here again. Thankyou Crowne Plaza South Amsterdam for a wonderful holiday.

Really good conference hotel — good service and location.

The staff here bend over BACKWARDS to accommodate any request you may have! They are so friendly and so SERIOUS about their customer service! I only stay here when I travel to Amsterdam.
