Staff certainly not serious and responsible, especially in the management of reservations, and the protection of customers in this very delicate period due to the virus crown.
I am Italian and due to the social restrictions imposed by my state, I was not even allowed to take the plane, and the hotel did nothing to repay the amount already paid, nor to propose me a vaucher for future accommodation.
they proved very rude in both telephone and web replies.
I felt ripped off.
No response from management regarding a booking made by guests whose flights have been cancelled due to the covid 19 pandemic. No reply on giving a refund. Unethical business practice at a time like this.

I don't like this hôtel because I payed twice for the same room. I had confirmation on my phone and I showed it to them but they forced me to pay again. It was an Asian woman at the réception. I advice to avoid this hôtel. They are not correct with foreign People.
