Great hotel stayed here for my birthday and when they cleaned the room I came back to a birthday card and a free bottle of wine! Very clean hotel every member of staff was great!

My husband and I are just back from 3 nights in this hotel, hotel is lovely and clean, rooms are clean and plenty of space and reception staff are so friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again plus great location for everything.

Perfect location next to tram stop and just down the street from Central station. Nice people and great breakfast!

The room is too small for a family of more than 2 people, cleanliness is good but also small, a strategic place in the center of Amsterdam.

Just back from a lovely stay here. Would deffinatly reccomend this hotel very clean great location we will be back to stay again. Only down fall was we were not told any information about bar or food in the hotel.

Great hotel! and great staff. It might be slightly pricey compared to other accommodation in the area and the rooms might be quite small (Though all hotel rooms are small in Amsterdam). It certainly makes up for it in other ways. Staff were very helpful in giving us info on the area and surrounding places to visit. When ever I come back to Amsterdam, ill rebook this hotel.

Great location beside lots of bars and restaurants, good Aircon, right beside tram, only a couple of stops from train station… seemed reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. Room was decent size with good bathroom facilities.

Stayed here from the 26-29th July 2018 Some of the staff were nice but most of the ladies were not courteous. The supervisor of the rooms was very nice. The lady from Mauritius. Most of the other ladies were not courteous and helpful at all.

Don't be fool by the front. It is a nice hotel with comfortable bed and shower. The breakfast is also tasty and the best of all is the location.

I returned with joy. Biensitue. Super Nice.

The Room was cramped even for one person, and so everything is clean, well-groomed. The Hotel is located on a busy place in the center. Nearby There are restaurants, bars, cafes.

Very clean and modern hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful when we were trying to decide on what to do for the day. Definitely recommend as long as you are not put off by the glass walled bathrooms.

Rooms clean and Spacious. Reception were helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet not too bad. Hotel is nearby the city centre where you can walk to red district lights and Central train station.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the central station where the express from the airport arrives. The main tourist attractions are also within walking distance. The rooms are small. Very little place to put things. There is no storage space for suitcases. No fridge. And there would be no place to stick it. There is a coffee machine and a small kettle, tea set. Toilet-Vygorozhennaja glass part of the room with translucent glass. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. There is nothing to say about breakfast-they are, but cost 15 euros per person. On arrival will take city tax. We got about 100 euros for 9 nights for three. The rooms are also expensive, but Amsterdam is not cheap. In general, if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in the room-quite nothing.

Too expensive, staff hopeless, rooms extremely small. Breakfast on but wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here for two nights, lovely clean hotel but that's about it. The staff on reception were so rude, the ladies were very helpful and pleasant but the men were not. There is no bar but there is an area of wine an drink, it's card only payment on a little machine make sure you keep your reciept as you may need to show it when they assume you haven't paid for drinks. A training day on customer service for some of the staff wouldn't go a miss. Bring yout own water as it's €2.50 small bottle. Over priced hotel with very tiny rooms. Wouldn't stay here again!

The rooms are small and poorly distributed. The bathroom has little intimacy if you go to compañad@, very transparent crystals.

Good location Rooms small and poorly insulated acoustically. I had booked via an agency to not have to advance the professional fees but they refused the payment of the agency on the grounds that I did not have the credit card that served the payment on me… Which is necessarily the case when you go through an agency. They did not want to know, I had to re-pay the room with my card and they re-credited the agency.
Otherwise they offer a reduction of €20 on the parking opposite (at 30m, €30 instead of €50). Breakfast is OK without being extraordinary.

Conveniently located near the Transport (tram bus station) and in the city centre) comfort and services at a 3-star level. Rooms all comfort though a little small. Value for money satisfactory.

Lovely location in walking distant Dam Square Red light district Madam Thausses. And many more. Plenty of transport day and nite. Shops fab all you could want Plenty of restaurants. Walkind distance from Central rail station. Hotel reasonable very clean nice and warm Staff very helpful with directions. Free Wi-Fi. Lovely breakfast plenty of choice hot and cold and plenty of it. Key for front door. All and all highely recomend this hotel.

Location is ok. The transparent wall in the toilet was embarrassing.

First impressions are everything. The guest reception was amazing. The room is small, but we understood it wasn't going to be large. That being said, the room was spotless. I loved that we used our room card to turn electricity on in room. The view was of the entrance to the walkplatz… fantastic. It is centrally located just a few blocks from the bahnhoff. We will definitely stay there when we return to Amsterdam.

Very very close to city center, right in front of a streetcar station. People were very kind at the reception and in the breakfast. Heating was extremely hot, even if shutdown the whole day, we got to a very very hot room at night.

The location is amazing. It's right in the middle of everything you'd want and the people at the front desk are super helpful with any questions you have. The rooms are quite small though and there is no refrigerator or much space for anything but to sleep.

Really lovely hotel, everything is walking distance, we didn't use any public transport as didn't need too but there is a tram stop pretty much outside, the security is high with key entry to hotel after hours and key entry to the lift.
The only fault we had was the pillows were so uncomfortable but the beds were Perfect, other than the pillows we couldn't fault the hotel at all, staff friendly and very helpful!
Don't be put off by the glass doors on the shower and toilet. You can't really see anything other than shadows, no real detail!

Great location, rooms are a bit noisy and small. Beds are ok. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and they even serve vegetables! Not trivial in Europe at all.

Great experience here. It was such a great location — right on a busy street, but still away from a lot of the touristy things. We were always able to find good food or a pint right in the area. Rooms were a little small, but it's Europe and I wasn't there to sit in a hotel room. It's cute and nice, but the location is definitely the best part! I would, without question, stay here again.

The deluxe room is small but nice. The glass bathroom is a very nice and intriguing idea if you use the room with a partner with which you have no inhibitions. Present soap, bubble bath and shampoo, as well as coffee, tea and machines to make it. No minibar. Non-soundproofed rooms. The staff is friendly, the place is central and you can leave your luggage after checking out in their custody. Recommended!

The location of the hotel was great it was close to everything. The staffs was awesome and very friendly and helpful. The room was really small for one person much less for two people. The price for that tiny closet of a room was astronomical. I know it was Amsterdam but dang I didn't want to pay for Real Estate in San Francisco! I need to do more research before I come back to Amsterdam because a week like that would through a wrench in my travel budget!

Great location, great Tarffe, rooms a little small but with all the comforts, including Nespresso machine X coffee. A pleasant and convenient discovery in Amsterdam.

Good budget hotel at the price offered. Although I made booking through Expedia & got a pretty good deal. We stayed there in Nov 2013 during our business/Leisure trip. Rooms have good view out of the main road & the trams.

Only 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal, this on a street that seems to have to be loud but nothing is. The quality of sleep is very good. All pretty handmade (Dam square 5 minutes to foot).

My wife and I stayed at this hotel late August 2015 with a group of friends from the USA. We found the hotel was very convenient to the train, boat docks, canal docks and the city rail system. We were able to walk to many attractions in the Center City. Our room was small with a glass bathroom and shower. It was adequate for our needs and very clean. The hotel staff were the best, the front desk was always ready to assist with booking restaurants, canal travel and advice with all our tourist questions. I ate breakfast at the hotel one time and it was very good. Thanks to the staff there for accommodating and tolerating our groups afternoon wine and cheese in the lobby.

The most disappointing experience I have ever had. The room is more like a cage. Extremely hot. Window could hardly open. Lots of noice. And a complete rediculous high price. Absolutely never again. Small relief after this dreadfull experience was the breakfast in the morning. The day after I was called by the manager because of this feedback. He didn't understand that sleeping in a cage for 180 euro is over the top. At the end this is my opinion. It was the highest price I ever paid, for the smallest room I ever got. So a well deserved one-star ranking.

This is the catastrophe, unpleasant reception, cramped room, housekeeper not up to par, on 4 nights room not ready before 4:00 pm.

All the man need is there. Not much privacy with glass bathroom walls, but clean and nice place to stay for a weekend.

The reception employees are rude, vulgar and lack the experience of dealing with guests in a proper manner, especially the ugly latin women ;she talks with guests as if she is in red light sex shop.

Great place to stay, very clean and tidy. 5 min walk from train station, 2 mins walk to main shopping, 5 mins walk to red light district, 5 mins to amazing landmarks, eg royal palace, madame tussauds. Good price for mid summer and Friday night when we stayed there. Thank you westcord, would definitely stay there again.

This place does not know but if I have heard hqblar of the say quee is comfortable, very welcoming.

Beautiful property, conveniently located close to the Centre and the station. The price is appropriate to the service.

Location is good but room was cramped, with a few damaged amenities; window, shower, and a/c were broke — Receptionist didn't seem too concerned even though we notified them 2 days running. View is plain but hotel is only for sleeping, very warm with no a/c but a permanently open window was a nice balance. We also suffered unannounced water maintenance during our stay 3/5.

Modern clean hotel in the Centre of amsterdam, the rooms are tiny but essential, I found wrong with the staff who does not understand English well and also something happened to me absurd that only here I saw: while I was asleep a young lady to room cleaning came im room and went out apologizing. Of course it is absurd given that with the electronic key to know if you are in the room or not.

I have stayed in this hotel twice now and both times thoroughly it impressed as a whole. The service is very good we have been, in a room with no views and the guy at the front desk was very apologetic and urged us come back tomorrow and he would find us a room in a better location in the hotel. Lucky for him we didn't care for the view. It was nice, but have the opportunity. Both times, the rooms were beautiful. Very comfortable bed. The room was basic but very comfortable. The maid was very good and consistent. I had back in thanks to room when the maid it was, so I only went with the key. The girl asked me to prove it my room was, by showing you the key then. The some people funny by could get over that I thought it was very professional and needed. It is also in a very good location in the city centre, and it has to stop a tram right outside the door, so that everything is accessible.

Quite small rooms but localization is really great. Service is not bed, rooms are clean. The only thing I dislike is expensie breakfast for 12 Euro : (.

The hotel is very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and multi-lingual. For a 'Deluxe', double room without breakfast were due total €74 per night. (Allerding off season and during the week. Breakfast cost €15 extra), the room was great. Very modern, clean, tidy, with free Internet access, flat tv, modern air conditioning and free safe bathroom,. A view from the window there was no aller thing.
So really to recommend. The location is also very good. 5min to Central station and otherwise were all places of interest and so very well on foot to reach.

I don't usually write reviews, but this time that I have been a manager that did not offer me a solution regarding the room and on the other hand the room was not clean and was very noisy. I did not like anything.
