Extremely poor service, undistinguished and uninspired. The hotel was filthy, the staff were rude, the rooms were a vile cesspool of despair full of stained sheets, bedbugs, small blood stains on the wall, mouldy baths and dimly lit rooms that resembled crime scenes. It was extremely unrestful causing anxiety and apprehension when returning in the evenings. The lifts were outdated, slow and smelt of rotten feet, the corridors were filthy, full of stains, cigarette burns and dirty washing left out on the floors from other rooms. Avoid, avoid, avoid, do not stay here!

Oh my god! I can’t believe how they let them open this hotel still? It’s really disgusting full of bed bugs and bathrooms is Very stink and the skinny guy in the reception, he don’t understand nothing no even one correct English all he do is Yelling! I don’t recommend never ever ⚠️

Very functional, rules are firm but fair and brilliant location. Nice staff and decent facilities.

We asked to see the room before paying in cash and the Oriental one jumped on us and hit us! Out of Nowhere! At once! Two women with handbags.

Very good location but very low end. Too expensive for what it is.
No elevator, hot water puts three pellets to arrive. In short… the beds are pretty good so if it's to sleep only it's fine.

Horrible! Flee!
€400 for 2 nights, very noisy neighbors and no action on the part of the night watchman! About 30 Flea bites/bed bugs!
Very dirty, leftover weed on the nightstand, cigarette traces in many places.
No phone, no bedside lamp, minimal comfort!
Reception deplorable, always the feeling of disturbing, no breakfast.

You will never and ever find such bad stuff like the stuff in this hotel, in all the world, they treated with guests as lower rank people, according to their issue (if you want good hotel, go to the better hotel than season star hotel, they are cheating the guests, when we paid a deposit for booking 3 nights, later on we came to check in they refused to consider our booking, they said this deposit just for one night,

I was there last Weekend. In Room No. 405 are bed bugs. They have bitten me at night. I called the hotel, they didn‘t understand me. I wrote an E-Mail, the E-Mail Adress on the Webpage is not available. I wont go there anymore.

OMG, this hotel seems to have bed bugs. Woke up with 5 bites on my left hand. Hotel is in the city center, near to railway station and Dam square, it is really cheap so the service is not good. Rooms have shower and toilet. The elevator is very slow. Very well situated but bed bugs …

Its disgusting. There were insects in my bed, I got bites all over my body, there's was a cat in the lobby, the carpets were dirty. The stuff is very rude. This place should be closed, I don't even know how it's allowed to be open. Don't even think on staying here, even your health could be compromised. I'll try to upload pictures of the insects in the beds and walls.

The hotel is very expensive and dirty.

This place is a complete dump. Stay away! The kept my money and told me no refunds even though the entire place was full of bugs, mice and nothing worked.

Dirty room. My wife and I got bitten by bugs, Urticaria infection lasted two weeks after returned. Bad service and Wifi had poor reception.

Next time definitely not this hotel. I can not even call that a hotel. Very poor service. When we arrived, the lady at the reception said, we have to wait few hours until our room is cleaned. Then we decided to look around in the city and wanted to just leave our luggages there. The lady said we can leave in the middle of the reception, she said it's safe there. We had to convince her to put our luggage to a safer place. That was already one point when I have become suspicious. Later when we saw the room, we got more disappointed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, lack of toilet papers and the bathroom was full of water after taking a shower. We couldn't open the windows, so everything was still wet until next morning. I don't know, what would have happened if stay longer than 2 days and 2 nights. I think they wouldn't even bring new towels or change the bin which had no lid on it. There was no wardrobe, I found a spider in the corner, dust and our duvet was also not well-cleaned. Just the end of the duvet, probably that's why it was so firmly squeezed under the mattres and they thought no one will notice. And then the worst thing: because after all I was more and more suspicious I had a feeling I should check under the bed. Then I found: A DEAD MOUSE IN A TRAP! As soon as I saw it I run downstairs and said to the guy who speaks poor English so I guess he didn't understand everything what I said unfortunately.

Woke up covered in bed bug bites. Staff didn't bother to look at me when I brought it to their attention. Tried to say I brought the bed bugs to them:… all the way from Honolulu.

Awful! Expensive, dirty. Never book. It shows pictures of the room that do not correspond to the reality! Bed dirty with stains on duvet. Smell of sweat on the pillows! Don't want to change the sheets because, to them, they are clean! Do not go there!

Never go! Mice, bugs, lice, Dirt and mold. In my room the water came in masses from the ceiling, if someone has it in the shower.

A dirty an expensive hôtel. Sale. Avec des punaises. Insects in the room. A fuir absolument. Do not go to this place!

Terrible service. Class A drugs on the bed side table in an unclean filthy room with blood and cigarette burns on the floor. The staff are unprofessional and rude and I would recommend that anybody steer clear!

Dirty, small, old. Not worth the money. Nearby, there are better accommodations.

There was water on the floor of the room with a smell of mould in the room, the lady from the reception told us there were no other room available and pretended we will see the manager the following day but no one took care of this water issue. Won't recommend this hotel at all.
