➜ Superb stay of 3 nights in this hotel very well located both in relation to public transport and the center.
Ideal for discovering the city, its museums and different neighborhoods.

Only one star for the location. Dirty room full of spider webs, I asked for the heating to be functional, no one was able to adjust it, no heating in the room for 4 nights.! At the end of the 3rd night I had to ask for an extra heater that was carried in my room and deposited in my room (the person entered the room without authorization) while I was there without knocking! The first day I asked for a key to open a window to be able to smoke (no window that opens in the duplexes), I was told to wait. I'm still waiting. I bought an ashtray to smoke so for 4 days the maids saw and emptied the ashtray. What was not my surprise when on the last day at 7 a. M. I got out of the room to find an employee in my living room who had been talking to me for a good 10 minutes in my sleep! (Not very clever in addition with a pervert's head). And if the person took a picture of my wife or stole my things, how do we do.?! The boy dares to tell me at 7 a. M. In my room without permission to be there, that it is forbidden to smoke in the hotel (we had been there for 4 days already! ). And leaving the hotel they ask me for 250 euros for smoking in the hotel after giving 1800 euros for 4 nights? You don't care about the world?! No bottle of water in the rooms or fridge, this is not a 4 star it's a scam. Thieves.
