Hotel rooms don't look like the ones in the photos. Some of the amenities advertised are either greatly exaggerated or non existent. Stairs to rooms are difficult to climb as they twist and are steep without suitcases and are borderline dangerous with them. Heater was on mid summer making rooms terribly hot.

Rooms were pretty basic but that's what you pay for. Stairs are practically vertical so be aware of you have mobility issues. Location was good, near flower markets. On the first day there was luggage storage… on my last day I was point blank told no such thing existed? Weird and inconvenient since I had to check out at 11am and my fight was at 7pm. Knocked off a star for that.

Hotel in a typical Dutch building and perfectly connected to the airport by public transport. Not very large rooms and clean summary. Friendly staff and always helpful. It was a great place to be in the centre of the hotel.

Hotel Justito, the best the good situation.
Breakfast is not worth it.
One day we did not make the room.

Great location, shame about the hotel poor customer service, rooms not clean and mould in the bathroom.

The location is great!
(The tram is just around the corner)
The room is very modern and the furniture is mint.
The narrow spiral staircase is not suitable for everyone.
The breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean Hotel with very courteous staff in the middle. The rooms are small but comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Daily linen change:) Recommended!

Simple and comfortable, strategic location. The staff were very helpful.

Not very spacious room, but clean and neat. Very narrow staircase is probably typical for most of the old houses in Amsterdam, but challenging for me. Dining room is the place in front of the reception desk – not many places to sit, so we needed to wait until other hotel guest finish their breakfast.

Great location, cozy but small rooms, stairs tight a real stunt x climb into the upper floors beautiful Amsterdam.

Terrible Hotel… better to call it hostel… very small rooms… (There is only the small trolley) … bed broken. Pillows no comment… at all hours C is noise.
Unfortunately c happened to cause the great cold to stay in the hotel in the early afternoon… just tell you that while we were sleeping entered a man to check I do not know what in the bathroom. He stopped for 20 minutes. And we were in bed! The next day they didn't even clean the room! The staff is the worst. Obnoxious and haughty.
If they understand that you speak little English is over! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Near there are a thousand hotels definitely better!

Stayed once walking up and down stairs to room close to everything went for boat around canel then to have a look at the red light district.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. Stairs and the dining room (it's the front desk) the worst.

Steep staircase and small rooms… Great Central location.

Nice hotel right in city centre but not for people who like stairs there's no lift, but for the price and a young couple it's perfect, great staff aswel.

Only you can consider on location all facilities… Very difficult stairs to reach room, no menu for breakfast… Location is wonderful.

Seriously for 100 plus euros, the room is nice enough, location good, sort out your Wi-Fi, a repeater isn't expense and all the like us and sign into Facebook for Wi-Fi that doesn't actually reach the room.

Cannot give 0 stars but they took my booking and then cancelled it 2 days before I travel. Do not trust.

Small hotel with narrow staircase. Wonan at reception was rude and brisk. Gave me trouble checking in and then gave me a room in which two people had switched out of and left trash behind.

Everything was fine, room was clean. The stairway leading upstairs was very tight and steep. Almost like a ladder.

Clean modern room. Crazy stairs to carry luggage up but that is Amsterdam. Only complaint is that the bathroom had a weird smell (not that bad)

Very nice room. Close to tram and walking distance to van gosh museum. Enjoyed my stay. Very good and friendly Staff.

Tiny rooms but great location.
