Great place! Good staff and nice atmosphere.

I spent a weekend here with my friends and had a great time. Got friendly with the owners and staff and they were all lovely and helpful. I'll definitely be back soon I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, definitely stay here!

Cool place to stay. Love the style. Very nice people, good food, good beds.

The reason why I don't recommend this hotel is the expensive price (30€/night) to sleep in a shared room with that much people. There's no enough place to leave your luggage, the beds are uncomfortable even for one night, and the showers were really unclean. Apart from the high prices of the tavern.

My 6 co-workers and me stayed a night during the Dutch Design Week. Since Strijp-S is a huge hotspot during this week, the Blue Collar hotel couldn’t be located better! The bar is great (try the cheese platter as a late night snack woth your buddies! ) the rooms are roomy and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The next morning you can check out until twelve, have a nice coffee and go back to exploring Strijp-S! 5/5 would stay again.

I stayed in August for one night with my boyfriend. The staff was very welcoming and our stay was very nice.
However, when arriving home a few hours later, I realized I forgot my speaker. We called the hotel immediately, to see if they found it and could send it. The reception answered that we had to send an email because they couldn’t check, which we found surprising but well. We thus followed the procedure, sending an email and getting a reply a few days later that they found it. We’re now in October and there is still no sign of my speaker whatsoever. I was requested to pay a fee to cover the sending costs, which I did. Since then I sent multiple emails asking for confirmation but didn’t get any reply.
After a stay that was very nice, I am very disappointed by the way the hotel is handling lost & found.

The blue collar hotel is a great place to stay. Converted old factory that is also a bar and a concert place for live shows. Room was clean and big for 3 people, didn't get the breakfast but heard from others it's also good. Good Wi-Fi coverage with good speed. Bus is close by and so is the train station, can get to the city center in about 10-15 minutes. The only "bad" part is the train near by, can hear it… Not too loud so it didn't bother me too much. In total a great inexpressive place to stay.

2 people of the staff of this hotel punched me in the face only because I said that the coffee was cold. Unbelievable. Stay far away from this hotel. I talked with other people that were been there and they said to me that the staff is dangerous: if you say something wrong they will damage you. Pay attention.

By far my favourite hotel yet. Huge, comfortable beds (us tall people can actually fit in them). The great ventilation system and tall rooms make the place feel really spatious. Clean and neat all around. They don't offer everything, but what they do offer is perfect The staff are super nice and helpful. The food and drinks at the bar are really good and not expensive. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the hotel from the train station/centre by foot. Great parking space.

Converted warehouse so a little bit different. Comfortable beds. Nice bar and restaurant. A little noisy at night if your room is on the bar side. Bus to town centre quite frequent or about 20 minutes walk.

A different hotel. It was a factory and have it refurbished to bring the hotel. The whole area were factories and are now housing or recreational sites The restaurant fantastic. Good food.

One of the best hostels I ever slept, nice bar as well and also very friendly staff. I stayed here before in a private room. Fully renovated and amazing whisky bottle lamps. Super high ceilings and a great bed. In the hostel the beds are divided so you really don’t have issues with other people and it’s a bit more sound proof. 2 rooms are connected to one shower and toilet room with more then enough facilities. A really nice place to stay in Eindhoven!

Exciting atmosphere: Spartan factory design — very small — rooms. Restaurant: There are more culinary exciting walking distance nearby.

Great hotel with handful of private & shared dorm rooms converted from an old Phillip's factory warehouse. I stayed in a private room for about 50EUR with en suite which was very spacious and comfortable, with TV and coffee making facilities. Decor was very cool and industrial. Downstairs is a funky bar area serving food and beer. As I arrived very late sadly I didn't get a chance to enjoy it, but looked like the vibe was very relaxed. Was a little further out from the centre than I anticipated but only a 30 minute walk in reality, in a safe modern area.

Quaint but beautiful hotel right next to the Klokgebouw, one of the bigger concert halls in Holland. Place used to be a factory of some sorts, and that still shows. All rooms have a distinct and industrial look. Prices are very reasonable, and the rooms are very comfortable. Hotel also has a bar, which has been voted the best bar in the Netherlands last year. Due to its location it is ideal for a concert visit.

The place is at an great location. Close to the highway and train station. I love that it is in a old Philips building and that the old factory parts are part of the hotel. The rooms are okay and have all the base needs. The shower is nice and spacious. The restaurant nice and spacious and food is okay.

Very good hostel that was the first hostel in my life very good.

Trains are audible through the originally industrial single-glaze windows. The bathroom can also get cold and doesn't have its own radiator. Otherwise the accommodations are basic but ok. Good restaurant with burgers and salads and nice bar.

The perfect place for a budget traveler. The restaurant is great, the attitude is perfect, the rooms are nice. A bunch of beers and a nice company. There is also a theatre.

Friendly staff and cool bar. However the rooms were very basic for the price paid. Quite some noise from the trains.

Good hotel, location slightly outside the center and isolated… cheap prices inside! Breakfast 12.50euro, Hamburger 11 euro, coffee 4euro.

I was in this hotel not very far from the airport, easy to get to by bus, clean room, the pub downstairs is nice.

Great Hotel! It was a former factory and in fact this is the theme of the whole hotel! The staff were very friendly The location is a bit dislocated from the center but with the 401 you can get there simply!

The dorms are distributed in a way that offer a lot of privacy, and everything is kept clean. Breakfast is quite expensive and probably not worth it. When there's a party going on at the bar you might have some trouble sleeping at night due to the loud music.

Stayed here for 1 night which was perfect. The room was great, the shower a bit weird but that's a design choice. The staff was very friendly until I wanted breakfast which I wasn't allowed… What isn't a good mood change for someone who isn't a morning person. Everything else was good though.

Very nice and helpful staff. The big dorm is nicely set up, each bunk is separated by walls for a bit of privacy. Huge bathroom, very clean, no waiting. Shower cabins with enough space for towel and clothes, absolutely great.

Beautiful hotel on old industrial estate. The building is kept in industrial style as much as possible but also managed to give it a pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly staff. A fine hotel, good food and good affordable rooms.

Affordable, close to the city centre and they offer all kinds of rooms: from dorms to suits.

Nice concept, operated by really friendly staff. Bar and restaurant is worth to see, taste and enjoy. I stayed one night in the hostel part of the hotel. The setting itself is good, kind of privacy due to a kind of cabin separation two by two. Bed and linen fresh. Could be a bit loud (34 beds in 17 cabins (top open), kind of expectable) and there are always lights on, but ok. It could be — all in all — a bit cheaper if I compare it with some other hostels as Generator or comparable ones. Anyhow — try the food (whenever … breakfast, lunch, dinner …)!

Good dealing with people, on weekends it becomes a multicultural center with theater and where many people reside there to have the option of enjoying the nights entertainment in Eindhoven.

I stayed a few times here. The most memorable moment was when I was having a coffee in the bar still hung over from the night before. At the bar was a guy just wearing track suit pants drinking a beer and playing with a huge knife. Nobody seemed to care. Rock and roll AF. Then I remembered there was a knife throwing act the night before.

Clean rooms and excellent service. Stylish and cozy hotel bar with lots to do in the neighborhood. However, amenities are very basic and rooms need a finishing touch.

What a place! Wonderful! Staf can't do enough for you. Bar is great. Beer strong:) we are so lucky to find this :)

Not will the water of the shower, and surrounding it floods the bathroom.

We have stayed at the Blue Collar twice a year for last 3 years from the UK and been very impressed, this visit wasn't as good. Mainly revolving around quality of the food in the bar and at breakfast. Steaks ordered rare came out cold in the middle and had to be sent back to be cooked more and the vegetarian lasagne came out well over cooked, sadly this couldn't be sent back to be cooked less! Breakfast has gone up €3 since September last year to €12 and was very average, sc…rambled eggs hard, bacon swimming in oil and pulling out grey hairs from the chefs beard from your food is never appealing. Maybe the breakfast chef should have been wearing a beard net, maybe different rules to the UK. Accommodation clean and functional.
We are returning in September but will eat dinner and breakfast elsewhere. Such a shame as food has been excellent, maybe new staff or management?

Both the bar and restaurants are really nice. Good food and affordable. Restaurant. Offers great views across the city.

The food was delicious and well prepared. The service was great and the waiters were friendly. And the view was very nice.

A great place to stay in Eindhoven.

We got married 4 days ago I the theaterzaal of this hotel. It was an unforgettable experience. The bar is very beautiful (voted as one of the "mooiste" in the Netherlands) as well as the hotel as a whole: I had the chance to visit a couple of rooms and they look very cool. During the preparation of and the event itself we felt completely taken care by an efficient and fully prepared hotel manager and staff. All our guests complimented the organization. 5 stars!

Location was in a trendy area and within easy reach to all the popular attractions and train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the decor helped to create a fun, cozy atmosphere. Room was good with big windows and an interesting view, although it was a little cold and the shower room was clean but very average. Breakfast in the morning was great, well organised with good selection, and you can enjoy a panoramic view of the area. All in all my stay has been a positive one and I would come again.

Blue Collar, so that the "blue collar" workers clothes. Thus, the Hotel would like to make to its purely functional, simple presentation carefully. The beds are built from pallets, the room walls are made of unpainted installation plates. The Whole thing in an old Eindhoven industrial plant. No Problem so far, to me sounds rather exciting. But to then lie on a railway line in the case of Windows, the not close in February — a heater that works and a price of around 60 euros per night. No idea what is the target audience, but every Hostel or every youth Herberger offers more for less money.

I have never stayed (the night) here, but I went for diner and a drink. The staff is really friendly and laidback and the burger and ribs are awesome!

Quaint hotel, very clean, full of details. The Hotel was once a factory, the characteristic elements of the structure are almost think at a construction site still under construction. The risto-pub in hole serves cocktails and Dutch beer, very special!
Great service and hosts friendly and multilingual. Also recommended for the position! Close to bus stop and next to a large multi storey car park.
The breakfast is a bit poor, the coffee a bit too long, but from Italian I can't ask too …

Quirky and quaint. Located right next to a concert hall this former industrial building has kept it's industrial charm. Rooms are decorated very simple and adequate. Just the basics, but done right! Coupled with a great bar and small concert venue this really is the place to be!

Nice hostel with two very big dorms for 18 people. But each bunk bed is separated from each other. You feel like being on a night train.

It was one of the cheapest places to sleep and we were really impressed. Rooms are cosy, clean and fresh. They have whole bathrooms attached, highly comfortable bed and a lot sockets. Kettle with tea/coffee/chocolate also. We liked service too, really ni e and helpful. If we went there again we would stay here obviously. And free Wi-Fi! :D.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, food was great and really good value for money! The accommodation, was much more luxurious than any other hostel I've stayed at. Beds were ready-made and clean, rooms smelt fresh, there were ample toilet and shower facilities attached to each room which were clean and modern. Each bed has it's own plug socket, locker and night light and there are walls between each bunk for privacy. Very impressed, would highly recommend.
