Receptionist was helpful and informative.
Room has double doors dat makes it a bit noiseproof, but u can still hear noises from the other room.
Family, children friendly place. With a pool and activities for kids.
Bfast was ok. The only down side of our stay-
lots of hair on the wall and on the door of the bathroom. Toilet walls has yellow stains and hair. The waterkoker is dirty. The bed has so many bedbugs.
We were surprised to see in the morning so much blood on our lakens (bedsheets) so we checked ourselves if we bled or if we had cuts… but surprisingly I lifted the dekbed overtrek and saw lots of bedbugs that fed on our blood the whole night.

Were squeezed during our sleep bec u can see dead bedbugs and blood on our pillows So these little bugs even crawl on our faces to feed the whole night.
Were just lucky they didnt get into our ears.
So we regret to allow our baby crawl on the bed or on the floor.
Spoke with mngr in the morning and say that they wil try to do smthing about it.

Good Hotel but no facility of bell-boy (porter) which is must for senior citizens all over the world. All hotel associations of European countries, UK, USA etc must think in this direction as per UN Charter on human rights!

Good hotel in a really nice location. There is a beautiful garden with pool, but you are a 5 minutes from the airport.

Had to crush there for a night waiting to catch a plane next morning. Really close to the airport (10 minutes walk). Polite staff and really beautiful rooms, also quite cheap.

Great hotel with great friendly staff. The food is well prepared and tasty. Rooms lovely and well kept very clean and very comfortable beds. The only down side is it is expensive to get to via taxi though an extensive bus service runs between the airport and central Eindhoven (station) and can be walked to in approximately 10mins.

Were on site for one night. Rooms were quite good. Breakfast was also good but a bit too expensive. Otherwise, man can stand there well.

Good hotel. I checked in as a part of Group tour of Thomas Cook India. Good room with beautiful view from Windows. Helpful staff Enjoyed Indian food served to us during our stay.

Hotel in itself nothing to say attention for francophones one speaks only English question restaurant a large zeŕo order taking more organization in the kitchen. An ideal hotel to go to sleep and finish off a drink to finish the evening.

Really cosy rooms and very good breakfast. Al staff was so kind and the hotel itself looked new and clean. Would definitely repeat. It's just 5 minutes ride from the airport (15€ taxi, guess it could be a little bit cheaper, maybe 10-12€).

Excellent hotel. Looks old and dated from outside, but inside is so modern and clean. Very family friendly. Restaurant is very good and an excellent selection for breakfast. Looking forward to staying here again.

Food as well as service were great. Great house wine. The rooms were refreshed. Nothing extraordinary. Very close to the airport of Eindhoven. To the bus stop approx. 10 min. Walk. By bus approx. 24 min to the city centre/train station. I was here on business.

Very good hotel. Old what we can see inside and in the room design. Hotel is from 1989. Very nice staff and very good breakfasts. Very expensive in case of this standard. I don't know why. Parking is big but you must pay for it.

I had a very bad experience in a Novotel 13 in Paris, I booked paid the room before I arrived in Paris, but the night I arrived I was charged again. I did not know this until I went to pay for at a restaurant the next day and my payment was declined, I could not understand this cause I know I had money in my account. I checked my account when I got to the hotel and saw what they did. This was the account I was to une for my time in Paris and all the money was taken out by Novotel and thehotel staff could not reverse this. Not at one time did a supervisor come to me to offer a solution, So bassically I did not have much money to spend in Paris. I returned home yesterday and my account still has not had the money returned. I have rregular debits that come out of my account that the bank will charge me extra for now. I am beyond upset, this hotel does not have its act together and Novotel does not care its customers, I do not recommend them.

Perfect for a morning flight. Large room and decent restaurant. At €7 for 24hr parking cheap for Holland.

Clean. Friendly staff and a good restaurant. Only 5 minutes from the airport and still quiet.

I cannot say anything about the Hotel itself. I didn't stay there for night, but I spent there some time for lunch. The food and Service was really good and I would come back. Thanks.

Not bad for a three star hotel although a bit expensive (65 euros one night room with double bed and no breakfast included, which are 12 euros). I also had to pay a municipal fee of 12 euros as well. Apparently it is close to downtown but the bus stop is not nearby or in an easy to locate location. I had trouble finding the hotel; I got off the bus at the Flight Forum stop. I had to catch an early morning train the next day so I opted to ask for a taxi to the central station which cost me 25 euros. For the location of the hotel I would say it is intended for travellers who are staying for work reasons. It has Wi-Fi area and you can use a desktop computer for half an hour to surf the Internet.

The restaurant is completely understaffed. Booked a table and waited 40 minutes no one asking if I need anything just run past and serve the bigger tables. I will not recommend this hotel to any business people traveling to Eindhoven. The service is not worth visiting at all.

The location was convenient and easy to reach. The conference rooms were nice. The provided lunch was good.

The most horrendous hotel experience of my life!
On arrival in triple room lacked a set of tablecloths and we found only one bottle of water for three people.
The first night, although the sheets were stained they were not changed.
The second night, although the reception had been warned the night before, they did not change the sheets nor cleaned the room.
The same evening, arrived at the hotel at 22.30 (tired after a day out of town) we had to do this at the reception for the umpteenth time and after 45 minutes and an apology cocktail offered for the inconvenience we managed to get the miracle of the room sorted!
The only half positive point was the kindness at the front desk which however did not bear fruit!
Strongly discouraged!

Fantastic business hotel. Very modern, well designed rooms, excellent for business travelers. The hotel is situated in a quiet place, rooms are spacious and well maintained. The restaurant is good, breakfast is a good wholesome spread. Worth its money.

Overall satisfactory but very far from the centre and only reachable by bus or taxi. Large car park and children's playground available. Quiet location and good Novo hotel standard.

I had a great experience staying at the Novotel Eindhoven — the room was clean and comfortable, the food and service in the restaurant was fantastic, and every single member of staff I encountered was kind, courteous and helpful. Perfect for a stopover, close to the airport but be aware there is no shuttle service — only taxi (about 10 euros). Overall, the hotel had a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and I'd definitely stay there again!

The menu has changed, looking less professional. This time less noise. Staff friendly and helpful.

The staff is very nice and helps where needed. But the room and bath were very dirty. I would not call this a 4star hotel.

Nice Hotel But overall for having spent a holiday in several hotels Accor this week. It is important to consider renovating them… The hotels were good 10 years ago but they are getting older.

Good reception, quality of service, order and cleanliness. I customarily attend hotel Accord in Europe.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We were 3 people with 2 small dogs and for the first time in 25 years we were told that for "security reasons" it would have been necessary to book two rooms because it would have been unsafe to stay 3 people and 2 dogs in a room, what totally stupid and never happened in NE Ssun other hotel in Europe. In addition, the property is located in an area that obliges the customer to make use of the hotel's private parking fee (6 euro). Finally, as if not enough, we paid 30 euro extra per night for the dogs, as if we had been offered an additional service for this amount. Dulcis in Fundo, to complete the whole, the door peephole was on the contrary and instead I would see from inside the room who knocked at the door was the opposite, or that from outside it was possible to spy who was inside the room. At the end of the psalm we paid almost 200 euros in total, without even breakfast. Very bad hotel.

Nice hotel but paid parking!

During our holidays, in a roadtrip mode, we made a very pleasant stopover at the Novotel in Eindhoven. Very friendly staff, very well maintained establishment, superb room and family facilities (swimming pool, console, ping pong, etc. ).
We had a great time!

We stopped here to get our morning flight. Rooms were nice, beds very comfortable. Kids had fun in the pool. Dinner was just Ok. But breakfast was excellent. They even open it for us 15 mins earlier so we could eat quietly before our flight.

We found this to be a delightful hotel for one night after an evening flight arrival. Comfortable bed, great shower, window opening to view of trees and the sound of birdsong. Dinner was delicious with local seasonal food, breakfast was fresh and varied. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Top marks, Novotel. And well done on the modern and varied meeting and lounge spaces.

Online check-in was great and being there at the hotel was just like being on a small island. You were treated as royal guests. Front desk staff were very helpful for everything. Restaurant personnel was always helpful and polite. Rooms were very clean and up dated. Complement bottle water a day would have been nice.

OK to sleep for a couple of nights when in town for business. Nothing fancy, but good Wi-Fi. What I really do not understand is that Wi-Fi is for free (and it is good), but using the cabled Internet connection in the room costs around 5euro.

Amazing room! Even separated into tow parts: resting place and bath place. There is also a couch which can be made as another bed in the resting room. Teapot, refrigerator, very good quality TV… Just hope we can have more days to stay here…
