Nice hotel — pretty basic but does the Jo. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Awful hotel, needs to be upgraded. Thread bare towels, plugs points inaccessible, kettle a nightmare takes forever to boil. Very noisy if in the back rooms. Bath a nightmare when standing in it to shower, extremely slippery! Far from town and decent restaurants.

The room is small and the bathroom is definitely not of a standard you would expect from a 4* hotel, more like a 2* hotel. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is alright, but not worth 15 Euros. Also what was really disgusting is that the person who placed the cold cuts on the plate where the guests could take from just did so with the bare hands… I think that's unacceptable. After that my appetite was lost and I did not have breakfast there anymore even though I had it included. I most definitely will pick a different hotel when going to Eindhoven the next time.

Old fashioned. Small room. No refrigerator. No view. Odd neighborhood but it did have its charms, I suppose. Weird hotel.

If it weren't for the price (I paid €45 for a double due to booking early) and the comfortable bed, I wouldn't even consider staying here again. It's incredibly noisy, the bathtub was old and squeaky, there's hardly any water pressure, the TV was old and didn't have a proper signal, and there are no toilet brushes in the bathroom. The room wasn't quite clean either — we found hairs on the bed and in the tub. It's about 30 minutes from the station, which generally is made up for by the amenities, but not here. The only plus I can think of is the comfortable bed, so if you're a heavy sleeper and don't mind the other things, I guess this is a good option.

Hotel is OK, clean but can be a bit improved. Restaurant not Ok, Chef does change the content of the daily special, very bad attitude some days the same meals are better served than others.

Super clean, maintained, bar not bad but fairly high price and very small parking.

Own. Very good restaurant. A little bit off the center and on a big road not a lot of parking.

Rooms were decent. You could open the windows, beds were decent and amenities were plentyfull. I had an old TV and a squeaky bathtub and it can be a bit noisy due to other guests (I guess that's normal for hotels). Breakfast was very good and personnel was friendly.

As a short stay for 1-3 days OK.

Were only a day there because we were in Eindhoven on business. Clean room spacious bathroom with bathtub. Breakfast with 15 euros right preisig, the choice of buns, cold cuts and other food was very limited.

Decent hotel. Facilities were in order. Location is good and close to center of Eindhoven. The room wasn't the cleanest. Towels had stains and so did the chair. Beds are comfy and I had a good nights sleep. Parking is behind through a residential area and has enough space.

Nice staff. Good Wi-Fi and air condition. What more can you ask for? Breakfast included? Well they got that too!

Best Western a name a guarantee, a bit out of the centre but with the bus stop below, in a few minutes you arrive in the heart of the city. Wanting to walk too. Clean rooms with all the essentials, we had no problems with a shower and we was just given a room to replace then positive rating for customer service. Breakfast a little pricey but not lacking (almost! ) nothing. Recommended!

Although we had a couple of problems with the room sonl were very kind in changing the room! Great location, quiet and close to downtown, with the bus below home or walking in about twenty minutes.

Room OK, bathroom in the years come and not so clean. Overall, the hotel is very noisy when other room doors go there every time, like a small earthquake. During our stay there was apparently a school class, which, despite repeated requests from the reception, were not quiet until around midnight, from 7 again the slamming of the room doors, restful sleep is different. The free parking behind the house and the bed was also comfortable.

Great facility. Free parking. Close enough to the center, easily accessible even on foot…

When we arrived did not realise we had to pay CITY TAX €10. Each roughly. Very friendly staff lovely breakfast bit expensive € 15.50 supermarket 2 minutes down road if u need anything else.

Hotel is well located. But apart from that the staff of the night, really not welcoming, not showing any desire to sleep. The room is really old-fashioned and certainly not very clean. More l'smell when entering the room n'is not very nice… and especially the floor of the bathroom that glue. Wifi non-existent, or so l'information n'has not been transmitted. In any event we already known much better to Eindhoven, I can only recommend to anyone…

Good place to stay with a coach party.

I was meeting a friend in Eindhoven, and this hotel had the best rates for my budget. The staff were incredibly welcoming and informative. My room was lovely, not to much disturbance from outside. I'm grateful for the English language TV channels, having comedy central was a godsend. Room service was good and so was breakfast. All in all a pleasant weekend.

God it was bad, name should have been Bad Western. Quite possibly the worst bw hotel I stayed.

Great hotel, nice location. Aroud 20 min walk from downtown and shopping district. There's a coffee shop like 300 mts away, just in case.

Clean, but definitely in the years to come. TV did not work.

Really a rather special place — one of the best I've been to and I travel extensively. Make sure you read up on the facilities and arrive prepared — unlike me — it'll be worth it.

Issues with power sockets! They are not user friendly to people who come from outside EU.

Lovely hotel, not much to do around the hotel but only a 20 minute walk into the city :).

Certainly not 4 star as the hotel advertises. Poor shower and bathroom. Rooms were comfortable but no more. "Restaurant" is just the bar area with slow and not friendly service.
