What a positive surprise! Hotel employees are kind en attent, food is delicious, rooms are big and everywhere small original details to make your stay even more confortable and fun. For example, you can rent a golgfish if you need company it was a pleasant stay and if we ever come back to Maastricht we will definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel. Always try to book this when in Maastricht for work. Very friendly staff, good location and this time I found a nice gift in my room. Hotel is on a busy road with lots of buses in the front so I never book 'city view' but always a room in the back. Hope to be back soon.

Location is 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Parking is very near, good but simple room. Good breakfast, staff is friendly and helpfull. Checking out takes a lot of time.

Fantastic 3-star hotel, large rooms, food distributors, bars, kind commese. A beautiful place to take a hotel in Maastricht. There are also many bars, pubs, restaurants and the station nearby. Recommended for all those who want to stop in Maastricht two or three days.

Cute hotel, very bare and small room, huge bathroom. The hotel lobby looks very good, it also has room to sit down for a drink. The reception guys were very nice helping us with a problem with the rental car. The value for money is good, the hotel is also close to the centre and the station.

Everything was so heartfelt and atmospheric, we really felt like home! Thanks for soup by check in and morning coffee! These are small, but important details! Also the room was stylish and comfortable and the bathtub was big enough to relax after hot day of walking…

Great boutique hotel, located a stone's throw from the train station and not even 10 minutes walk from the old town center of Maastricht. Staff is very friendly and attentive, and they offer you a bowl of delicious soup to welcome you, and sometimes even a piece of authentic Limburgse Vlaai! Been here twice already, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Very nice service. They allowed me to keep my road bike in my room and take a shower after checking out the next day. The staff is very helpful and the location great; although it might be sligthly noisy due to the proximity to the train station.

Very nice hotel! Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The decoration makes you feel like home. Big up to the bathroom with rain shower.

Caution: Only 2 minutes in front of the hotel stopped to unload the luggage and then drive to the garage. €60 penalty is a rip off.

Great hotel with a delicious welcome soup verry friendly stuff and central 10 minutes walk to downtown and directly at the train station. Very calm and silent. The room is normal but there is a radio in the bath and a raining shower. They have umbrellas for raining days.

Staying here several nights during the TEFAF show. Charming room, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts. Coffee and tea available all day. Close to train station, but street can be noisy.

Very disappointing client service. I was with my family and I had a complaint to make, once the receptionist named Daphne could not convince me of being wrong and she decided to ignore me and everyone of my family members. If I was right or wrong doesn't matter, a client service that tells you she will not talk to you anymore leaves a lot to desire.

The room was beautiful. It's too bad the single beds made so much noise. We ended up throwing the mattresses on the floor. We don't rest.

Had stayed in the apartments offered by them for at least 7 months on my business trips. Apartments were spacious and well maintained, although not all of them. Price is OK.

Loved the welcome soup and nice design. Room was cold however with air conditioning that didn't properly work. Shower was also a little cold. Good luggage facilities and a small gym.

Reception staff were all really friendly on arrival. Check in was quick and painless, and the free soup on arrival was a nice touch. The room was a little lacking in floor space with not alot of room to move around the bed, and the slatted door on the bathroom wasn't very functional as a door. Overall, a nice quirky hotel and slightly different from the usual budget hotels.

Huge room with clean lines and contemporary design. Interesting concept Hotel in easy walking distance to the train station and main shopping area. Wonderful breakfast and the most cordial receptionist in forever.

Nice hospitality from the staff which were super professional. Super clean place. Cozy and nice decorated. Nice vibe and good beer service. Need some improvements on the Internet which was terribly slow in my room. It made impossible to work. Breakfast was also with little variation. The same thing over 5 days.

IMO THE hotel in Maastricht; easy going, very cosy and clean, right in the city, excellent reception (they are indeed), lovely breakfast, very international and now the super-extra bonus for non-business folks: at an unbeatable rate!
So right now (due to business for a few months, since July) my second home and it really feels like home. Best place to stay imo and to the hotel team: hartelijk dank!

Excelent breakfast Nice service. Close up and really helping! The rwception area is special. Reception ladies are by far the most nicest and btw pretty! But. Here. Come the big but. Rooms! The rooms are. Really for people just sleaping! No closet! No charger close to the bed so no way to have the mobile close while sleaping. Bathroom is too simple but efective. Heater at room works fine which is very special in othe hotels four stars. Garage perfect George (our shutle service) was great! Always sharp and smiling! He need a bigger car! Hahahaaaaa! Wifi works fine and with a very good bandwith. In a summary. A nice place where we will return next year for TEFAF.

Great hotel! Love the design interior of the rooms and the living. Staff is so nice and, you get a cup of freshly brewed soup when you check in. Breakfast is great as well. Worth your stay across the Maastricht trainstation.

Very close to the Central Train station. A 10-15 minute walk to the town centre. Lots of very nice restaurants close by. The location is excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend to friends.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff and we were treated to soup when we arrived, which was very welcome. I was offered the use of the garage for my motorcycle at no extra cost. The design of the hotel is interesting and gives the place a lot more soul than most of the other hotels I have stayed in. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room, but otherwise everything was great.

Townhouse has been my go to hotel for the last three stays in Maastricht. Obviously I like the hotel a lot. The rooms look great and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also has a nice appeal and the personnel are very friendly and helpful. There is very little to be wanted, but a tea kettle would be a nice addition. I didn’t like the door to the toilet/bathroom, as it uses shutters making it quite noisy. The hotel's position is excellent, right across the station and very near the innercity. I would highly recommend Townhouse to anyone.

I spent a night in this hotel is 5 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the center walking. It is located in a quiet area. A hotel is different, do not have a conventional reception, I would have liked to be a little more to get down to the reception-café and enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

I have stayed here regulary (every 2 — 3 weeks for one or two nights at a time) for more than a year. It really is my home away from home and I would not consider staying anywhere else in Maastricht. It is excellent value for money, incredibly well located, close to the station but in the groovy neighbourhood "Wyck" — 10min walking distance to the centre of the old town and also 10mins walk from the excellent Bonnafanten Museum and the Ceramique area. The design of the hotel is cool and groovy, without being intimidating or overdone. It is quirky and fun and welcoming. It is excellent value for money considering it's location, design credentials, quality of the beds and service. The service is excellent and consistent — with very friendly reception desk attendees. The beds are some of the most comfortable I have EVER slept in — Hastens beds. I have the best night sleep in them consistently (which is saying something for when you travel for work! ) The place is immaculately clean, and the free WiFI is generally very strong in all rooms. It is also very comfortable to sit in the evening and have a wine whilst doing some work etc. The neighbourhood is excellent with wonderful restaurants nearby and nice little boutiques. The breakfast is pretty good — though not stellar — it is more than satisfactory. Book online in advance to get the best rate — as this tends to vary significantly (sometimes I get a room for around EUR60, other times EUR85 for a similar room.

A really friendly and pleasant place to stay in a good location for access to the railway and the town. The rooms are deliberately spartan but mostly adequate — but some are a little too spartan — ask for one where there is somewhere for your clothes. There are no facilities in the room such as a kettle — but there is a coffee machine and a microwave in the lobby, as well as fruit. Breakfast is reasonable but you might have to wait for the bacon as replacement can be slow and the scrambled egg is far from fluffy.
