Prime location across from train station. Service was great as was the reception and breakfast area. Beds were awful. One side very hard, which I don't mind but other side was soft as a marshmallow and impossible to sleep on. Cracked plastic cups in bathroom reminded me that details like that are not minor for such a hotel, they are central.

Good location next to train station and not far from shops or sights. Room clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea in room. Free Wi-Fi. Helpful and friendly staff.

Across the road from station, very helpful staff and an easy walk to everything.

Good breakfast, nice room! With bathtub. Our room also had a balcony, which was really lovely! I enjoyed the swimming pool. Nice staff, very friendly. Location is great! Very central. There is also a parking underneath the hotel :)

It is conveniently located, staff are friendly, rooms are well sized and clean, but cant help feeling that it needs a refurb soon.

A very well positioned hotel next to the main train station. The room is comfortable and spacious but would benefit from some modernisation. The hotel breakfast overpriced for the quality of food offered.

Nice hotel, friendly personnel. Only 4 stars due to the fact that some things need to be updated. Big plus — one minute walk to the central station (train).

Clean and basic. Near to city centre. Very overpriced for a 4 star hotel though. Should be a 3 star property as the service is second rate and you also have to pay for parking.

Average. Breakfast is poor. Staffs are not goodhumored. Room is comfortable and clean. Being across the train station is a good advantage for visiting other cities.

Courteous staff and a pleasant building — really very quaint looking and a fantasticly convenient location right next to the railway station. Hosting space was well organised and the cafe is well maintained.

Not worth the four star displays.

2 star hotel at best. Our non smoking room stunk of old smoke (must have been a smoking room in the past) the rooms are very basic and in need of a serious facelift. I stay in hotels almost weekly and this is one of the worst I have experienced in a while. We actually stayed out all day to avoid spending any time in the room, it was that bad. Location however is perfect and the staff are very nice. This is the only reason I have given it 3 stars. For 160 per night we were hugely let down on our weekend away. Either charge 2 star prices or renovate your hotel.

Had to leave the (expensive) parking half an hour after checkout even if the place was not busy. Overall a low value for money.

Great location, right next to the main train station. Relatively old building, expensive parking (18, 50 euro/day), poor isolation, very noisy.

I didn't stay the night, we went to an event hosted there. Very friendly staff and rather fancy facilities.

Fijn hotel voor een weekendje weg. Ontbijt was heerlijk, niet op aan te merken. Plus de locatie was top! Je bent zo op het station en met een paar minuten lopen ben je zo in het centrum. Enigste minpunt: er zat helaas schimmel in de badkamer. Al met al, wel een aanrader verder!

Very few toilet accessories: no toilet brush, no dryer, (only a shower cap and an almost empty soap dispenser)
At this level, the value for money does not hold the road.

The room was nice but there was a problem with the water heater. So, many guests only had lukewarm water to shower with. After telling them that, the receptionist gave us a free upgrade to the deluxe room which was very nice! Also without hot water, but it was already late in the evening so they couldn't do anything about it until a mechanic came by. The next morning it was fixed though.

Third time to stay here. Very comfortable, well looked after by staff and in a very good location. Would recommend to travellers.

Very nice hotel. From the outside it looks like a castle and from the inside everything is modern. Big rooms with small seating area with small table and comfortable chairs in addition to a big working table. Big beds. Very quiet. Located just accross the train station.

Decent hotel opposite to Maastricht station. Rooms are small. It is clear that the rooms have been renovated recently. Despite this, the rooms look a bit dated and dark. I found the beds to be too soft to have a proper rest. The breakfast is decent, though nothing really special. The staff is polite and courteous.

Situated: Excellent, near public transport (train bus, great connections) Customer service: Excellent very friendly people! Room: Great! of course you cant demand that everything is hightech, however they have free Wi-Fi and other services available. Maintenance: we had always clean rooms.

Very nice hotel. Literally in front of the train station. It's close from everywhere (Maastricht is not so big). The staff is awesome and so kind. They also have a very nice swimming pool. We spent a lovely weekend there.
