➜ I would like To give 0 Stars, unfortunately this is not possible. Unfortunately, it was a place of Stay For us. The Rooms really stank strictly. Use Plumbing Facilities only in Emergencies. Prices are not reasonable at all. So I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to any further.
Great place to get together for meetings and other things with friends. Location is expended nice view and accessibility options are endless quite big rooms and staff are always friendly.

Well what to say, 1 star is one to many… Being a person who would often happily book the cheapest accommodation in the area. Was horridly surprised by what a was presented with… especially from a hotel that would willing have the word royal in the name… The room was filthy… walls stained with god knows what… toilet with used paper still floating in it… balcony with items I would not even kick with my shoe to work out what it was… door lock that was sticky to the touch… These things I might have gotten over if it wasn’t for the fact the carpeted floor was noticably damp. Wet… or soggy… I don’t even know how to discribe not feeling comfortable put anything on the floor or even touch it bare footed without fear of verruccas.! And the constant smell of urine which I believed they tried mask by leaving the balcony door open upon arrival… Having family that live in Holland I pretty much grew up here over summer holidays and was not prepared for the shear amount of mosquitoes probably due to the puddle of stagnent water sitting on the balcony… To finish having traveled and stayed at $2 dollar per night hostels in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam… I have NEVER stayed in a place that ever felt so unbelievably filthy… and actually I am severely disappointed that booking. Con would even allow them on their platform…
