Five out of Five stars and special mention to Naomi at the Front Desk who helped me get to an appointment the morning after my stay after my phone died by letting me borrow her laptop to contact my friend and print directions. This is how you do Customer Service. Will come again and will recommend you to anyone who will listen.

This hotel is very nice and close to train and metro station as well as a huge market, it has good views from the bar. The rooms are a bit dated but they have ample space and the beds are very comfy. It is well worth the cheap price and has good location.

Nice friendly staff and very helpful. Nice view of river, canal and bridge. It's wonderful to be on boat.

Very dusty in the room, the mattress is comfortable, in general very not bad.

We booked a 1, 5hour boat trip with guide, very much fun and informative! Served baguette were a bit hard though, all the other snacks were great!

The original hotel in the form of a ship on the water. Good price ratio — quality, decent rooms, delicious cuisine, good quiet location in the city centre.

I liked the whole. The rooms are individually designed. I think that's really great and charming. The location is great, the staff is nice. On our first stay, the heating didn't work properly. The rooms are rather small and were only moderate to ventilate due to the portholes. Breakfast was quite good. I would come back.

The room was very nice Staff very friendly and good restaurant. Ideally located in Rotterdam and in the immediate vicinity of many bars and restaurants.

Small hotel on the water. You can live, if not for a long time.

The room was not very clean. There were hairs all over the bed. There are no or only small ventilation options under deck. There were windows in the upper floors. The air conditioner only produced warm air, although it was set at 16 degrees. The bathroom was nice and modern. The staff was nice. For the price the stay was perfectly okay. Recommended for one or two nights.

This hotel would be to choose from even just the fact that it's actually a big boat on a canal: it's really nice, original and impressive. The rooms are small but nice, clean and provided with everything. The staff is extremely polite. You can have breakfast in the hotel, plentiful and at good price.

Excellent hotel, extremely clean. The idea of this floating hotel is amazing. Front desk staff is very friendly, kind and welcoming. Breakfast was filling and tasty. Although my stay was a bit short but I really enjoyed it a lot.

Nice location and the room with canal view. Also the staff very friendly. So far 5 stars. Happy until check out. When we are told to pay the breakfasts. When our initial payment was already in bed. But above all a sum of 25 euros for a miserable breakfast.

Very special for a hotel. Rooms are not huge, but cozy and original. Love the terrace on the water, and if the weather is nice, you can also rent one of their floats to cruise the harbor.

Friendly and open staff.

We are now in this hotel for the third time. The first two stays were very nice. Rooms were clean and were well cleaned every day. Staff was very friendly! However, this time the assessment is rather sufficient or deficient. The floor of our room was not cleaned, after prompting the next day already (still defective) but the following not again. In addition, the rubbish was not disposed or partially. There is also a small trash can available in the bathroom. Staff is partly very friendly but also other very rude. In addition, a waitress has dropped a red wine glass, which has left a splash of wine on my friend's clothes. The lady did not apologize and the hotel did not even want to fix this problem or we should contact the Managing Director who has not yet responded to any of our mails. Outrageous and unprofessional.
Never come back here!

Nice hotel on a houseboat at a democratic price. Pity that the rooms do not reflect this spirit.

Lovely clean room, friendly people and a great breakfast.

The Welcome, communication and service in general are impeccable! The location is great. The rooms are too cramped, have bad air, the ventilation in the bathroom does not run well and the only window (porthole) is unfortunately so grown algae that you do not have a clear view. There are also unpleasant smells in the hallway. It is important to note, however, that the cleanliness is optically good, apart from the window. Overall due to the price-performance ratio it comes to the three stars.

Really nice. Staff are very good. Bed is extremely comfortable, and the rooms very tidy. Didn't eat here but the food looks good too.

Very nice Hotel very small rooms as well as from the tourist cabins of a ship but very nice and beautifully manicured the terrace on the beautiful canal the restaurant bar.

Fast, clean and central… just great…

If you love being woken by sump valve being emptied and hearing every door open and close this is the place for you. Poor communication from the hotel not informing that the main bridge to get access no longer exists which sent sat nav a bit crazy. Loses another star for a dirty plaster/band-aid being stuck on the wall.

The hotel is well maintained, the rooms comfortable and the staff courteous, of course the most striking thing about the hotel is its location, on the water: definitely an experience to try.

Bad breakfast, though plentiful. You always have a sense of neglect.

Really nice Hotel, would have preferred a different balcony room we were facing reception which wasn't ideal. It was quiet for most of the days except for Monday there seemed to be a lot of morning work in the hotel as well as construction starting back up again (can't hold the construction against the hotel though) other then that a really plesent stay, great location close to everything.

Hotel on barge rather original. Too bad we had the work next door because it is noisy in the morning. The staff are very nice. The rooms are small but there is nothing missing. The hotel is very well located just 2 steps from the market and the Maritime Museum. The parking spaces are very expensive down there. I have the hotel told us free places at 15 min walk from it. What made us a lot of economy.

Unique Hotel in its style.

Neat experience to stay on the canal in a boat! Hotel was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. They appreciated our attempt at dutch and helped us out with a few questions about the city.

Great location, breakfast was good and varied. We had a very good room with a terrace. Reception staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. They arranged tickets for splashdown tours and gave me good advice about changing currency. All in all a very good hotel, and would definitely stay there again should we ever return to the beautiful city of Rotterdam!

Original floating Hotel in the Wijnhaven Friendly Staff. Spacious, clean rooms, good Breakfast buffet. Bicycle rental, party boat, Bar and terrace at the Hotel. Very good price/performance ratio Rooms in the basement have no Windows to Open, a large porthole and air conditioning.

A really charming little hotel with friendly as well as flexible staff :-) The rooms are nice, although small from the structural conditions, but m. E. Really the greatest possible was extracted from the small square.
