Royal’s hotel with good big rooms and cool spa and pool.

Room with balcony and sea view is a MUST. Nice helpful staff. The Hotel is getting on in years, but the us has done nothing. The main thing clean. On the balcony of the sun from 15 o'clock to sunset. A Dream.

Perfectly good and very friendly.

My name is Smitha Anchan. My partner and me stayed in the Beach Hotel in Noordwijk from 21/08/18 to 26/08/18, the confirmation number is 1347807238. The day we checked in I was charged EUR 1601.5. I was told that this amount is the room charge plus EUR 75 per day as a security deposit which will be credited back to my account. On the day of check out my total bill was EUR 1352.30. I was told that the balance amount that is EUR 249 will be credited back into my account in an hour. It is the 20th of September today and the money has not been credited into my account. I have spoken to hotel staff and they have told me that the money has been credited back into my account, however I have checked with my bank and they have confirmed that the money has not been credited back into my account. I have called your hotel and spoke to a staff Ms. Manon and she said that she would get back to me about my concern, she took my email address down however I haven’t got a response yet.
EUR249 is missing from my account because of a transaction done at your hotel. If you have credited the money back I need an invoice for it. I request you to look into the matter and get back to me at the earliest. I have emailed the company website and have not received a response.

Great hotel located right at the beach. Friendly staff, good food and great location.

Room paid for 2 nights directly upon arrival. Nevertheless, must surrender a deposit of 150€. Rooms have come of age. Old furniture and the color goes off. Shower not to be used. Water jet lasts at most to moisturize things (weakest water jet in the world). Bath approx. 1sqm in size. Windows and railings on the balcony of the bird's. We also took pictures to support my review.

Very nice, very helpful. In Peak Hours at An — and Departure, too thinly occupied. Room okay, Bathroom very small. Location of the Hotel great. Offers below the Complex excellent. We'll be back.

Unfriendly staff at breakfast. Has not been cleared and some components of the breakfast have not been replenished.

It doesn't look that great from the outside, but inside it's great. The balcony was also good, but a table was missing. The service was great!

Very exclusive, the location is top. Some luxury, wellness and a completely relaxed atmosphere.

All in all a very pleasant stay. We would come back. "It wasn't much that I liked. First of all, I would say that the prices for parking are astronomical. 20 Euros for the whole day? Does that have to be? But here's a tip. On the street you can also park and, if you touch it, cheaper than in the hotel. For the first two hours you pay 1 euro per hour. Then for each hour started 2 euros. So the time of the day must be paid until 9pm. If you are smart, you go every hour and get a new parking ticket. When you come back from your exploration trip in the evening, you should figure out how long it is until 9pm and buy parking tickets accordingly. The bathroom is a little small for two people. The Roomkeeper has somehow no pleasure in his work. The beds were a bit unlovingly prepared. Well, there's no tip. The restaurant prices in both hotels I personally find something high.
It's very imposing. This hotel is already great. The reception at the reception was totally nice. What surprised me was that there are two hotels, because the beach and the van Oranje Hotel are connected to each other. When you go on a Discovery tour, you first realize the dimensions. The room: When we came in we were greeted by the TV personally by name. The programs were received in German and a lot of channels (see pictures). The Wi-Fi is fast. By the way, to get into the wave pool, you have to go through both hotels. Little tip from me.

If you get a room on the upper floor overlooking the sea, you can't do any better. Otherwise, everything is a bit old but clean.
The situation alone is worth the money.
Food in the house good but very expensive. Better out of the house what looking, breakfast as well as hot food.
Also important, super nice reception, very helpful and largely efforts to help even in German.

Large room overlooking the North Sea.

"In the years" come to the Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, but also here, as in other public spaces, the closer the is to look can be seen it is an old Hotel. The Spa area of the Oranje Hotel use, however, you have to pay at the front Desk pp 10€ for a Bathrobe, and have paid for we for a 1-Night stay with Breakfast 200€. (no sea view rooms)
The Spa area has a pool 1 Pool — 3 saunas and 1 dive and 1 hot tub but also here you can see the already strong wear and tear, the wooden backrests are very tatty and the sweat of many of our old guests seen, the doormat in the 80c Sauna is in a corner of very broken
& tattered this shouldn't be in such a Top Hotel. The Breakfast was sufficient and good, there was left nothing to be desired. The location is the first location directly on the beach. All in all, we have already in many Hotels in Noordwijk visited but for 200€ a night way too expensive, here the price ratio is not right with what you.

Well located Hotel! Beach and Close to town! Large double bedroom and space for 2 large people. Breakfast also very good.

Lovely hotel, great location and friendly staff. The rooms are always very clean, and its nice to relax on the balcony. The pool was amazing if you're swimming for leisure. Had a faulty fridge when I first arrived but they replaced it within a few hours. The interior design was quite interesting too, very creative. Only criticism is that they could could install aircon to make it more comfy and also provide a thinner blanket in the summertime as the duvet was really hot. There was also a little bit of mold in the bathroom ceiling so ventilation should be increased. But I would definitely come here again.

The hotel has the advantage of being very close to the beach. But the best years are over. May be that it got to its heydays 4 * * * *, but one would have to invest a lot today, be s of furniture, worn, scratched and surfaces faded… Flat screen and German channels, but are available. We leave for housekeeping/maid, if we like leaving a tip there, but you have to show them first how to make beds and in the morning in the other rooms to laugh and talk loudly, that one will wake up, does not go at all… The breakfast offers everything from scrambled eggs, bacon, buns, sausages, cheese. But for 28, — € per person way too expensive… From 6:00-11:00 am also much late sleeper, a good time… Parking fees of €20 also a bit happich… The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach Hotel is connected to the hotel van Oranje, so if you want to use the spa/swimming area, you have to take the way through the hotels… For a few days OK, for a longer stay, I would choose another hotel…

We stayed here for the first time and were surprised by the old luxury the hotel radiates. Sitting right at the beachfront, close to many good restaurants and beach clubs, the location is superb. The room was small but clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Bentley bar in the hotel has great cocktails and seating, but is a bit expensive.

Some excessive for the four-legged 40 euro per night to calculate. Bathrobe for 10 euro extra is not fair in this room price, especially since the spa area is included in the room rate, but the cloak is not. What a pity.

Good Hotel, with great breakfast and fantastic location. The corridors are in teribble condition, but the rooms are ok. Bed fine, not to soft. Price a bit to high.

It was my husband birthday and I wanted it to be very special and surprise him. I asked them to decorate the room with balloons and arrange the cake. They did it really well to surprise my husband. We had 2 beautiful days enjoying the beach and sauna, pool and massage.

Hotel parking is very expensive though. €20 Outdoor and from €25 in the underground garage per day!

Previously posh hotel with worn down cupboards and furniture. The interactive TV kept lagging, the remote was worn down and the directional stick would only work if you removed the plastic cover. The furniture was scratched and delapidated. One of the cupboard's door wouldn't close unless you pushed back the dress boy that is part of the cupboard and the other door had trouble opening. Whenever you got into bed, or moved when on the bed, one of the lights would go on since someone though it would be a good idea to place the light switch partly behind the mattress. The view is obstructed by a flag and the light on the balcony has no off-switch. Not a problem, since the curtains are very heavy — in fact so heavy that it's almost impossible to draw them perfectly close leaving the light on the balcony a bigger problemen than you'd think it would be. Staff is very friendly and up to par. Champagne breakfast and good food sort of makes up for the lacklustre room.

Rooms a bit old… But it is not but has made them more romantic, staff very friendly.

Location is great, the pool are area and beach front rooms as well. Very, very poor service level though and we had several issues during our stay. Young interns are placed everywhere without any supervision. It seems like the beach hotel does not get the attention so needed anymore since it is on the nomination for renovation.

Last week we had a great stay at this hotel. Nice rooms, good service and an excellent breakfast.

We booked the Soldaat van Oranje trip. We were pleasantly surprised everybody wished us a nice show. At the lobby, at the bar, at the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We really think Beach Hotel is even better than Hotel van Oranje. Totally recommend staying here!

Excellent location for holidaymakers. Nice rooms. Lighting in the bathroom is very poor for shaving — face is not illuminated at all. Duvets instead of blankets were not comfortable for me even in the spring time In summer it will be very hot given lack of A/C.

Nice location and view over the sea. Plenty of restaurants in the surroundings of the hotel. Breakfast over expensive for what you get (27 eur pax + —) just walk to the village or surroundings if you want to save some eur; Rooms need a bit of an update.

The Hotel rests on its reputation! The reception staff are hopelessly overwhelmed. We booked eight months in advance a double room comfort Executive online with a sea view, we get a room with a view of the flat roof. In spite of our complaint, we got no other rooms. Two days later, we heard this would leave a group now and we could get another room. Since we made only a short trip, not worth it to switch for the remaining two nights. Upon arrival, cases are brought only on request, with the cart in the room. The booked Breakfast is much to expensive for what you get, fruit salad only with melons, huge cubes of ripe fruit. The rooms are not cleaned on arrival, properly, dust on all the shelves. Too bad the Hotel is, of course, not even two-star value.

A bit overpriced and old fashioned but not bad over all — very friendly and helpful staff — large rooms with balcony — be careful with parking on the road — we got a 60€ ticket when we did the check in (just while we where in the lobby)
