Very nice hotel has everything you need. The staff was great the food really good.

Good location. Just walking distance from lake. Good views of Annapurna hill ranges from the hotel. One can see fish tail hill from the hotel room on a clear day. Polite staff, spacious rooms, good speed Wi-Fi and food is also good.

A nice place to stay in Pokhara. In a walkable distance from primary tourist attractions — Fewa Lake, and the ever buzzing lakeside. When you check in, Try choosing the upper floor rooms with Balcony to stay in for a completely different experience of Pokhara. The staff are nice and friendly, and will even get you passes to various parties happening in Lakeside if you're nice. They have a buffet breakfast, that doesn't serve meat on Tuesdays. Kitchen is okay. But when you're in Lakeside Pokhara, you don't dine at the same place everyday.

Hotel has good facilities but it has a very poor management and staff. They broke my friend's luggage, called her a lier saying that the lugagge was already broken and didnot come up with a solution. It has no conditions for western standards.

Pathetic place — no hot water in the morning/evening. You cannot take a bath in the cold water even in October, will get worse in winter months. The staff is not helpful — even after asking for hot water, there is no response for hours. The whole hotel smells of smoke and the general feel of the hotel is not hygienic This hotel is definitely not value for money.

Very nice hotel has everything you need. The staff was great the food really good.

Breakfast is awesome but the servers are quite strict with the time. You cannot start to eat early even though they have the food ready unless it's the exact time. Rooms are clean, huge and almost complete with the basics plus balcony, bathtub, table and comfortable chairs. Lobby is comfortable too. Wifi sometimes fluctuate as well as the electricity which is expected of Nepal. Take note that the elevator is not useful at all. It is always not working and most often it is too noisy. You can actually hear that weird sound it makes inside your room — — — every single time. The neighborhood is quiet as well since it is quite far from the used roads of most vehicles. Go to the rooftop in the morning or afternoon to enjoy sunrise/sunset and a good view of Machhapuchhre.

Well when I was last year, it was excellent but I heard there new management. Hope still good.
