The room was very comfortable. He lived in a dbrume. Bathroom, shower and hot water. Wi-Fi. From the roof of the hotel-an interesting view of the District, Lake Feva (near the hotel)

A decent hotel in the tourist center of the city. Clean and comfortable. Directly across the street there is a kiosk with fresh fruit, a bike rental and a 30 rs;)

Stayed this hotel twice. Room is spacious with moderate price. Good location. Annapurna and other mountains view from 2nd. Floor to above level of front of the hotel. If they allocates the room on the left side of the above level the Pokhare Lake is your view. Rooftop is the best 360° stunning morning sunrise selfie. Staff is very friendly. Baggage store provided if you going for trekking. Only the restaurant don't cater for Muslim. Is ok for me as there is vegetarian food to choose.

Comfortable & clean room with mountain view. Hotel management has nicely arranged the paragliding, mountain trekking with reasonable rate.

Hotel room is big, clean, good services but breakfast is very simple.

Excellent service great hotel also very good travel guide. Manager could not do enough to help. An easy 10 out of 10.

Good Location, Clean Room, Value Of Money, Staff's are good. Love this hotel But everywhere in Nepal you face the same experience if made bill by any card's they tell you extra 4%… I Think It's bother the traveler's Abdullah Al Mamun Bangladesh.

The staffs are well trained and really nice guys. The view is really good from room, and the room is new and clean also!

It's a very good hotel. Place is nice, staffs is good, owner is very helpful and friendly.

Centrally located with views of the mountains or lake. Our room had a nice balcony to sit outside and watch the world go by. Staff here are friendly and obliging. The rooms are clean with good tv. Fan and air con. Breakfast was delicious everyday. The tours here are fabulous and the guides experienced and friendly. We would recommend here to stay. Also kid friendly. We loved it.

Awesome place for spending nights at Pokhara. Lots of restaurant and stores nearby. Hotel staffs fantastic behavior, good food, Wi-Fi… Cool Hotel.

Nice Rooms and best management, only problem was we got 4th floor and no lift. Near to lake, good breakfast.

Individual staff’s dedication and commitment towards their profession, and their consistence in any kind of services to their guest clearly markshow the owner of the Hotel Crystal Palace has well groomed and has trust and integrity in his staff. Particularly Mr. Suraj Gyawali. Was very helpful with suggestions and advice for our sightseeing.
Hotel Crystal Palace has clean and neat rooms and toilets with hot water all the time especially in winter and equally with air conditioning facilities for summer. They picked and dropped us off at bust station. Good views of Phewa Lake, Fishtail Mountain and early morning sunrise from the terrace and some of balconies of rooms.
Thank you very much for your warmly welcome and our comfortable stay. I recommend Hotel Crystal Palace to my guest, near ones, family and friends if you are to visit Pokhara in Nepal.

This was kind of an oasis compared to our stay in Kathmandu. It was so nice, I was tempted to drink the water. The only bummer is with all the conveniences, especially A/C (during monsoon), it's very noticeable when the power goes out.

Great location, friendly staff, cute kitty cat. Tour services are also good.
