Tsumeb Park Self Catering Suites Apartment Best hotels in Tsumeb, Hotel rooms in Namibia
President Street, Tsumeb
The hotel is in a small mining town. Neat, clean and the food excellent. The owner is a wonderful lady, who went out of her way to make my stay a great one, as I was not feeling well after a long journey. I will recommend this hotel with no hesitation.
Arrived and had no hot water, were told the other available rooms had no hot water. Spent 2 hours with reception trying to get hot water. Nothing no hot water for the whole night. We were promised a discount. The next morning when checking out we are told the discount is $100 N barely $5 US dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. The new receptionist told us there were other rooms available with hot water the night before and that the previous receptionist lied to us. I was told the $100 N discount was very generous and when I told her it was disrespectful as I spent 2 hours of my time trying to get hot water and never got it and deserved more of a discount. She called the police on us. Absolutely ridiculous customer service I would not recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!
