The place is nice but the food service was very slow we had to wait an hour for a plate of wings very slow and the petty on the burger was so hard and another thing the gate when we were living is so far but they have to open it and you need to call the staff members and the staff members were online phone was busy for a good 45 minutes so we stood at the gate the whole time and just for her to open the gate later with no apology all she was concerned is that is the gate open not worrying how long we stood there and they know the lodge is far from the exit gate how are you not considerate and waiting for that call to let people out. Perhaps the lodge should consider making the exit gate automatic and open from inside on entrance only. Beautiful lodge but with a really slow service overall and mind you we were the only once at the lodge for the day. Not happy at all. Its a beautiful lodge please improve your service or change staff…

The newly re-opened Amani Lodge is worth the trip. You can shop and get your business done in the city and then escape to a peaceful oasis just outside Windhoek. It's also at a great price. The staff is really friendly and I had the best kapana in Namibia. They have clean rooms, hot water, and good Wi-Fi. If you are fortunate enough to have Ernita take care of you, you are truly blessed.

My sisters and I went here for a girls trip this weekend and we had THE BEST time. The food is amazing, the service is amazing and the views are to die for. Thank you so much for a great time ❤️
