If you truly want to get a taste of Namibia 🇳🇦 I recommend you stay at Safari Hotel. They have the friendliest staff and the food is second to none.

Upon arrival, we discover a very beautiful establishment, with magnificent rooms. We were treated to a small welcome drink very fresh. The rooms are very large and comfortable, the bathroom would deserve a small renovation… Regarding the meal, we were very disappointed with the evening buffet at 250/pers not worthy of an establishment like this (3 poor salad, 1 meat, 1 fish (excellent certainly), and 3 poor small slices of cake … The breakfast buffet was much more plentiful, but at 6:45 am more fruit juice available to the clientele, just water with lemon slices in it. The big weak point of this establishment is the catering. The staff is very smiling and professional.

The service was perfect and the place was also perfect, I liked the rooms. Customer service was also excellent.

Stayed 5 nights with a conference, so rate was reasonable. Impossible to get through to reservations. Dining room overpriced and not pleasant. AC never worked in the room, room service once took 2 hours, extra charges appeared on the final bill. Staff seemed genuinely eager to help but powerless to offer solutions.

Home Inn is a very nice guest house and quiet for that matter. The bedding and rooms are all fashioned very modern. I recommend this establishment and its hospitable staff.

What a magnificent place! Great food excellent ambience and lovely staff.

There are two buildings there. In the big one rooms are luxury. Fastidious breakfast. In the smaller building accommodation is not so interesting.

I went to the Spa and wellness centre. Very neat and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a full body massage which was really great. Apparently one can use the steam room or sauna for free for a while just before your massage. Intend to do that next time.

Beautiful setting in terms of location but the interior leaves a lot to be desired. Poorly designed rooms especially bathrooms lead me to believe that no thought went into the design. The bathrooms are small, cramped and poorly designed with respect to where amenities are located, drainage is extremely poor in showers, showers are oddly designed, beds are small especially if you are over 5'8-9" tall. Ventilation is poor and most air conditioners are non functional. The food at the hotel leaves a lot to be desired given it is so expensive yet poor in quality. I wouldnt stay here again.

The best place to choose for your leisure time.

Quite flexible and to a point. Spa is the place to go and relax with soft and pleasant treatment. Up to date gym and dinner always a pleasant surprise.

This has been a great hotel, but Service is lowest standard, rooms are late, breakfast ist like in a middle class hotel… To make a long story short… The best thing is, that it is near Eros Airport. That's all. I really hope, management can improve service.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of Windhoek. From here, many round trips through Namibia start.

Decent hotel with good facilities.

Dated, dreary and dusty. If I could give zero stars I would have. The same food was served at the lunch buffet over a three day meeting. Bathrooms close to meeting rooms smelt bad, rooms dusty and dirty. Worst of all the owner was abusive to staff in full view of guests. Certainly not a place I would come back to.

Large and quiet hotel. Quite standard in terms of expectations of the room and eating areas for a mid level hotel anywhere in the world. Twin beds with sitting area in room and large shower cubicle in bathroom. Buffet and off menu supper is slightly expensive for the country. Outside pool area is very nice.

International level accommodation in Windhoek at a reasonable price. Bureau personnel very smart.

The place it very nice. Just the standard rooms has two single beds. Which means you must sleep on the single bed, can't they just put a double bed once. Thanks.

Each and every year I travel to the other side of the planet. As Austrian winter is cold and dark. In January 2014 to this hotel. This luxury hotel has been my base for a week. Large room, free Wi-Fi, very good kitchen. A large pool. Friendly staff.

Excellent place to stay while and feeling sense of western Africa. Local tour are too abundant to pick up! Stuff are very friendly and kind, free Wi-Fi and punctual complemental bus toward city center are also available. Some intel may say windhoek is not safe. But this location is completely crime free. Guard is working 24/7.

Best cuisines in town. Buffet affordable and up to standard facilities. Well trained staff.

I was in the Safari Hotel for a week and I really liked it. The room was very large (not very modern and something came in the years — but cared for), the outside area with pool was very well maintained and always clean and the staff very friendly. The food at the buffet is also partly oriented to the African taste, because many Africans also spend their holidays here. The food from the menu in the restaurant were top in price and taste. Overall, I can say that I would book the hotel again and again.
