Amazing staff. They treat you asif it your home away from home. They treat you like family.

Super Beautiful lodge with a main house and small stone houses with thatched roofs. The view over the valley is breathtaking and recommended to anyone visiting Namibia. There are also various massages available. Pure Relaxation!
In the evening there is also a small show deposit from the Lodge crew if you are lucky you can also see lions and elephants.

The location is GREAT. But the service is poor. Also please don't go there as a walk in. They can't serve you with any food or drinks. Double check and make sure of the bookings you make else you might end up have to be squeezed in rooms and sleep on stretchers.

Great lodge, great service, great place and great view in the middle of nowhere. I love to be lost somewhere far away from everything. The pool is great with an amazing view. All the people working at the lodge are so helpful and nice. Food ok. The rooms are so cute and very clean.

A very nice Lodge in Damaraland with excellent service and friendly Staff as well as good Food. The Location offers a magnificent View of the Valley below and the Mountains. You should park your Car at the Guarded Parking lot on the Road (C 40) and you are picked up from there. It is important to plan an Overnight Stay.

Probably our best experience in Namibia. A breathtaking view and a very professional and high level service, that easily compensate for the small constraints of the place (no power plugs in the bungalow, water savings)

Your welcomed into the environment alike being part of the family here & really get to feel understand the environment. Along with seeing elephant, great food, polite staff, clean & tidy. Most beautiful view possible!

Amazing views but its the staff that make this place special.

Really good property and nice tent cabins,. Just tight. Nice staff could be better trained. Guides were great. Nice game viewing and watering hole attraction. Not the best food but well presented.

This resort is on top of the Grootburg mountains with gorgeous views, an amphitheater-valley with flat tops. The drive to the resort is quite steep, but the resort have a pickup service from the small parking area. Upon learning that it is run by the Conservancy and the proceeds partially return to the nature and community, it is certainly worth the visit. They serve breakfast and full course dinner.

Great Lodge at about 1600 m altitude. From the individual small huts you have an incredible view of the Valley… directly from the bed. The rooms are well furnished and the food was good.

Incredible views of the surrounding area from this high plateau Good clean rooms and decent food. The guided tours were great and the guides and trackers clearly know what they were doing and have lots of background knowledge. The conservation concept is definitely working and worth supporting. Note that there is a shuttle for the last part up to the mountain. The drive is quite steep and you'd want to be a quite experienced 4x4 driver to go on your own.

Idyllic place on the heights of the Grootberg pass. The view is amazing on the Valley. Comfortable hotel based on eco-tourism. The chalets are a bit older. Staff friendly and restaurant very good. Excursions however are not really great (a little long and painful) and a bit expensive even if we help the locals by taking a trip. Place to see.

Beautiful Lodge in a spectacular location – very dedicated and sincere staff. And a great social project behind it! Be sure to visit!
