A new hotel with very nonsense rules such as outside guest cant stay more than 30mins inside the room.

Very friendly and professional staff, amazing breakfast spread!

Clean, very friendly, inexpensive.
It doesn't need more for sightseeing.

Clean hotel and room. Friendly staff and helpful security and doorman. Very reasaonable room price. Nothing flash but great for price and located not far from shwedagon pagoda.

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is good and very varied (also in the western version).
It is very hot on the 7th floor but with the air conditioning there is no problem. We even had the view of the pagoda.
The location is not great and the road is noisy.

Hotel clean, well maintained, very good value for money for the city. The location is average on the edge of a great road and quite far from the city center but I didn't find it better in the center and eventually I stayed in this hotel the whole length of my stay. It was a very nice breakfast buffet.

Room feels clean and fresh. Beds are comfortable. Towels are clean and white if you are lucky. Otherwise really old and yellow, better off as floor rags. Water pressure isn't great but hotel management made an effort to install heaters that come with built-in pumps. TV reception is quite poor and there is no English news channel available. Breakfast is almost the same everyday and cold most of the time. Complained about it but no changes. Staffs are great and always ready to help. Location is OK, quite near to town centre.

Fantastic place with very fine service. It's a very fine 3 star Hotel.

Very happy. Staff very friendly. Very helpful. They served and welcome guest with their heart. Never ask any tip. Their smile make us feel home and happy. Room is clean. Breakfast is the best among all 3 star hotels in this area. Short taxi trip to Shwe Dagon pagoda. Worth for money. Worth for stay. I strongly recommend this friendly hotel if you are visit to Yangon.

Don't like this city and hotel is so so but ppl in the hotel very nice and helpfull. They have printed out our boarding passes and helped us with everything.

The hotel is clean and staff is really helpful. The included breakfast was also beyond expectations as it was a nice buffet with local and western delicacies.

It is near to the beautiful temple and service by hotel. Staff is very good and convenient to food stalls and shops.

Very nice and friendly staff, good location and fine room! We have a view on the Shwedagon paya from the 7th floor. Facilities are good, there is a laundry self-service. Taxi booked by the reception is cheaper than getting one yourself. We also booked the bus ticket to Bagan at the reception for 16.000 MMK.

Great value for money, clean rooms and friendly staff. Roadside rooms are quite noisy though.

Perfect 1-star hotel for budget travellers. Been staying here for 5 nights already. This is my 3rd time in Myanmar and this has got to have the friendliest and most helpful staff and hotel manager ever. They are very helpful and go out of your way to give you a vety pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms, strong Wi-Fi, and good buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.
