River view is very beautiful and awesome while you are having dinner and relaxing for a while. Services are available but you need just ring the phone.

Hotel offers traditional massage, oils as well, Spa, indoor bar, restaurant, high speed internet with wide car park and good security. It is easy to access downtown and popular places from the hotel.

Union Square Hotel in Yangon is perfectly situated, has an incredibly warm and hospitable staff, caters to every service the customer may need, including travel advice on where to eat and what to do

The last time I stayed at Holiday Season Motel, it was even better than I had anticipated.

The hotel has a lift and the rooms are clean and neat. It provides breakfast too! The workers are friendly and helpful. The only thing is that it does not have a parking lot.

Homey, well-maintained rooms that don't feel like a hotel. Efficient and super friendly staff. My room was kept tidy and clean everyday.

This is the first time we've been here for a staycation during a long holiday. Very (very) satisfy for the room, service, food, swimming pool, and so on. We will come again and recommend you guys.

The rooms are clean, The fire always comes, There is also Wi-Fi, and you can eat the breakfast buffet for free. The price is reasonable, and it's close to the main road, so it's easy to get around.

The Hotel is an exquisitely designed facility that contains Standard Rooms, Superior Rooms and Deluxe Rooms and too many room type and a Restaurant for your Dining pleasure.

Good place but outside sounds and voices could hear. It's should not be for those wanna have good rest.

Room are so comfortable to stay and nice service. Food are very delicious and every staff are very helpful. One of the best Hotel that I ever stayed.

That one waitress with a sweet smile served me a plate of fruit platter because I forgot to take during my breakfast. That alone makes me wanna repeat this place again and again and again.

Service isn't good enough but room and view are good enough.

It’s still necessary to provide service to make the guests feel comfortable. The bar is next to the hotel, so there is noise in the room.

I stayed for two days VIP room. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Bed sheets, pillowcases and blankets are clean. But I felt discomfort because of noisy air con.

Excel Hotel Yangon exceeded expectations! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location make for a pleasant stay.

They don’t accept digital payments. That’s kinda sucks.

I stayed here about ten days with long stay rate (5000 MMK discount on normal rate). The room price is reasonable and breakfast included.

I recently stayed at Yangon Urban Hotel during the first week of December 2024 and had a fantastic experience. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch.

Good location, near to the airport. Rooms are clean but a bit small.
Good customer service. Easy to get the taxi. One Indian restaurant infont of the hotel.

Another neat and cool space to chill out or rest.
Staffs are friendly.
Views are good.
Near Kabaraye Pagoda Road and pyay road.
Hard to park cars in basement park though.

A little expensive room charge. But fair. We have many remembered moment. I miss you ZYH.

This Hotel location is in a good point and it has an easy access to Kamayut Township, and Hpedan Centre so that Very convinent to go around.

Nice service and have large rooms only hard to get the parking.

We spent 3 night at Hotel Kamarkyi. It was a lovely stay. They were waiting for us with a welcoming drink. The room was big, comfortable and brighty.
