Good place with nice chillout area and friendly owner. Breakfast was very nice — noodles or omelette every day. I had a room with private bathroom. The room was satisfyingly clean but a bit smelly. The walls were very thin and I could hear people "performing" in the neighbor room (everyone heard it) until the owner knocked at their door. Location was good and the bus stops there to bring and pick up guests.
