Horrible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Trying to get some sleep after a long day at work, guests outside my room were super noisy. I called the reception and let them know that the guests outside were too loud and request to ask them to keep it down. After calling three times and it was around 1 am, I had to go out myself and tell them to keep it down. Bad service, loud noises and would not recommend this place. I will not stay here again.

The aircon is not cool. The phone in the room doesn't work so everytime I need something I have to go down to reception (: I don't even get complimentary water as it is out of stock (: very terrible experience I've ever got. Never come back.
