Very nice hotel for given price. We stayed for two days. The breakfast buffet is also great. Will stay there again if I go back to Mandalay.

Very good service. I like this hotel.

They had some issues with the AC, Wi-Fi, and hot water in our room. We had to switch rooms after trying to fix our AC for a few hours. Even after we switched rooms the AC still wasnt powerful enough. We ended uo sleeping in a 29C degree room for the night.

The best and most affordable price in Mandalay! Staffs are really nice and helpful. Delicious buffet breakfast and many tasty local food nearby. They have free to rent bicycle that you can use to many places in Mandalay; Mandalay hill, Kuthodaw Pagoda, Royal Palace, etc. You should stay here!

This place is the best hotel I have ever stayed throughout Myanmar. With the price it offered, you can't find another hotel that has the same hospitality, same service, same facilities as this hotel has. Definitely recommend it for anyone who goes to Mandalay.

Good place and good situated. Very friendly stuff.

Affordable hotel. The rooms are specious (specially family room). Bathrooms are normal. Hotel has nice roof top dining area and a ballroom. Happy hour drinks also available. Breakfast served here is delicious. However, if you book it from USD and paying at the property in MMK, the exchange rate may little higher than normal rate.

Good price, service is excellent, rooms are clean. Nothing more to ask for.

Bad location in the city, noisy rooms but clean and well equipped. Very average breakfast.

Great little hotel, a little bit out of the way for restaurants, we had a family room which was Hugh and nice big bath and good hot water and pressure, road can be a bit noisy but livable, woken most morning about 5 / 530am with the monks walking down the street ringing their bells then cars beeping horn at them but then back to sleep lol staff very nice and friendly and helpful.

Very fair price and rooms are clean. Also breakfast is awesome. Their service is well. Next time I will stay there.

Very poor, the first room offered had a window overlooking a wall, the impression of being in a cellar. The bathroom and general condition of the hotel was unsatisfactory.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, they made me feel like a queen. The single room is perfect: The daily clean the bed is very comfortable, TV, water heater to make you coffee and the shower is nice too. Breakfast is great. I recommend 100%

Good hotel, service is perfect, small care. For the location we rented a bike so it went well. The hotel little make available bikes.

Rooms were clean and the staff was nice, some of them could speak quite good English. Breakfast was average and the dishes were cold. I advise not to ask the hotel for booking a bus to Bagan… It may be like 2 dollars cheaper than modern JJ Express (it cost us 9000 kyat to Nyaung U each), but it is an old minivan, carrying local people, and it is so uncomfortable, without any air conditioning, dirty and smelly and it makes like gazillion stops during the way (the locals have smoking stops etc… why? ) so the journey between these two cities, that are not that far from each other, takes you way more than half a day. When we asked the hotel for a taxi to the three cities, it cost us rather expensive 45.000 kyat.

Beautiful Place! We have place and the hotel staff very friendly and attentive all the time they try to help you in whatever you need! The place is very clean and it works everything to perfection! The food is delicious! Very happy!

Great deal for the price. It's out of the way, but breakfast was great and it's close to the train station. They even let us hang out in the lobby and wait for our evening bus. And let us take a shower after we checked out. English weren't great, but they were always gracious.

Everything was perfect. The room, the breakfast and the staff.

Comfortable room and worth the payment. Air conditioner took a long time to cool a room.

Compliance with the price and quality, clean, with hot water, air conditioning, good Breakfast, pleasant service, not Intrusive, can be populated upon arrival, we settled into a 6:30 am, although hotel policy check-in from 12:00.

Great service, nice room, good bed. Staff were extremely helpful and the front desk spoke good English. Breakfast included an omelette bar, which was unexpected to say the least.

Not expensive just a normal hotel. The staff is friendly, cleaned every day. A lot of foreigners. Kitchen more vegetarian. District hole.

New hotel with a very good price. Very rare to have single room for hotel but you can get one in Hotel Iceland. Complimentary buffet breakfast is provided. Staff are also very helpful and friendly. Just one thing to consider is Wi-Fi. Provide free Wi-Fi and yet very slow connection. I had local sim card which couldn't be used as soon as you were in the hotel building.

Young rather inexperienced staff as they are a new hotel but the team convinced me that they are giving me their best. And it shows! Don't go for the corner rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors though — rather noisy.
