I never expected such a hotel with this rate.
Rooms are very clean, wide and well facilitated.
Stuffs are incredibly helpful, well trained and can communicate in English very well. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast with various delicious dishes. If you want to take some trips around the town, they can arrange so many trip plans and trekkings.

When I was staying at the Thihabala Hotel, it was in family room. It is a very comfortable hotel. It is easy to go anywhere. It is 5 minutes from hotel to the train station and 20 minutes from hotel to Kandawgyi park. You can also ask for tour packages at the hotel. A lot of items, buffet breakfast was perfected. We are very pleased to arrange for a motorbike, bicycle and taxi at the reception.

First staying at a hotel arranged by myself and such a pleasing experience with the 2-nights stay at this hotel. Fair price, nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast and good customer service of hotel staffs! Thank you all for your hospitality and good service! It felt like home and we will surely come stay next times too!

Very nice hotel, give the service in excellent even we had a short day trip to Sipaw. The tour guide's also very friendly and took a fansinating photo of us.

Thanks for allowing us early check in and your friendly & helpful staff during our stay. Breakfast is great and location is very good. Only the thing is that no water heater in my room. That would be perfect for guests if you can provide it.

We stayed just one night at this hotel from Nov 15-16 at rooms 403. All the staffs are enthusiastic to assist. Provide bicycle is really great services for us to visit around the city easily. Cleanliness is not perfect but its fine. Hopefully HSKP Dept try to maintain the rooms with Monthly and Yearly Projects then the rooms cleanliness will be improve especially Toilet, Bathtub and Mini-bar. Just little disappointed when the check in time because they couldn't allocate the rooms easily and fast for group check in as per FO's SOP. We are up and down so many times to find FO or HK staffs to take us to allocate the rooms. The staffs are really perfect at the service. Appreciate and Highly recommended to vist and stay at this hotel.

The nice hotel that has served us with the excellent services. Their trips, all are fascinating for us. Fair price with excellent service. I love this.

Stayed only one night. Room was comfortable, very clean. Fridge and snacks in room (pay extra). Check in smoothly. Location great. Breakfast was ok — possibly need improvement in beverages department — coffee is not properly done and staff don't seem to know that you are not supposed to drink coffee grounds… tea cups are really tiny (not continental size) and most things aren't replaced in a timely manner.

Comfortable room and great service. Breakfast was delicious, you can order eggs through the staff members, however unfortunately I never received my eggs after placing an order. Would stay again. — note we had no hot water during our stay.

Good for a cheap room. Good breakfast buffet with a great selection of local and western food. They also have free bikes you can use, free shuttle to the train station, and super helpful staff. Lost a star as the rooms feel a little rundown, but overall a nice place.

Excellent service: We booked an economy room advertised with a bathtub on agoda. When we asked they said the room only had a shower. After showing the room details as advertised, they upgraded us to a very nice room with a bathtub.
Go early to breakfast or the buffet will be half gone. Reasonable choice available. Food to order from their menu is very cheap.
Friendly staff.
