Very bad service snd stealing guest money.

Very comfortable and clean place. Staff are super helpful and their greetings are very pleasant. The food is quite good and delicious. Also price is cheep too. It made our time in Pyin Oo Lwin infinitely better.
Very good location and staffs are very friendly and hospitable. They really accommodated all our needs and also gave us huge discount to all.
I would definitely go back and stay again if I get another chance.
Overall, an amazing hotel with the city views, friendly staffs and great amenities.

Walked into the room and was hit with the strong smell of room fresheners. I found them hanging on a lamp and gave them to the staff, opened the windows to get that smell out and the only smelled mothballs. We had to go around the room looking for the mothballs to get them out of our room. One week later and we are home. We are having to double wash all of our clothes and any other things that were permeated with the smell. No laundry service like all other hotels we stayed at in Myanmar. The staff at breakfast would push in front of us at the buffet. The air conditioning and refrigerator would turn off when leave the room.

The hotel was clean and quiet, there is not much other people in the hotel. The bathroom and its toiletries were good. We got the discount so, the price and the quality seem quite reasonable. But when I look at the regular price, I think the price is a little much.

Smells fresh and clean, a quiet hotel, the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well, breakfast great.

Hotel staff are helpful and attentive. Bed and bathroom product can be compared to 5 stars hotel. Really satisfied with my stay at WIN.

Good hotel with nice breakfast, friendly staff and clean room. Especially very understanding and allow us checkout late because of our son need an afternoon nap before we catching the 6pm bus. We also get help from the reception for motorbike rental and bus ticket purchase. They even helped bring our luggage to the nearby bus stop. We'll come back again.

From our room we could hear the call to prayer at the mosque down the street, the chiming of the colonial bell tower, and Hindu neighbors doing pot-banging puja. Pyin Oo Lwin has its charms. The hotel feels brand new, with neon lights as pictured but good views of the city. The staff was **super-friendly** and helpful. It's a 5-minute walk at most to the bell tower and market. Everything in the room and the hotel in general was extremely clean. A big draw for me was the breakfast buffet with classic Burmese dishes: tasty fried rice every day, fried noodles, peanuts, brothy soup, eggs, fried dough, sometimes samosas and vedai, juice, tea, fruit. Everyone can find something there, and there was plenty for a vegetarian.
The hotel's boxy and purposeful, but the employees are so kind that you are assured of a restful, safe stay.
