Great great and nice hotel. Is very centrally located. With the e-scooter (you can rent at the hotel) pagodas very easily accessible. Rooms large and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast just wonderful. Onward travel can also be booked directly at the hotel, we took the bus back to Mandalay — super bus, organization was top. Would book it again immediately.

I like like my stay where the staff are so friendly and helpful. Even though I book two days for early arrival they reduce it just one night and give me a room to rest and wash up early in he morning.

Amazing view on the roof top! Cozy place at a good price. Not far away from the main stree, and just opposite to a bus ticket office.

Good location but at a cheap price. We arrived at 7sth am and they allowed me to have an early check in. Also the room is reasonable. 1 more thing to add. U may need to go to the main street for dinner.

Not bad, good breakfast and a nice location. Be sure to rent an electric scooter from Ciccio Bello, located directly across the street from the hotel. Then ride all over Greater Bagan. It's an amazing adventure.

I rarely give bad reviews but I would say I was unlucky enough to have stayed there. I chose the hotel since it was newly opened and there was promotion at that time. I even recommended my friends about that hotel before I actually stayed there. I asked to Hotel for airport pick up and I confirmed about that to Hotel Manager twice before I start my trip to Bagan but they failed to do so by claiming that the weather was bad and they thought my flight was cancelled. I asked them why they didn't inform me before they said my phone was turned off. Ofcos I had to turn off my phone on my flight. Once we arrived to the hotel, we were given a room which didn't have a wardrobe, a telephone and the door was very hard to open. I asked the staff to change the room for me once I got there but they denied it claiming that all the rooms were full. I paid half deposit in advance from the bank and I even called them twice to confirm me back but they never did so. Upon checking out they asked me full payment. I told them I have transferred half payment then they found out that they didn't note down the bank transfer that I made. I booked to that hotel because if the promotion they advertised but they told me that the fees had increased when I checked out without any prior notice to me before I arrive to hotel. The hotel is new and the rooms have good lighting but I believe their service has to be improved. Some receptionists treated differently to local and foreigners.

I strongly recommend this hotel, it is located in New Bagan, far from the crowd, has a good spot for sunrise and even for sunset if you’re tired chasing them to any Pagoda/Temple. They have a spacious room, quality customer service and excellent breakfast buffet.

This hotel is quite new. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Antique shrine at each floor matches with teak floor and handrails. However, bathroom has bad smell, breakfast area at ground floor is not a good idea. If you stay at ground floor rooms, it would be quite annoying. Coffee and tea serving table is lower than standard height. On top of that, hotel shouldn’t serve instant coffee mix and Nescafé bottle.
