We were 12 people, we booked 2 vilas — Vila A and C. To begin with, on the day we arrived to Vila A the Vila was in such poor conditions, and very different to the pictures that had been sent, that they changed us to Vila B. However, there were two AC's not working on the day we arrived, in each house. The technicians came, the one in Vila C was replaced with a new one and the one in Vila B was "fixed". On the second night, the one in Vila B was no longer working, & the manager told us on the 1st that it would be checked. It was not checked, we received no satisfaction regarding the situation until we decided to go speak to him ourselves and he gave us the keys to Vila 8 — which is completely unacceptable. It is the management's responsibility that things are taken care of. The same room in Vila B that didn't have an AC didn't have hot water and the manager said there was nothing he could as they had to break the wall to fix the water. In Vila B there was another room in which the bathroom was in very bad conditions, the toilet seat was a MESS, it looked like it had been destroyed. Above and beyond this, the service was beyond bad. The cleaning ladies had NO cleaning products, they would just come in and sweep the floor, clean the bathrooms with a wet towel, nothing was actually cleaned. The beds were made, full of sand inside of them, before we even used the beds. When we asked for clean sheets and clean towels the cleaning ladies told us they had none!
