Very bad service. No towels in the room, bad quality toilet pepper. The toilet itself isn't working. No warm or hot water. Everything is bad for the price you gonna pay. I don't advice anyone to go there!

Great location, decent rooms, wonderful staff.

Hotel well located and clean. Room for 4 narrow and regular breakfast. The staff were very courteous with us and responded to our requests quickly.

The rooms are very different. We got a double with tiny bo. And we didn't want to give two keys RA the room.

Nice rooms, nice staff, there is a parking in front a 2 dh of the hour. But too noisy outside, impossible to sleep.

Each room has unique design and walkable distance to town centre. Bathroom is a bit basic.

It depends what room you get, they all seem fairly clean, but the street side rooms out front can be very noisy at night. Location is good, just across the street is an entrance into the old Medina. Breakfast was alright, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel has welcoming drink and beautiful lobby. It has different room with different decoration which are in morrocian style. Good access. And good breakfast!

This hotel is very well located in the tourist village of Chefchaouen in Morocco, it is right in the center of the locality and you can walk perfectly to tour the Kasbah. The hotel is Justito but it is clean. It has a parking lot that is not from the hotel but it is right next door in case you go by car. It also has Wi-Fi.

Nice group stay, I highly recommend.

We have been repeating 3 years, consecutive and are improving, the decoration, is unique, and the staff very helpful, we are delighted with them.

Stayed once, the environment is general, the basement is very wet, there is a bad taste, it is said to be renovated, do not know whether it will be better. Dinner is OK, breakfast is not delicious.

Great Hotel Very nice employee; Extra meals and breakfast; Meeting full of merchant and Moroccan! The souk at night and completely blue; One would believe on the moon; I strongly recommend it for a passage to Chefchaouen. Thanks to all the staff.

We really really liked it! We had 3 rooms, each one different. Incredible wood craft and colours! The staff is very good too!

Very nice staff The bathrooms are catastrophic. Water heater and faucet water in the shower out of reach for anyone below 75. Water just lukewarm. Very problematic restoration.

The room smell was bad due to bad aeration.

Verry beautiful hotel … moroccan decoration in all bedrooms … excellent service… I will be back :)
