Good apartment with balcony, quiet, location good.

Very good hotel very good location and friendly staff I just love it.

My brother and I stayed in one of the apartments at the Hotel Louban and ours had a good view of the large square from the terrace. There was a separate bedroom, but no air-conditioning. The kitchen area was adequate, even if the wobbly refrigerator did not get cold enough to produce ice and there were only a few kitchen utensils. For the low price, this is fine for a few days, but if you need to stay longer I'd look elsewhere for something just a bit more comfortable and better maintained. The Hotel Louban has no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcase up some stairs. The pool area is pleasant, but I never used it, preferring to walk to the main beach and promenade area. There is a quiet cafe downstairs where you may sit outside (or inside) and watch people passing by. There are several good food shops near this hotel. It was reasonably quiet in my street-facing room. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant.

Nice hotel, the price was cheaper than other similar hotels, the rooms were very clean and Beautiful, the pool was clean and not crowded.

Hotel old… furnished misery and tired aproximation clean bedding, food? Without comment, isolate bruilant evil, lack of storage in the brief room I strongly advise against…

Have not been renovated. Plumbing flows, squirts, and do not understand how it works. For Breakfast every day the same vegetables, and sometimes sour or frozen. Towels in the room instead of three on one. Wi Fi almost never works. No iron, no safe, no refrigerator, TV with one local channel. To the ocean 10 minutes from the hill… back into the slide. Well, but cheap. Prepare yourself for the worst when I eat here and then everything will be OK… don't sit in the room, go on trips with local operators (2 and sometimes 3 times cheaper than a private guide).

Hotel archi, sober, furniture very old bedding to you break the back, full of noise everything "hears, balcony shared with neighbors, and the height it is breakfast, tea and milk only, Lil bread leaves to be desired and egg, cheese or jam or anything, really DH 450/NIGHT is a lot.

The rooms are awful. All smoky. Toilet tech.

Excellent location and excellent value for money.

Should go only for Breakfast. The rest of the time out on excursions or in town. Good to see in Morocco can be a lot of.
