We are currently there, service non-existent, staff aging on the lookout or who makes you understand awkwardly that service = personal remuneration!
Half board formula which is a scam: IDENTICAL buffet recycled lunch and dinner!
Maid still not passed in room at 15:38!
A good youth cure would not hurt: open voluntary departures and recruit youth who are motivated trained reactive!
It's time to modernize: your many customers in the past will eventually get tired of the many shortcomings!
Take advantage of this period to create a new development model!
Disgusting stay!

Great place, luxurious and quiet.

After my modest experience on this place I did not appreciate it much value for money especially the frequency of people who are quite numerous which prevents to enjoy some activity I speak here of pool I could not enjoy because there were not enough chairs space, neither. But one thing I guarantee you c the service and ownership of the rooms.

Wonderful location but the hotel does not deserve its stars as much because of all the hotel services (no professional experience, the outfits of the hotel boys poorly worn and not clean in plain sight. ) and because of the culinary preparations (a small poor lunch, dinners on the menu or à la carte too expensive for what is offered…) and icing on the cake, a snack almost entirely equipped with a brand of soft drinks that puts you in full view from near or far, and
which remains as expensive as the other restaurants in the hotel offering almost the same meals but served in different dishes… And I pass blackberries and not mature.

The hotel has deteriorated significantly over time. Much better managed in the past. First of all, the Coca-Cola red tables in front of the bar, the sparse clientele, the beach overrun by the population while it was private, it was the only place where you could have a clean stretch of beach in the past. I am shocked and disappointed with what has become of this hotel. The new leaders were very poorly chosen. It's a shame!

The rooms are very good. The location is great. The service and the breakfast have a big potential for improvement.

It was maybe a palace in the seventies but today it is an old building that needs some serious refurbishing. Dirty carpets, furnitures in bad shape… Everything seems to be falling apart. The beach is partially blocked by guards forbidding the access to the royal palace next door (that is empty for more than 18 years and would be better of being transformed into a luxury hotel). Other stupidity: the royal palace has a golf course that is not used but the guests of the Amphitrite have to go to a golf club near Rabat or in Bouznika (15min drive). It's a shame to leave such a course unused.

This has been one of the best places to go to to enjoy a nice stay at the beach and enjoy the pool at the same time. Beautiful landscape and environment. The rooms there are ok but not the best for a 5 star hotel. The only issue for this hotel is its customer service it's the worst out there. Service at the restaurant is wack service in the pool is awful. I mean overall services regarding food is awful. But in the rooms the service is great.

The surroundings were nice enough but yesterday's lunch turned sour when the waiter together with a local associate tried to cheat us by handing us a handwritten bill for double (! ) the amount we owed. If you are trying to steal from tourists, at least do it with some grace! Greatly disappointed and I would strongly recommend avoiding an establishment that associates with petty crooks. We left the place furious.

Absolutely love this place. Not too far from Rabat. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and the hospitality was exceptional. Kids loved the pool and private beach. Will be definitely be back on my next morrocan adventure.

This is the second time we go. The buffet diversity and quality has decreased. But the place remains nice and the food good.

We ate at the Poseidon restaurant. The view and the service were great, however the food is below average — unexpected for the price! And drinks are outrageously overpriced.

Beautiful place by the water with a nice infinity pool.

We were there last year to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and it was just gorgeous.

Beautiful place with very helpful people, ask the chef for any special dietary meal and they will do their best to satisfy your hanger. Will edit post as needed.

Amazing sea side resort with breath taking views of the beach & sea! The infinity pool is lovely! Artistically done up with modern and chic ambience. Stayed here while attending an education conference. Its walking distance from the resort. The staff at the resort are friendly and helpful. The credit card machine was a bit wonky which took ages during check out. Finally had to use my debit card! The rooms are tastefully arranged, neat and clean with lovely sea views. Buffet breakfast had a lavish spread with a variety of Arabic and continental dishes. There is a live counter for eggs to order. The food is well prepared and wholesome. Lunch and dinner at the inhouse restaurants was great as well. Overall, I had a memorable experience at this resort and would definately recommend staying here!

The highlight of this hotel is the beach which is one of the best in Rabat. The hotel is nice but no more. The staff is average and lack of training, sometimes unpleasant, only think to cash.

Great sea side suites and views, good food, spotty Wi-Fi. Was off season service, so could be improved.

Hard to say but it's pretty side place but hard to tell if it is dispensable… security at the main entrance little will be very unpleasant… and the staff expeditious.

Beautiful. I love the position of this hotel how it is right next to the sea I was able to enjoy the beach at the Jacuzzi pool and everything it offers.

Accommodation and service at the top.
That is the best thing in the region. Swimming pool, beach and the golf of Bouznika nearby.

Idyllic setting to watch the sunset at the edge of the water. However the cocktails and fresh fruit juices from the bar map were not available. For a hotel of this standing this is of course damaging.

An exceptional change of scenery. It's rare to find a hotel by the sea with such exceptional amenities and service. For swimming, it's perfect because the sea is unpolluted and the private beach allows you to relax. Otherwise the rooms are spacious, comfortable and with perfect Wi-Fi, too. Finally, the restaurant is also ambitious whether it's the Italian table — thanks to the talented chef Imad for his availability and his love of work well done — or the Mediterranean table that knows how to handle flavors, spices and fresh fish.!

Great place with a lot of quality.

The ftour of Ramadan is a flop! the buffet lacks thing bcp and the taste is not there! The only positive is the beautiful view!
A value for money very very average!

A lovely hotel righ on the beach with a great view and good food. The hotel room was also well appointed. However, for some unclear reason, the water coming out of the tap was a dark rust color. Hopefully they get the problem fixed asap. Otherwise 5 stars.

It's okay but it's not up to the level of expectations that are created on it. Mediocre.

For surfing, luxury Hotel, quiet, good care.

Maybe some other time it was a good hotel. It is currently lacking a good hand of paint and soapy water.

Rooms are large with marble floors but somewhat nondescript. My room had a distinct mold smell. The shower had a substantial leak that resulted in the bathroom floor flooding after every shower. I was only given one towel each day which made mopping up the floor challenging. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious but often was not set up on time. Internet access is sporadic and slow. Pool facilities are scenic and very relaxing.

This is an amazing hotel. I stayed there for 5 nights. The service was great! One of the front desk receptionist who's name is Mustapha helped me with everything I needed. He was very pleasant to talk to! He speaks English very well! He made sure that my stay there was comfortable, and pleasant. He helped me with directions to where I need to go for my meeting. He seemed very knowledgable, and professional with his work. Mustapha is very polite and considered! There was an issue with my credit card, and he was able to resolve it quickly! He stayed passed his shift to finish the paper work. Thank you Mustapha for all your help! I will for sure go back to stay at this hotel again! Thank you.
