Absolutely fantastic hotel, staff are friendly and attentive and cannot do enough for you, making your stay relaxing, enjoyable and an out of this world experience.

It was very fun, always access to the pools and slides, food is good, on the slides you HAVE to listen to the instructions otherwise you could get hurt, really fun place though!

Great hotel for a family visit. The aqua park has slides for all ages. Hotel staff all very friendly. All inclusive food is good but does get a little samey the longer you are there but you will never go hungry! Fussy eaters may struggle. All in all a great family hotel.

Fantastic resort! Very friendly and welcoming staff. HANNAH on the front desk will do her very best to ensure you are happy and comfortable. Mr Otterman is only happy when you are happy with your rooms and the lovely Ilham on guest relation will offer you AMAZING day trips and help you get the best deal for you and your family! Defo one for the family.

4 * hotel very decent. Varied food. Clean rooms. Many swimming pools. The animation was not at the height of this type of establishment, a lot of amateurism! Activities such as ping pong, tennis, etc. Available only between 10am and 12pm, 2pm and 6pm. That's too bad!

Satisfied with our family stay with a little girl of 2 years!

We had a great week at the labranda Aqua fun Marrakech in the month of may the rooms are very clean the Aqua Park and at the top the kids loved the staff and awesome they always smile even in the Ramadan period they are at little care the team Anim at the top of the hotel, they go around the whole day to offer you a little more activities for Tito and kiss you made us laugh well we adore you guys the restaurant and varied have always found something to eat short Hotel awesome we come back s.

I'm not the type to complain but the c is really to flee no respect for people who paid for a vacation. Closed closed pool bar and very cold closed restaurant it make the deaf ear under pretext that there are not many people in the hotel even the animators this litigne.

The hotel is very nice and very friendly. I recommend it. Party at the end of April 2018 with prestigia.

Awful service, unprofessional in every way, they do not take responsibility, we booked and payed, came direct from work on a 3 hours drive and surprise surprise no reservations no availability and not even a responsible response. One awful experience avoid at all costs.

Very bad organization. Room ready at 6:00. Non-professional staff not at the reception or in the restaurant. Not recommended.

This hotel is about 20min from the airport and 30min from Media. It has a stunning backdrop of the Atlas mountains. Food is pretty good with good variety and generally good quality. Only grip is there is no food from 5-7. Pool bar is open all day but there's only one. Small but sufficient cocktail choice, one larger and wine available through the day. There's a number of pools from 50-110cm and the water park is on site. Water park is getting a bit tired but good fun none the less. There's at least 3 separate areas for kids (50cm) with small slides, castle and ship. About 4 towers with 4 or more rides each (adults), including ring rides as well. There's a hotel indoor pool which is heated but not quite warm, the room was also quite cold when we stayed (March). We found the water /treatment quite strong. Rooms are OK, a bit noisy for our liking and finish is a bit basic for a 4*. Number of defects, lack of tea facilities, fridge is empty, no bedside lights. There's a play area for kids as well as a kids club which looked like it could do with some new equipment but OK. Some staff are great but others are a bit slow or pass the buck. We did get frustrated a few times with the speed of service. I'm summary we enjoyed our stay and had a good time but you have to make it a good time. In general I think it presents value for money but if you have noisy neighbours you may not be so happy!

The hotel is top, the staff is very present, attentive and very friendly, we are there right now. Special Mention to Tito and Bobo to the animation that are adorable. Very good experience.

This is not a full review. Review based on our first night stay of our week long all inclusive package. The hotel is far from the city. Rude reception. The bed and pillow covers smelled of smoke. Couldn't sleep all night. Wondering if they were washed in the first place. Not a good start.

A big negative point is the restoration. Do those who give food to customers taste their dishes? The answer is certainly not… It's very very average food even Moroccan specialties it's just edible… too bad because it's comfortable… Wi-Fi that runs throughout the hotel… very nice if you have children and teenagers considering the large number of slides… provide for residence taxes… I was not warned and I had a surprise of 330 dirhams on arrival! Other than that the staff is friendly and available… There are buses and taxis close to the hotel which is very convenient to get out even in the evenings! Being a little far from Marrakech allows to see the country… on the spot you will have nice proposals of excursions… It'll be a good memory.

Excellent service and an amazing water park! Would recommend more shuttle busses from hotel to town centre in the eveining.

Weird experience to be honest… some of the slides are not safe, we where about to go down a large family slide with huge ring when we spotted another lifeguard walking halfway up the slide. The life guard at the top was staring of in to the distance. Either he fell 79 meters or we went with him.! … U must have kids that can use there own sense before u go this place also we got ill from the all gie in the water it turned our swim suits literally green even with bleach after they won't get clean. Also at weekends it gets crazy busy they open up to the locals and pretty much ignore the eu guests. There's literally one beer pump open for the pools and they serve locals over a huge questions of eu hold makers. It's sad because most of the staff try very hard. It's also not safe to leave the hotel. I could go on it was a weird experience … oh and my shoes where stolen hope some dude with no $ had them …

Very good club, a wide choice of swimming pools in addition to the Aquapark, the staff is very welcoming however I find that the dishes and drinks are not good quality for the animation is not at the top as expected, the show stopped at 10pm.

Accommodation good food very good, the grounds very clean, but is mostly agreed for families, which are amused with loud music until the evening 10am, 00 o'clock. For generation 60 plus completely inappropriate as there are no Rüzugsgelegenheit.

Hi we are spending our extension cable week here. A very nice facility. With large hotel rooms. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The food in great variety and more than enough. In this complex it will not be boring, many leisure and excursions — offers.

I loved this place, great service, the food is so good and we have plenty of options also for vegetarians, the beds are so comfortable, and also have a shop inside the hotel, I really recommend this place.

Spectacular. The food well with very few "but". The slides perfect and the watchers of the pools very well.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Family rooms quite large, many activities within the hotel, many outdoor pools and two indoor heated. Large dining rooms with varied and delicious dishes. Inside the hotel you have a small gym but enough to talk to.
Moreover for some dirham you can make excursions and within the hotel have the right to the spa which for my part I found a little expensive.
Otherwise overall a quality hotel hoping to come back very quickly.

Last minute booking with an agency but I would not stay there despite a team of animators very friendly. At the reception, they take us for "cons" (I asked the reception to call in a Hammam to do a care but either saying that the communication did not pass while I with my laptop I could have my appointment therefore paid communication).
All inclusive but it is often closed they should not forget that Morocco lives tourism
This is my second trip to Morocco but I would come back anyway but in another hotel.

The staff there are very nice and nice place with pools QCB. On the other hand it is far from the Center.

There are so many attractions and water games but out of season as in December and January there are no people except those of the hotel and there are no places to eat.

As a family we had such a lovely time and the staff were so helpful you wouldn't believe it every night one waiter had our table ready with our drinks and then after brought our puddings the hotel was clean would recommend to anyone But please be careful where you eat out of the hotel as some places aren't as clean.

Nice hotel with large aquatic complex. But too bad the pools are not heated-impossible to bathe because very cold water (at the end of April) … the brave QQ had room!
Great mention for the animation team, very friendly, attentive to all. Good evenings in their company! My daughter (3 years) keeps a small bag ready to go back to "Ramakech" see Maurice, Bisou and Tito…
Very nice also the staff of the reception. They have responded to all my requests (taxi back, nurse Suite piked WaSP, …).
NB: the massage session paid in loose at his request (!?! ), due to planning already Booke or saying, to a masseuse who has stopped coming and going during my massage… (so not very present) = a scam!

Comfortable room but experienced: door handles and difficult taps, noisy ventilation, very slow flushing to fill up in a noisy way… Bad sound insulation but not disturbing at night as we went there during a hollow period. It is good during the day in November, but the water is not heated so it is difficult to bathe. A lot of choice at the buffet but average quality. Alcoholic cocktails really bad. No choice of tea: a classic black tea and a vervain. Few shuttles to Marrakech (2 per day). Great Excursions, but driver always late. I recommend the Quad in the Palm Grove: In addition to the sports side, it is definitely worth the shot for the landscapes. I did it as a passenger because it's not necessarily my thing, I wanted to please my darling, and I loved it.

Good hotel to go with children, through the water park. The staff is very unpleasant and very friendly and helpful. The rooms are dirty, they don't do it every day.
If you are Spanish no one at reception will listen to you. Typical food Moroccan Rica, especially desserts.
No repeat, sure there are better hotels that treat the Spanish better.

A lovely hotel. Always clean and tidy, beautiful views, great waterpark, comfy big beds, air con in rooms, food was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a great position close to landmarks and attractions but just far enough from the hustle of town.

Everything about this place is amazing. Something for everyone. We tried rebooking for next year while we was still hear but unfortunately it was fully booked.

The slides are great fun for adults and the kids! Service in the restaurants was brilliant and food was good, although does get slightly boring as expected if you are all-inclusive. It was excellent to be able to try the Moroccan breakfast dishes and fresh moroccan tea at breakfast! Catered for all the family. The entertainment team were really excellent and the evening shows incredible! The fire show on the last night made our entire holiday! Would highly recommend, particularly because of the entertainment supplied! Only issue we had was with the spa! Do not book as not professional at all! Double booked us and masseuses didn't know what they were doing.

Waterpark itself is wonderful, however the reception staff could do with some customer service skills… All inclusive option get a bit regular after the 6 the meal, however they do change the fresh grilled/ BBQ option. The general staff seem hard working, however assume the had honchos need to fix up! Had major issue on checking out, they didn't want to return my deposit for my beach towel, due to the reception staff not writing down my deposit! Disappointing end to what was a lovely family holiday!
