The building is beautiful, and not far from the markets. The bathroom was decent, and the bedrooms were clean, but the view from the roof was excellent. It's quiet too, considering it is near the busy streets.
Very good location. We felt really safe on the walk back to the hotel at night, also has the bahia attraction right around the corner, and is very close to the markets. The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful giving us tips and booking taxis, etc. The only downside is that the rooms were freezing cold, we went there during the winter season and there was no heater available, though we did have like 10 blankets in the room for use haha, aside from that, the rooms were clean and smelled good.

The location is perfect, 10 minutes walking to the center of the Medina. Reda and Abdul are just great. Since we booked they have been helping us with a lot of different things even though they were not related to the service (taxi prices, problems and reschedule in our desert excursion…). For sure I will be back if I visit again Marrakech.
