Riad Wow

Rasheed was the best host and provide exceptional service from breakfast to welcoming us in late at night. He and the Riad staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had the pleasure of staying in Riad Wow and we couldn't recommend it more highly. It was honestly one of the highlights of our trip! The hotel is so beautiful, the location is unreal, but the 24/7 service is what sets it apart. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family: everyone was so warm, friendly, helpful, and professional. Especially Simo, who we will miss when we leave!

We didn't stay but visited the rooftop bar couple times during our weekend break. Friendly staff, reasonable prized. Really nice spot for drinks near Medina.

We stayed for 2 nights in the junior suite — it was indeed a WOW experience! This Riad is right on a main street and very close to the medina and a lot of good restaurants. We had the massage plus hammam package — delightful. The bar and restaurant in the terrace was very comforting. Highly Recommended!

Riad Wow is very conveniently located but management needs to pay attention to cleanliness of the rooms. The towels don’t smell fresh at all which is a huge turnoff for me. Breakfast is very unappealing and stale with birds feasting on uncovered slices of bread. However, the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Incredible experience. Beautiful property, friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant was great, very reasonable and delicious. Everything was far above expectations and we have pretty high ones when it comes to hotels. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Riad. Perfect location 10-15 mins walk to every popular sites.Reception and rooftop staffs were extremely helpful and nice. Simo & mohammad to name few. Few points to improve would be the food options otherwise we had a wonderful stay at the Riad wow. It was a home far away from home. Would recommend anyone and we would happily stay again. My friends and I booked the hammam here on a very last minute basis, not realizing most places need a reservation well in advance. However they accommodated us and we were able to book the hammam, massage and facial on a same day basis. Not only that , but Simo (Mohammad) went above and beyond in ensuring we had an awesome experience. Being Muslim women, we wanted a segregated room to be able to chill in after the hammam and he gave us access to our own ensuite, at no extra charge! He elevated the whole experience for us! Thanks for an awesome time :)

Amazing riad. Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and 1-year old son.
The riad itself is stunning. There is so much detail everywhere you look, and much to explore. We stayed in a junior suite on the ground floor, which opened directly onto the courtyard/pool area. The suite was breath-taking, we felt like we were staying in a palace.
We had breakfast at the hotel daily, which is continental with an egg station cooked to order. The food was lovely, accompanied by fresh orange juice and coffee. We also dined one evening, again the food was great, authentic moroccan.
The staff were exceptional and the real highlight of the stay. I have never met such kind, friendly people. It was lovely to watch the way they interacted with our toddler, chatting to him, playing with his toys and giving him so much of their time. We felt so welcome, it was like staying with family.
Location was also spot on. Main square just a few minutes walk away and really easy to find.

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Wow.
Front of house were extremely helpful and always available to assist with any questions. The rooftop restaurant team were fantastic — friendly attentive, and they went out of their way to provide gluten-free alternatives for breakfast, which was greatly appreciated.
The only downside was that the safe in our room didn't work, but the maintenance team were quick to respond and tried to resolve the issue as soon as we notified them.
Overall, it was a great experience in an ideal location, and we would happily stay again!

Amazing Riad, stunning interior. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling there. So close to the souks, restaurants and sites it's perfectly placed. Thry can also organise any trip for you or book restraunts and taxis.

Fabulous place, close to all the top tourist spots of Marakesh. The staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived with hospitality and warmth and could not be more helpful. Big shout out to Mohamed and Hassan, who were especially lovely, but all the staff made our visit very enjoyable.
Would highly recommend this riad for the location, staff, and the ambience of the place.

It is a wonderful Riad located close to the Medina. Room decor is over the top but not out of place. Good breakfast (included). Friendly staff. Got a room upgrade. They made some calls for us (as we did not have cell phone service). Safe.
If you are a vegetarian, ask explicitly. For some reason chicken and fish are considered vegetarian.
There was some snafu about our booking which was strange.
Wish there was more attention to details. Small things — for example u take a shower and the floor gets wet, they dont have a notion of bath curtain. The floors are stone or similar so can get slippery. The location of the light switches was not intuitive/consistent.
At the right price I would recommend it.

Riad Wow deserves its name! My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful riad from March 29th till April 1st. The location is perfect as it is in a calmer area, but still the Medina is only few minutes walking.
We booked the junior suite which was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and spacious.
The breakfast and diner area is worth mentioning as it takes place at the lovely rooftop restaurant. But most of all we loved the service. The people in this hotel did everything they could to make us enjoy our stay. I would like to specifically thank Mohammed (he always greeted us with a smile and was always in for an fun chat), Hassan (our very friendly waiter always serving us with a smile) and Achmed (was always there to support us).
And last but not least, the food. We are the kind of people that usually do not eat in the hotel but go for local restaurants, however one evening we decided to dine in because it was convenient (we were tired to go out after the lovely Hammam treatment). Well, I can tell you that we were very happy we decided to do so because the diner was amazing! We also met the chef and thanked him, but I want to mention here again what an amazing chef he is. He prepared the best Moroccan dishes we ever had. The couscous royal, the pastilla (we had this as appetizer and as lunch because it was sooo good), tanjia Marrakchia… Wow.

We felt very welcome in this beautiful hotel. The hotel itself is magnificent with the inner square. The front desk staff is very helpful especially Mohammed was great. We had always something to talk about. The restaurant ran by Achmed was perfect and the food was awesome. Thanks to the great chef. Hassan was the perfect waiter and was always there to help. The room was beautiful and very luxurious. All in all, a great stay. And the city centre is just a few minutes away. And this is just the hotel. The spa treatment was an experience in its own and should not be missed.

Wonderful Riad in a fabulous position at the edge of the Medina. Important that the taxi can drop you right at the door so no dragging luggage through lovely tiny streets!
The staff are just perfect, so polite and accommodating. Special mention to Hassan, who went beyond to make sure we were all happy.
The rooms are lovely and the restaurant on the top level with retracting roof is the perfect place to chill.
Would have no hesitation in staying there again!
