Riad Snan13

The Riad is really lovely, a comfortable central courtyard with plants where you have breakfast and dinners as well. It's very clean throughout and well maintained with zippy internet. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and two nooks by windows overlooking the courtyard with mats to lay or sit on. Breakfast is quite amble and delicious with multiple breads, fruit, etc. And good coffee. I had two dinners there which were also generous and delicious. It is at the end of a narrow street away from the central medina axis so it's very quiet. The people who run it are warm, efficient and very accommodating. All the rooms are up steep steps, so it wouldn't be good for people who aren't comfortable climbing them.

What a wonderful place! I loved it. I received a very warm welcome, the staff are very friendly and my 'Hamam' room was a dream. The food was delicious and I loved having fresh roses in my room.

I stayed at Snan13 for two nights and it was absolutely heavenly from start to finish. The location is in such an exciting part of the city and then you take a few turns from the madness and into the calm and tranquility of the riad. It is beautiful decorated and such thoughtful curation of accessories etc, incredibly chic. The staff are all so kind, helpful and friendly, clearly a very close team all working together making this riad further special. As per the rest of the riad, my room was stunning with plenty of space. It was very easy to relax and unwind here, I will be back! 💫

This riad is a dream. My daughter (16) and I immediately felt very comfortable. Everything was really perfect. The excellent, tasteful furnishings, the very quiet yet very central location, comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom and a wonderful breakfast, served individually in the courtyard or on the sunny rooftop terrace. And last but not least the great, hospitable people who really spoil you. We stayed 2 nights and will definitely be back!

We rented out the entire Riad for a group of friends in October 2024. The week here was not only great value but also incredibly luxurious. The feeling of having a chic, stylish and well appointed Riad in the center of Marrakesh all to ourselves was just incredible. The rooms are each quite unique and styled perfectly. Calm, not overdone, extremely tasteful and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend Snan 13 to everyone! Also, if you have the chance, enjoy a meal here in the stunning courtyard. The food was amongst the best we had in Marrakesh. Finally, a word about the staff. Everyone here was simply lovely. Kind, considerate, caring. We felt as though they treated us all Like members of their family.

An oasis of calm. Staff were absolutely brilliant — a big thank you to Majid and Mohamed for being so lovely and to the manager who met me at the taxi on my arrival and accompanied me to the taxi on departure. Such exceptional service. Was treated like royalty. Delicious breakfast and then there was the room… wow!
Immaculate, incredibly quiet. A massive, really comfy bed and plump pillows. What luxury! A perfect escape from the chaos of the medina for any weary traveller wanting to recharge their batteries.

Just finished a wonderful stay here. The space is beautiful, with a cute courtyard in the middle for breakfast. My room was lovely. My partner commented about the staff — "they are all so nice. " And the free breakfast was tasty too. Would highly recommend.

Riad Snan13 is comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and many speak English. They were helpful with recommendations. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the location inside the walled city, close to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Very quiet, very removed from the hectic pace of the outside world. Our own quiet getaway. But the staff is the best! Very accommodating, helpful and available. We had two lovely dinners and every morning breakfast, either in the courtyard or on the rooftop terrace. A gem; would definitely recommend and return next time 👍

This is a beautiful tranquil oasis in the middle of the busy Medina. The decor was gorgeous throughout. We had 2 breakfasts, and one dinner the night we arrived. The food and service was exceptional. The dinner was the best we had during our visit to Marrakesh and much better value than in highly rated restaurants. A very special thanks to Mohammed who looked after us so well during our stay. Would highly recommend this beautiful Riad.

Gorgeous, quiet, bedding and bed exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Had our own mini patio to ourselves. Staff smiling and friendly. These riads are 5 star make no mistake about it :)

Snan13 is a wonderful small Riad close to the secret garden palace, the rooms are all unique with extreme charm. On the to there is a Great team there and very professional service, if you go in marrakech, really a place you should consider, in your top choices.

A lovely little riad down a quiet alley in the best part of the medina. We visit Marrakech frequently and chose Riad Snan on this occasion to be close to all of our favourite restaurants and shops in the Mouassine neighbourhood. It was easy to find, very safe at night and if it's location you're after, it really can't be beat. Super friendly, non-obtrusive staff, although a special mention to Mohammed who looked after us so well during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and as good as any we've had in Marrakech. The pretty rooftop has a couple of large sunbeds and wonderful views. The rooms are simply decorated but nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We travelled as a family with two teenagers. The Lalla Samia can be arranged with twin beds on request so it was perfect for the kids. A lovely room with a nice big bathroom and a good shower. We stayed in the Hammam which was nice and although it has a feature bathtub, it doesn't have a proper shower which might be a negative for some. The pool is very small, perhaps more decorative than anything, but would be ideal for a quick plunge in the summer. We stayed 3 nights. If you're looking for luxury, with a lot of extras or amenities, then you might be disappointed but it's as lovely and serene as it looks on the website and we thought it was very good value. Would recommend for short stays.
