Good experience, kind people special thanks to Taha and Yahya honest, always help and explain where to visit how much expensive could be, breakfast was also fresh made and delicious.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. My room was clean (and re cleaned every day), the staff were so friendly went above and beyond to help me feel at home. The breakfast was tasty and the location very convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

The place is quite good and in a good location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and in a good condition. Also, the breakfast is just amazing. I loved my time in Marrakech and recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at the Riad Saad in Marrakech. The room was nice and pretty, with a comfortable bed, and everything usually available in a budget room. The staff was wonderful, especially Abdo and Adel, who were very friendly, warm, and helpful. They made me feel welcome and were always available for making my stay the best possible. They gave me great tips on where to go and what to see in the city. I really thought at there they should make money teaching people around the world how to properly be a host in a hotel. The nice lady who cleaned and cooked was also very professional and efficient. She kept the room clean and prepared tasty meals every day. I particularly enjoyed the Baghrir, which was warm and delicious. I plan to return to the same Riad whenever I go to Marrakech. It was a good vacation, thanks to the excellent service and hospitality of the Riad staff.

We had an amazing experience! First off, when we arrived the guy at the reception gave us a map telling us all the places to visit, where to eat and, most importantly, the areas to avoid (which was super helpful and appreciated). The Riad is very nice and clean and the breakfast is amazing and, most importantly, the staff is the nicest we have found in our two weeks in Morocco! They also arranged for us to stay one night in the desert in a very luxurious camp and the quad bike activity was a lot of fun! 100% recommend!

Pro: the room was nice and big with a big and comfy matress, TV, and Wi-Fi working good. The guys at reception were very helpfull. The place was quiet at night. Free breakfast was ok.
Cons: the sink in the bathrom was pluged and ready to overflow when we left, the whole bathroom floor kept on geting flooded after 1 shower.
The same maid that prepares breakfast is cleaning the roms after the breakfast time ends, we realized afterward that our big hand painted canvass bag has been stolen from our room with some belongings inside. BE CAUTIOUS when you get there!

The rooms, location, cleanliness and breakfast are all great.
But what sets this Riad apart is the service. Adil and the other gentleman who work at the desk (I didn't catch his name (sorry! ) are so incredibly helpful with anything and everything. Tips, guides, even a packed breakfast at 7am for my tour. I was the only person the your whose Riad was that thoughtful.
On my late return from the desert trip I even sat and watched Real Madrid with Adil and he made tea.

A small riad in the center of the Medina and a two-minute walk from Jama el Fnaa Square. The perfect place to spend a few days in Marrakech both for the location and for the impeccable cleanliness, the delicious breakfasts of Amina and the familiar and friendly treatment of Abdo and his partner. Unbeatable quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back.
