Riad Romance

Really good place!
They welcomed us well and our room was super clean and cosy. There are towels and shower gel in the bathroom.
Good breakfast and nice stuff!

We had a great stay at this beautiful riad. What really stood out was the entire staff and the manager. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming and genuinely friendly. At no point did we feel anything other than a warm and positive atmosphere.
The staff and the manager were always helpful and attentive whenever we needed support or had questions. They took their time, were very accommodating and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The riad itself is very nice and well located. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable. The location is especially pleasant because it is situated in a quiet dead end, which offers a lot of calm and relaxation. At the same time, you can easily walk to different parts of the Medina. You can reach local areas where Moroccans shop and live, as well as more touristic areas, all within a short distance.
Thank you very much for the lovely stay. We can definitely recommend this riad and would be happy to stay here again if we return to Marrakech.

Me and my friend had a wonderful stay at Riad Romance! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The riad itself is beautiful, spotless, and full of charm. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience in Marrakesh! Not too far from the souks and main square, it is a little oasis away from the business of the city. Riad Romance was the best introduction to Marrakech and Morocco for us. As a base for our first expedition into North Africa, Samira and her team were welcoming and friendly with lots of local knowledge.
The location itself is perfect within walking distance of all the main attractions in the Medina. We found it really useful to be out for opening times of the museums and then return after lunch to beat the heat and cool off in the pool.
Marrakech is a wonderful experience but is intense. Travelling with two sensory heightened children, it was great to know we were never more than a 15 minute walk from a break.
The rooms were go great size for a family, clean and tidy. The whole environment is well looked after and all our needs were catered for by the team.
Samira organised an excursion to Agafay for us and helped us with a driver when we wanted to go further afield.
We will be back to Marrakech and we will be staying at Riad Romance when we do.

Had a wonderful stay in Riad Romance. Sam and all of the staff were lovely. Beautiful clean Riad. Perfect location less than 10 min walk to centre. Sam was very helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations and organising day trips for us. Would definitely stay again.

Wow! Amazing service in a great QUIET location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. Our family of 5 (3kids) stayed here for a few days on our tour of Morocco. We felt safe, secure, well cared for, and enjoyed incredible meals at Riad Romance. The owner and his team were there to care for our every need. Breakfast, dinner, Moroccan Tea, were all top notch (actually better than several restaurants we visited). They helped to coordinate airport transfers and even printed boarding passes so we wouldn’t get charged at airport.

The main team (Sam and Youness) were very hospitable and really looked after me. Also all the other staff members were super sweet and friendly.
The bed was very comfortable and they made some beautiful decorations, nice sense for details.
The location is in a dead end of an alley (so the taxi can not stop right in front), but it's just 1 minute walk and when the taxi is organised by the Riad, which was the case with me, you'll be walked by the driver or a stuff member from the taxi to the Riad with your luggage.
(As said it's literally just 1 minute walk).
I can definitely highly recommend, I experienced such a beautiful warm hearted stay and I'm truly amazed by the kindness and hospitality.

Riad Romance was a beautiful retreat from the bustle of Marrakech. The pool was lovely at the end of a busy day, a good size as well.
The location was good, 10-15 minutes to the square.
All of the staff were great, really helpful and friendly throughout the stay with recommendations and airport transfers.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Romance, The staff were very helpful, rooms bright and spacious.
The hotel has a big swimming pool in comparaison of other Riads in the city.
The location was excellent as well, safe specially for a single femaleTraveller which was my case, I had diners outside at late time and found it very safe to walk back.
The hotel also offer at a cheap price transfers where the pick up and drop of is from the Riad.
Don’t forget to use their arrival transfer service, it’s also at a very good quote and bring you till the door not like other taxis who drop guests anywhere in old town.
I really enjoyed my stay here and can’t wait to come back soon😍

Wounderful riad in central Marrakech close to the souks and various points of interest. We had an amazing welcoming and service from the whole team. We felt at home away from home. We can also highly recommend the 4 course menu. It was delicious.

The Riad Romance is a little treasure tucked away in the old city and very near the souks, historical sights and the famous el Fna square. All within walking distance and navigating the narrow streets and getting a bit lost is part of the charm. The Riad is extremely clean. Sam the owner/manager is very efficient helping us to book excursions, providing loads of useful information and answering our endless questions. The staff bent over backwards to please and it felt like a home from home. Must mention the lovely breakfasts which included paratha like breads. My heartfelt thanks to Sam and her team for providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This Riad in Marrakech was a lucky last minute find for us. Located in the Medina, down some twisty streets, it doesn’t look like much from the street, but is positively lovely inside. The greetings received were warm and genuine and our room was comfortable. We were so very well taken care of. Sam, the lovely manager/owner could not do enough for us. She planned cars, guides, museum entrances, dinner reservations, etc. She made everything so easy for us. Our four night stay was very special, and I should add the breakfasts were amazing. A very enjoyable stay! I highly recommend.

The Riad was spotlessly clean, our room was just lovely, the pool perfect for cooling off and the roof terrace great for chilling out.
It’s near everything you could want within walking distance. And a welcome bit of peaceful paradise after hitting the city!

Rarely have I felt so well taken care of with such ease, warmth and proficiency. Riad Romance is truly a home from home and a haven of peace and quiet inside the Medina. My mother and me had a beautiful room with two single beds which were very comfortable, the cleanliness overall was outstanding and we loved how the Riad had been newly refurbished with the traditional building style preserved. We are huge fans of Tadelakt anyway and the tasteful colour scheme of natural tones is just amazing. Sam, the owner (and her lovely partner) provided us with small maps, tons of information and useful hints and tips about the surrounding area and Marrakech in general. Riad Romance offers dinner if you want that and we took advantage of this service three times. They have an unbelievably good lady chef who cooked us super delicious vegetarian meals and catered to all our special wishes. The breakfast was lovely as well. The guests who choose this Riad are very varied and of all ages and nationalities, it is just so easy and relaxing to stay there. We hugely recommend this to every traveller and would definitely come back here when in Marrakech again.
