Riad Prada

I stayed at this Riad in Morocco recently, and honestly, it was amazing. The staff made me feel so at home. Medi and Zakaria, the main hosts, were the sweetest, always checking in on us and making sure we were okay. They were genuinely so kind, and it meant a lot because it was my partners first time there.
The Riad itself was super clean and cozy, and everyone who worked there was lovely. You can tell they really care about the place and the people staying in it.
Location-wise, it’s perfect. We could walk pretty much everywhere, which made exploring the city really easy.
And I want to say this in the most respectful way possible: there were a couple of times while we were out when I didn’t feel totally safe as a girl in a new location, just because the streets can get busy and overwhelming. But the team at the Riad always reassured me and made me feel totally safe. If we needed to go somewhere, they would walk with us and make sure we were okay. They never made us feel annoying or like we were asking for too much they were genuinely happy to help.
I’d honestly recommend this place to anyone. It made our trip so much better, and I’m really grateful for how well we were looked after. I’d 100% stay here again.
I cannot wait to come back here!

This is a lovely little riad with quiet, comfortable rooms, a little pool and a nice rooftop chill spot. The service is excellent and we felt very welcome here. Thanks for everything and we will definitely come back.

The Riad is SERENE!
In addition to its beauty are the staff that are really attentive and very accommodating. We visited last February and will surely be back.

The staff were very friendly & helpful! The view from the balcony was amazing, especially during sunset. The rooms were comfortable & spacious too. However, they did overcharge us for dinner and a taxi ride to the train station. Other than that, great.

Absolutely stunning stay with these guys. The staff were incredible. They looked after us the whole time, even went as far as bringing my partner a cake with candles on the morning of his birthday and singing happy birthday in Berber!
The views were amazing and it was such a nice place to get away from the crowds. It was so peaceful on the roof. The pricing was more than fair for the service we received. We would return in a heartbeat x.

Great Riad in Medina, extremely clean and spacious.
Zakaria and Mohammed helped us from day 1: they organized a transfer from the airport, showed us the way in the little streets in Medina and prepared dinner for us even though it was really late (about 10 pm). They also made us try the most popular dishes in Marrakech — I really recommend the restaurant inside the Riad, the food was delicious! We tried couscous, various types of tea and the next morning breakfast was full of typical Moroccan dishes.

The manager is a cool guy and the workers are really friendly and polite, everythings very clean. The workers are really friendly and are willing to help you out if you have any issue. The place is located near the souq so you'll have everything there right next to you.

We had a great stay here. Ours was a large beautiful room located on the second floor. The rooftop terrace was so easily accessible from our room. And there's also a cozy lounge on the first floor. On the ground floor, we would have breakfast, next to the swimming pool.
The hosts were very helpful every time we needed something.
The atmosphere in the riad is so calm and relaxing.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back any time we get the chance.

The owner of the riad sent me a message about transfer opportunity from the airport. We accepted his offer (15€ for 3 persons), you have to pay cash for the transport.
The driver of this transfer dropped us off on the main square (Jemaa el-Fnaa), where a lady of the riad was waiting for us. We had to carry our luggage for 15 minutes (! ) through the whirlwind of a bazaar (! ). A nightmare after a long flight.
Whenever you are traveling with anyone from the airport to this accommodation, direct the car to the following small square: PLACE DOUAR GRAOUA.
It will take 4-minute walk only through empty alleys/streets to the riad.
The riad is located in a quiet back street. You will receive keys to all the doors of the riad. Our room was very simple. They have a nice roof top with sunbeds. The breakfast is good, with different courses. Regarding the accommodation, the price/value ratio was absolutely fine. The ladies working in the riad are speaking French only and few words in English.
We spent 5 days in Marrakesh. During this time, it never happened that anyone begged us. No one asked for a tip, especially not without reason. However, the children living in the neighbourhood played outside in the street exactly in front of our accommodation every evening. They regularly stood in front of us, followed us and asked for tip! Apparently, they didn't need it… It was quite disturbing every night.

Very nice, clean and calm accomodation with helpful and really kind hosts. 5 min from Jemaa el-Fnaa, which means good located, but don’t be suprised by its location in narrow streets of Medina, it could be a bit complicated for orientation for the first way there. It’s worth it.
Great breakfast, good Wi-Fi connection, rooftop terrace, aircondition and stable hot tap water.

This is my second trip to Marrakesh. I stayed in a different Riad before.
I am confused by the reviews I have subsequently read on this Riad. We came home today and have been wrestling with what to say about it.
Many of the things advertised do not exist. There were no free toiletries, no rwas there an outdoor dining area.
Compared to my previous riad this one was rather shabby. The bathroom door didn't lock, there were no bins, tiles were falling off in the bathroom and the general seating area was tired and grubby. Ashtrays were not emptied for days
There were 6 of us and there wasn't space for all of us to have breakfast comfortably.
The 2 girls working there during the day were smiley and friendly but they didn't speak any English which made communication difficult.
We were not offered early breakfast on our departure day, so missed out on that. Our previous riad made sure we ate even though it was early.
This is what you would call a budget riad really. The reviews on various sites lead me to think it would be a little more special.
It did have a decent location close the the square and we liked the fact that it was located in a residential area too.
There was also the question of money £20 I handed over as a deposit for the riad to tip the bag carrier to be returned when I re paid them.
