Riad Nyla Wellness and Spa

Chiara Toffoli, director and owner of Riad Nyla, is a perfectionist. You can see it in every detail. Everything is perfectly planned, and her wonderful team is incredibly well-trained and very attentive. It starts with a fantastic breakfast, and the whole day at the riad is an extremely positive surprise, including the hammam, massages, and everything else you might treat yourself to on holiday at Nyla. Many thanks for the wonderful stay at Riad Nyla with all the delightful surprises.

We stayed here for 3 days: overall a lovely experience, although a little pricey.
Very friendly and hard working staff. Delicious generous breakfast which slightly different everyday (this was one of our highlights). Beautiful and relaxing terrace with sunloungers and a small outdoor pool. The spa itself was very relaxing and clean. Indoor pool was refreshing, however, it was a little bit dirty as other guests directly went in the pool post-hamam (remember: shower first! ).

The restaurant and riad staff are very polite and helpful and it's a beautiful Riad. That said I visited for a spa day with my sister and the pool isn't large enough to swim in and the jacuzzi isn't warm enough to sit in for extended time. If the jacuzzi could be hotter I think it'd be great for an escape of the busy Souk.

Best service I've had in my life. Nice personnel, great food, especially beef tangine. So clean you feel like you should take your shoes off inside reception. Beautiful place. Only downside is the thin walls and quite small room (big shower space though). I was mostly disturbed from the noise outside since inside the hotel was very quiet. In the evening, when walking the street close to the hotel theres a guard following you to the hotel, which also feels very secure. The people of the hotel are all wonderful. Hotel owner should hold on to them hard! Hidden Gem! I'll definitely stay here again if I come back.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and it truly shows how much pride everyone takes in their work — even the cleaners, who do such an amazing job. Breakfast was delicious and different every day, which we really loved. The hammam and spa were incredible and a real highlight of our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room felt like a peaceful haven after the hustle and bustle of the souks and the medina. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The location (in the Medina but really quiet), the beauty of the place itself, the spa, the massage, the gym (really well equipped for a hotel), the food and the stuff 😍 — and I am usually really picky with hotels, food & massages…
The stuff is really helpful and ready to change things up if you have food allergies/intolerance (SAID served me almost every night, he is amazing) 🙏🏼
I traveled in January and it was only 10 degrees outside, but the heating was way better than in other places I’ve been here in Marrakech.
I can only recommend this place & will definitely come back 😊

We were two girls traveling from Sweden during January and our stay at Riad Nyla was exceptional. The riad has a modern design and feels incredibly luxurious with outstanding service throughout. It was genuinely the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen, not a single stain or smallest scratch anywhere.
The location was truly great. I highly recommend staying inside the Medina and Riad Nyla is located close to taxis and key attractions such as the souk, Bachia Coffee, as well as several palaces and sights. The only thing to keep in mind is that the small streets leading to the riad can be dark and feel intimidating at night. If you’re traveling solo as a woman, you might prefer a riad located even closer to a main street or the city walls for easier taxi access.
Daily breakfast and spa access were included. The breakfast was generous and varied each day, with fresh juice, coffee, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, sandwiches and more. The pool and rooftop terrace looked stunning, though it was a bit too cold for us to enjoy in January. The spa, however, was perfect during the chilly days. We also booked the “Pamper Me” package with hammam, massage and facial which was a 5/5 experience.
What truly made the stay unforgettable was the staff. The guys working there were funny, attentive and incredibly helpful.

What a beautiful spa! I did not know what to expect for my first Hammam, but the receptionist kindly explained everything and made sure my daughters and I would be comfortable, scheduling us in the same treatment room with ample time. Huda and Soukaina were fantastic — equally kind-hearted! Everything was perfect — thank you!

We stayed here a few weeks ago for 4 nights. A wonderful stay, the staff were incredible, kind, helpful and genuine especially the staff members at breakfast, picking us up from taxi (would recommend this hotel service when arriving) and on reception. The bed was big and comfy, bath was brilliant and huge, cleaning was brilliant, lovely roof top area, perfect location. Will come back if we are ever in Marrakesh.

We had a wonderful stay at the riad and truly appreciated the attentive staff and the amazing spa experience. Everything was super clean and the road was an amazing escape from the city.
Everything felt very welcoming and well taken care of.
The only small point of note is that the restaurant pricing is listed in euros, which makes dining slightly more expensive than expected. Also, we recommend arranging the hotel’s pickup service in advance, while some people outside may offer to guide you “for free, ” they usually expect payment afterward.
Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would gladly return. 🥰

We were a large group of 14 staying at Nayla as part of a celebration. Having stayed at another Riad before, I can easily say that Nyla is a cut above other Riads and a truly exceptional place to call home while in Marrakech. The staff are friendly and attentive and Chiara was the perfect host. Great location to explore the Medina and souks. We enjoyed a group dinner at the Riad and every detail was faultless. The spa is beautiful and the roof top pool area is a great place to unwind after a day of coloring. It comes down to details and in this regard Nyla is a cut above all others. The rooms are decorated to an exceptional standard. If we could give 6 stars we would.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the historical city centre. Large beautiful rooms, tasty food, and kind and attentive service. The only small downside is the slightly-hidden location among alleys (entrance alleys can be a little dark/remote if coming back alone at night + can't access all the way by car) — but this applies to most boutique hotels in city centre, and hotel-organised transfers accompany you all the way & help with bags. Overall 4.5/5! 😊

I booked the beautiful Riad Nyla for my 50th birthday as an exlusive hire for 3 days. The Riad is in a great location for the nicest part of the Medina, just a few minutes away from the best shops and is beautifully designed. Everything is immaculately clean and to a high standard. Service is extremely warm and food we had was wonderful. The owner Chiara could not have been more helpful with the organisation especially when we had little issues such as unexpected rain during the party and a difficult DJ. Thank you Riad Nyla!

Beautiful place. Caring and attentive staff. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The building was clean, decorated and smelled so fresh. Our room was lovely. The amenities were nice. I have Not one complaint about this Beautiful Riad. I highly Recommend and will absolutely stay again if ever in Morocco. Worth every penny.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Nyla back in February. From the moment we booked, I was impressed by their service and communication. There was a problem with our payment but Abdul got it all sorted out for us. The Riad is gorgeous, the rooms have everything you could need. They even keep dinner for us when we arrived at 2230! The spa is an added bonus and a lovely way to cool off after sight seeing. The pool is small — typical for a Riad, but has breathtaking views.
The thing that makes Riad Nyla so special is the staff — nothing is too much trouble. Be it recommending restaurants or organising taxis and trips. They were all amazing, but I give a special shout out to Abdul.
Don't hesitate to stay here!

We arrived at Riad Nyla in Marrakech last night and even though it’s only our first day, we’re already so impressed. The staff have been incredibly polite, kind, and helpful — and they speak excellent English, which makes everything so much easier and more welcoming.
The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, a peaceful escape tucked inside the Medina. It’s full of charm and character — exactly what we hoped for when booking our stay.
We enjoyed a lovely breakfast this morning, and the spa has been a real treat, especially with the heat outside reaching 45°C! It’s the perfect place to relax and cool down.
We’re looking forward to the rest of our stay and already feel it’s going to be a special experience.

My husband and I stayed here for our last night in Marrakech and it took us forever to find. There were men outside and a few approached us to ask what we were looking for. We told them riad Nyla and one told me he worked for the hotel and proceeded to walk us toward the hotel. My husband told him never mind because we felt it was fishy so we continued to look for the riad ourselves then the same guy told us it was a different direction than the one he took us to already. FYI: we also called the Riad and told them we were lost, no help. This was so very frustrating. Then the man insisted to take us to the riad, changed his whole attitude, seemed very nice and brought us to the Riad, only then to demand money at the front of the door. When I told him I had no money I needed to go to an ATM he gave me the death stare and looked up at the riad and at me again. It was so uncomfortable for us to leave during our stay because we kept running into this man. This place is beautiful and the staff are great but there’s something about this location, and the lack of old rustic charm of a traditional riad. It’s very new and modern but seems more like a hotel than a riad. However the staff members are very very nice. The spa was great also very beautiful and clean, best message I’ve ever had.
