Riad Nesma Suites & Spa

We stayed one night. Great location — easy to get to from the main road as well as to go Medina center. Breakfast was good. Rooms are good. Staff is excellent! Very helpful and accommodating.
Spa : Imaan was fantastic. I had a very relaxing massage, it was perfect way to end the trip.

Great location, on one of the main straight paths to the square so easy to find your way, also on the corner/outskirts of the medina.
Great breakfast, Great bed, Great Shower. Will definitely be back!

Very disappointing experience. The hammam was far from what was advertised. The steamer was not working at all, and the staff failed to inform me beforehand. When I asked about it, I was misleadingly told that the steam system was “automatic, ” which was simply not true. On top of that, the robe provided was extremely dirty, which is completely unacceptable for a place that claims to offer relaxation and hygiene.
The entire experience was frustrating and annoying. I complained to the receptionist, but instead of offering a real solution or compensation, I was told they were “fixing it” while still being charged the full price for the service. The lack of honesty and professionalism from the staff made this a very unpleasant visit. I would not recommend this hammam.

Good location. We stayed at the end of December 2025 and heater in our room was not working properly so it was not comfortable at night and bed was not comfortable.
Its good place to stay for one night. I would not stay here for 2 nights.
It may be better in the summer.
Room was very small and rather dark.
Breakfast was served on the roof.
There is a pool and jacuzzi on the roof. Too cold to use it in December.
Good location in the middle of Medina.

Probably one of my least favorite hotel rooms for the size of it but it’s to be expected in the médina.
The riad was lovely inside with several layers to it. The terrace was quaint but I wouldn’t want to use the small pool up there. Seemed cramped and not much a view really.
The hotel was very clean, hard bed, typical of Morocco but the staff were always willing to assist with a smile.

Great location, very comfortable beds, clean, rooftop with pool. Surprisingly quiet on the rooftop. Excellent customer service. The staff friendly and so helpful. I had a facial and massage I highly recommend Imane. Nice variety at breakfast.

Riad Nesma is a wonderful place to stay. It’s in a great location, very clean, and offers an amazing breakfast with a beautiful, relaxing rooftop. Best of all, the staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They truly made me feel at home away from home.

We weren't in the riyad but we had two wonderful hammam sessions with Imane at Riyad Nesma. Imane is very skilled and super sweet. We would definitely go for a third time if we had more time in Marrakech.

Riad nesma is your quiet oasis in the crowded city of Marrakech. The location is perfect and you walk directly into the souq. The personel is very kind and loves to tell you all about Morocco. The breakfast is the best we had during our holiday, pancakes, bread, yoghurt, honey and more.

Wonderful Riad (hotel), centrally located minutes from the main square in the old medina of Marrakech. Beautifully renovated Riad. My wife did the hammam and spa treatment downstairs. She enjoyed that experience. Our room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant staff was always so nice and cheerful. We would like to thank Zacharia and Brahim for their front desk support and service during our stay.

We only went in for the hammam experience, pedicure and manicure which were all done by Imane. She was very sweet and professional, and took great care of us. If you are looking to be pampered and feel great, go here!

Rooftop views for breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed, and convenient location. The riad is a short walk to Jemaa el Fna and stores are right outside. There’s also a hammam onsite. Short walk to the main road for taxi pick-up/drop off. Highly recommend this riad!

Great experience. The staff was the best part about the place! So kind, polite and nice! Breakfast was good and rooms fairly clean. Location is good, next to main square.

Highly recommend this Riad and their spa. I've stayed there once and gone to their spa 2 times during separate trips. Staff is friendly, rooftop and rooms are nice. The hammam and massage by the lovely woman Imane is great.

We have been there for 3 nights,
It was a amazing first experience. The hotel itself is very clean. Also you will find a jacuzzi and pool on the roof. The staff is very kind and happy. Which made the best first impression.
We had breakfast every morning which was perfect to start the day. Thank you for Yves, Ibrahim and all the others to made our holiday amazing.

Best riad in Marrakech. I've stayed over a dozen times and it never disappoints. Can't recommend Nesma enough. Great rooms, amazing breakfast, amazing location, the most amazing spa and the BEST staff. Exceptional service and care every time!

We stayed 2 nights at Riad Nesma during our 8-night stay in Morocco and it was the best accommodation of our trip primarily due to the staff's excellent hospitality and service. The room was clean and spacious, the rooftop has a nice view, and the breakfast was tasty. The pool and hot tub could use a refresh, but rooftop renovations were underway during our stay. I simply cannot say enough good things about the staff! They are the definition of Moroccan hospitality. From the moment we arrived and even after we checked out, the staff was extremely accommodating, helping us get laundry done, bringing coffee & breakfast to the room one morning while I wasn't feeling well, offering to bring us drinks at the pool, helping with luggage, and providing information on places to check out in the area. The power went out in our room one afternoon (due to an overload on the circuit from a neighboring guest) and they worked tirelessly to trace the cause & fix it in a timely manner. I highly recommend Riad Nesma and would stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.
